Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Sauce


  • 250 grams butterfly-cut pork chops (about 2 pcs.)
    – pounded well on both sides with meat mallet.
  • ¼ tsp. of rock salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • ½ cup fresh or full cream milk
  • ½ cup sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • For garnish: parsley sprig


1. Cut each pork chop into 2 down the center.
2. Season pork with salt, pepper and thyme.
3. Arrange on microwave safe dish.
4. Mix the mushroom soup and milk in a small bowl with a fork or small whisk.
5. Pour soup over the pork and carefully top with the sliced mushrooms. Dot with butter then cover with cling wrap.
6. Put inside the Samsung Smart Oven and Microwave for 10 minutes. Leave the cling wrap until ready to serve.
