I bought this charger, but it stopped working within the month. And the support system they have for Samsung is horrible. I am not able to find support or warranty services for this; I don't even know how to get this fixed. The site just goes in loops. I have bought the Samsung S24 Ultra, S25 Ultra, S25, and two tablets. After seeing the support services in Ireland, I am seriously contemplating switching to Apple, imagining the support they would provide if something went wrong with phones.

I don't expect such a short life span for an expensive fast charge adapter which I need to buy separately when I bought my Galaxy S22 Ultra a year ago. I got this product with the credit I got from pre-ordering the s22 ultra in early March 2022. In less than a year, it stopped working in Nov 2022. works great for several months until one day the adapter decides to stop working. I was skeptical purchasing the 45w adapter intially, read alot of mixed good-bad reviews, was glad and thankful it wasn't a defective unit from get-go. took great measure of care (no unplugging from the power outlet, didnt bring it to anywhere etc) since it charges from 0-100 in less than an hour, until I decided to clean my room and remove it from the socket, place it carefully in a secure spot and voila! Tried different cables, different power source, didn't work. I bought another one because I really like idea of fast charging and if there's cheaper reputable alternative out there I'll take it, but yeah I agree with most reviews here regarding this product is a scam as some units are indeed defective.

I have this charger well over 3 yrs (in fact I originally bought with my S8 Tab, I'm now on my S10 Tab), plugged in all the time (except when travelling). Wish I could put 0 star for this. Bought the charger in April 2023. It had been working fine until a few days ago. The power comes in and out and will stop charging. I have tried charging with another adapter and it works fine so it's phone my phone being faulty. Tried another cable with the 45w charger and it does the same thing. I used the online chat support and it took 2 hours and nothing could be done. Got transferred to 3 different people, from initial support staff to a sales team then to a technical team and then got an answer saying the sales team made a mistake transferring me as it should have been them raising a repair order for me. Then they ended the chat. The product didn't even last for a year and customer service is unaccepted.

Failed after just over a year of use. Not even regular use. I used it on weekends only as I'm split between where I live. Really ridiculous. No redesign either so wouldn't buy again. I'm looking out for an aftermarket one. Checked for damage to the port but no physical damage. I never moved it around. It was left plugged into wall and I'd turn it off at the wall rather than plug it out. Always wary with leaving things plugged in so it was only ever on as long as I was charging my phone. I gave it a very easy life and it's still broke.

Firstly, it's beyond a joke that I had to buy this in the first place, as my brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra didn't come with a charger. Then after reluctantly purchasing this at a ridiculous price, it's completely stopped working after 1 year & 3 months. I used it very lightly in my bedroom, & had other old chargers downstairs in the house I used more often, as well as a power bank for travel. There's nothing wrong with the charge port on my phone, I tested different sockets, different cables, it's the plug that's stopped working. I can't open it up to see if the fuse needs changing, because it has weird screws I don't have a screwdriver for. Honestly so disappointed with Samsung lately, I'm tempted to get a different brand phone when my contract is up in February.

Although it looks well-built, it simply doesn't last long enough to live up to its expectations in terms of durability. Mine is broken (stopped charging today - 08 December 2023 - when the battery was at 70%) and I bought it on 12 november 2022 - a little over a year ago. For such an expensive charger it should've lasted longer than that for sure. I'm trully dissapointed as a customer and the fact that, not only new phones don't have a phone charger anymore but the ones you're forced to buy don't last at all.

I have a samsung S22 ultra. It charges ok, no issues recongnising current chargers. I did however recently leave one on holiday, so thought now would be a good time to get a 45w one as a replacement. Phone doesnt even recognise its plugged in. Done all updates, swapped cables around, different sockets, all charging options correctly toggled on phone, etc. So there you have it a samsung flagship phone and a flagship charger. Doesnt work, but I have wasted a few hours of precious time trying to get it to work.

Bought this adaptor because it does not come with the Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone that I bought. At the start, everything was really good - very fast charging. However, it is expensive for an adaptor. Fast charging lasted for about 10-12months. Afterwards, I realised it went to normal-slow charging speed and eventually couldn't charge at all. Warranty is only 6 months. Samsung, as a reputable brand, mentioned it will take the feedback but did not provide any support or assistance on this issue.

Managed to use it for a little more than 2 years and it suddenly stopped working. It's such a shame cause it's an expensive product. Don't understand why its longevity is so bad. My mum's Huawei 40W charger has not broke down once since 2019; and it came with the device. The Samsung 45W charger was great while it lasted. Shame on you Samsung, you should find a way to compensate your customers and at the same time make your chargers long lasting; that's the very least you could do.

The charger feels like a well built premium product and charges the phone faster, as intended. It broke after 1 year and 10 months (it's sad that I feel fortunate mine lasted as long as it did, seeing that other reviewers didn't get as much use out of it as I did). I am really disappointed that an expensive Samsung charger just fails like this. When I woke up in the morning my phone wasn't charged and a fuse had blown, so must have been a major failure.

Needed a new charger as my original one was dropping to bits. The attraction of this one was the 2 meter cable length, rather the the very short lead supplied with my Samsung mobile, sadly it doesn't connect to the phone that well, stopping charging if the phone is moved even slightly. Something else that I don't like, I didn't pay enough attention to the connection type and so no can longer use the USB charging points on trains.

Bought charger last year and it stopped working, there is no support to get it fixed or replaced. Don't buy the expensive adapter its not worth it, there is no warranty for the product, if it stop working you will be advised to buy a new one. no point in buying 45W charger as the charging time is still well over one hr, 25W charger would give you approx simillar time no need to waste money.

Bought 2 of these 45W chargers...both lasted less than a year from start of use...the latest one that spoilt last week and couldn't charge my phone got a short circuit or something and some smoke came out... Horrible product and for charging such a high price... The 25W chargers are alright but don't charge up your devices as fast...

Great Charger and superfast charging, Charges my S22 from 0% to 85% within 40-45 minutes! I forced another cable in which broke the pins after a while, otherwise this adaptor stayed in perfect shape for nearly 2 years. Trying to buy it again but its's out of stock. I'm eagerly waiting for it to be in stock again soon!

I was about to buy another one but after seeing the reviews I can see that something is wrong with this type of charger. Bought this charger just after receiving my S23 Ultra. It died after 6 months. Considering the price for it, that's abysmal. It does it's supposed to do very well when it works, but if it can't last longer than 6 months, which seems to be the case with a lot of other customers, then it doesn't really matter.

Brought this in Aug, spoilt in 2 months, thought its only one off issue, but replacement unit lasted 8 months. So on average, the product lasted 5 months. How can a phone be warranty for 1 year but charger only for 6 months, it doesn't make alot of sense. It's a really disappointing product from samsung.

I got this plug to see if it would save me some time between super-fast charger. Because this plug supports super-fast charger. 2.0. It is not worth the money if you currently using super-fast charger. In my testing, it works out that you save about 3-4 minutes quicker then super-fast charger.

it had 1 job, which was the charge the phone. faulty after if I remember correctly was about just over a year. when the charger "fried" my phone couldn't boot up as well, which was strange. I plugged in my power bank and the phone booted (it still had 30+% battery when it "bricked")

Clearly a fault on these 45w chargers, stopped working mid charge. Only 13 months old and never been dropped, banged or mistreated. It was barely used too, as i use my 25w more often. Waste of money and its definitely more hassle trying to communicate with Samsung over the issue.

I got this product with the credit I got from pre-ordering the s22 ultra in early March 2022. In less than a year, it stopped working in Nov 2022. And warranty is 6 months. Well played Samsung. Also.. I didn't feel like it charged significantly faster compared to other chargers.

Disgraceful not shipping one in the box. The phone itself is assembled using parts from all over the world, shipped to China to manufacture then shipped back all over the world to you. Pretty sure this doesn't save the environment in the slightest

Funny how lots of people have this issue, as do I. Mine died tonight and I got mine back when I preordered the phone, so it seems they just do not have long Lifespans. Mine shortcircuited and caused my phone to turn off.
