What do I need to do before the collection of my old TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance?

Prior to the delivery and collection of your new Samsung TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance, you must ensure to fully uninstall them (including wiping all data, as applicable). Otherwise, our logistics partner will deem your order as cancelled. Samsung will not be liable for any unwiped data left by the customer in the old TV, Sound Device and Home Appliance that will be collected for disposal. Samsung does not collect or store any personal data contained or stored in the customer’s old TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance.

In case you need assistance in dismantling your old TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance prior to the delivery schedule of your new Samsung TV, Sound Device, and Home Appliance, you can make separate arrangements with our Customer Service team through our available contact options here. Note that this may be subject to additional charges, for which payment will be made directly to our Authorized Service Center.
