How do I handover my old TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance to the courier upon delivery?

Upon delivery of your new Samsung TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance, kindly ensure that your old TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance is ready for collection at your door.

Note that our courier can only allocate a maximum waiting time of thirty (30) minutes for the assessment and collection of your old TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance along with the delivery of your new Samsung TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance, counted from the time when they arrived at your delivery address.
