Customer pre-orders a Galaxy Note20 or Galaxy Note20 Ultra from a participating store by paying ₱2,000 down payment within the promo period (August 7 – 20,2020).

Important: Customer must only click on "PAY via BANK TRANSFER" if they want to pay online. In any case that they suddenly decide to do the down payment in the store, they must update their chosen payment option in the portal. |

Customer may visit Galaxy Note20 Pre-order page to reserve a Galaxy Note20 or Note20 Ultra, and has 120 hours to make the down payment to secure his pre-order. |

If customer does not claim the pre-order by the end of the pre-order claiming period, the reservation will be cancelled.

Upon claiming, customer needs to present the following:

For customers who purchased the Galaxy Note20 Ultra (5G)

Customers will be able to redeem their freebie by registering in the Samsung redemption website: |

Customers must follow the step by step procedure in the Samsung redemption website to claim the free item. |

Customer must upload the following |

For customers who purchased the Galaxy Note20 (LTE) or Galaxy Note20 Ultra (LTE) ) and chose the free voucher:

| a. |
Once customer receives his pre-ordered Galaxy Note20 or Galaxy Note20 Ultra, he opens and registers to the Samsung Members application. |
| b. |
The Samsung e-store voucher will be given via the benefits section of their Samsung Members application within 3-days of activation. |
| c. |
Customer may use e-voucher on Samsung Online Store for participating products by inputting unique e-voucher code upon checkout. |
| d. |
Customer may opt to purchase more than 1 item to maximize the e-voucher value |
| e. |
E-voucher can be used only once |
| f. |
Customer can redeem his e-voucher until November 20, 2020, and claim until August 20. 2021. |

For customers who purchased the Galaxy Note20 (LTE) or Galaxy Note20 Ultra (LTE) and chose the free bundle, they will get the freebie upon claiming of the new device

If customer claims pre-order within their indicated pre-order claiming dates, he can also avail the Launch offers.

This offer is not convertible to cash.

These offers can be availed via Flexible Payment, or Trade-In, Trade-Up.
