  • What is the promo duration?

    Promo runs from March 29 to March 31, 2023. Extended until April 30, 2023 as approved by DTI FTEB.

  • 1. Samsung TV customers who opted in for marketing communications as per Samsung Privacy Policy will be contacted by a customer representative (‘CSR’) for an exclusive online offer.
    2. The offer covers a 10% off discount for selected TV models. The participating models are:

    3. Customer can confirm interest in purchasing the offer, upon which the CSR will assist the customer in successfully purchasing the TV while in the call via the Samsung Online Store. Customer must login to their Samsung account to proceed with the purchase.

    5. Upon confirmation of interest by customer, CSR will walk through the customer in purchasing the TV. At the checkout page, CSR will provide customer a unique code so that the 10% off discount will be applied.
    6. Processing of the TV order and its delivery will follow the terms and conditions as set forth in the Samsung Online Store terms and conditions.
    7. Discount is for one-time use and is only valid for one (1) TV unit only. Once used at checkout, the discount code is considered as fully redeemed.

  • Mechanics

    1. Customer to visit the official Samsung Members app pre-installed in their Galaxy device or available for download at this link. Customer must login to the app using their Samsung account.
    2. Upon login to the app, customer can navigate to the benefits section and click on the voucher banner “TV Switch Up Sale”. The banner will lead customer to a form that they must accurately fill out with the following information:
    a. Full name.
    b. Mobile number.
    c. E-mail address.
    3. Upon successful submission of their information, customer will instantly get a discount voucher. With the voucher, customer is entitled to:
    • One-time 10% off for the following SKUs (UA50AU7002GXXP , UA55AU7002GXXP, UA65AU7002GXXP) purchased via the official Samsung Online Store at Samsung.com exclusive for main products only (not applicable for accessories).
    4. To redeem the voucher, customer must input the code upon checkout of the TV via Samsung Online Store or wait for a call from a Samsung representative within 48 hours of submission of their information.

    2. The discount offer is not convertible to cash.
