Do you uninstall and remove TVs and large appliances when you install a new one?

Unfortunately, you may need to uninstall your existing device yourself or get a 3rd party service to do the task for you.

If you have reached out to our Customer Contact center to arrange for an on-site installation (charged separately when available), the existing device should have already been removed and the installation location has been clean of any debris, liquid, etc., which would impede installation.
