Failed to play video and an unknown error has occured
According to the service operation policy, audio and video codec for WMA / WMV format aren’t basically supported on Samsung mobile phones released since 2021.
However, if you download the 3rd party player application that supports WMA / WMV format from Google Play Store, it’s available to play the files properly.
Please search for the WMA / WMV player on Play Store and install it on your device.
