I was not available to sign for my goods on each occasion when a delivery was attempted. How can I obtain my items now?

If you are not at your delivery location when our partner couriers attempt the delivery of your order, it will be returned to their depot or sorting office. This will trigger a delivery failure status on the tracking page.

A total of 3 delivery attempts will be made, after which, the order will then be cancelled and the refund process will be initiated, if applicable.
