It is bright, sharp and the big inner screen makes watching videos and doing work much more enjoyable. Battery life has also been better than I expected. With normal daily use, I can get through most of the day without worrying about charging.Performance feels very smooth too, even when I have several apps open at the same time. I was a little unsure about the Hinge at first, but it feels strong and well made. The phone also feels more solid than I expected, which gives me confidence about Durability for everyday use. There is a small learning curve because it is different from a normal phone, but after using it for a few days, I got used to it quickly. Overall, it feels like a premium phone that is actually useful.

The phone looks stunning. As a current Trifold user, I am using the Fold 8 Ultra as a secondary device to replace my Fold 6. The folding sound is deeply satisfying. The hinge feels incredibly strong, and the screen crease is barely visible right now. In terms of screen quality, weight, and overall size, it feels very similar to the Fold 7. Performance has been fast and snappy so far. I chose the Violet Shadow color and really love the aesthetic. My only complaints are that I miss having an S-Pen, and I am disappointed that there is no matching Violet Shadow case available at this moment.

The crease is very very less and hinge seems to be a little hard now and when it comes to usage its really great performance and screen is designed like as though am seeing everything in real kind of things.

They just keep getting better and more durable. I chose the Zfold 8 Ultra as an upgrade to my Zfold 7 because of the extra battery capacity, the newer CPU, the better camera, the better screens (love the more matte look over the shiny), and an ever better hinge. Most of the time, I only use the front screen, but if I want to show off a family picture, or zoom in on an article, I just unfold the phone. Most people are absolutely amazed and ask me what the phone is called. The phone size fits well in my back pocket.

I upgraded from my Fold6. Z Fold8 Ultra is a massive improvement over it. Slimmer, bigger battery, crease and hinge is non-existent. System is much more fluid and responsive. Overall durability is much higher than before.

The Display is probably my favourite part, its big and bright and makes watching videos and multitasking much better. Performance is also really smooth, apps open fast and I havent noticed much lag so far. Battery life has been pretty good for me, although heavy use does drain it quicker like you would expect. The Hinge feels solid and the overall Durability seems good, but I still find myself being a bit careful with a foldable phone. Overall I like it a lot, especially for work and multitasking. Its expensive but if you actually use the big screen then I think it makes more sense.

Having such a big screen makes looking at continuous heart rate data, sleep scores, and daily health metrics so much easier to read without squinting. During online GP appointments, being able to split the screen—having the video call on one side and taking notes or checking lab results on the other—has been an absolute life saver for keeping track of our family’s health care options. everything about the phone phone Factor the screen side is excellent that's the best part of the z-fold 8. But be aware of the inner screen display where if you close the phone the borders of the phone does not protect the inner screen rather the inner screen touches each other so any kind of debris will cause the inner screen to break. You might also find that the touch response is not that great as the bar phones of the ultra. I just love the size, Samsung needs to work on this phone factor and make it perfect. Display quality is great but sometimes or most of the times it reduces the brightness I do not know for whatever reason it might be. And battery life it is okay for now goes through the day but you need to recharge it twice a day.

It is my 4th upgrade in a row, starting from the Fold 5 and now a days it feels pretty much impossible to me go back to a regular one-screened format phone, not to even think of changing to another brand. The titanium layer is definitely a great feature while keeping the device SO thin thanks to the silicon carbon battery. Definitely best foldable so far, hands down.

They have lessened the crease, put better cameras in and it comes with the latest android software. I have been a Fold user since the Fold 3 and I don't see myself going back. However, does it too issued when I find out?Compare?When I previously using Note series. First, it's so easy to overheat from my new c Z fold ultra, i needed to unfold it to cool down my device.Otherwise, it will damaging my large screen. Second, it is about my phone is not as smooth when it opened multi application. I don't have any problem in my period samsung phone. Nouveau Fold 8 Ultra, très très bluffant, j'adore tout sauf lors des selfies. Les corrections One UI sont trop prononcées. Lors des appels Snap ou autres, la qualité est très mauvaise. J'avais le Fold 4, très belle définition dans la pénombre. Là, c'est juste trop lissé, on dirait que la qualité vidéo lors des conversations Snap ou WhatsApp est médiocre, voire décevante. Très déçu 😞 pour ça. Tout le reste est nickel, mais à l'heure des appels vidéo, ce point devrait être nickel, car c'est quasi constant !

I had the first generation and the third, fifth, and seventh. I can unequivocally state that the 8 Ultra is what us foldies have been asking for. The display is sharper that previous models and it runs anything I throw at it. Gaming, AI, Google Sheets, 3 bank apps at once; you name it I've tried it. The camera is wonderful and am glad I can trust it to take amazing pictures. The thinness makes this feel like I am using a regular brick phone but expandable! I highly recommend the Fold 8 and S26 Ultra, but for my lifestyle, nothing works better for me than the Z Fold 8 Ultra. I upgraded from a Z Fold3, and the first thing I noticed is how much more solid this phone feels. Opening and closing it feels smooth and sturdy, and the overall build feels like a big step up. Everything runs really well. The phone is fast, responsive, and slick, and everything feels just right when using it. Apps open quickly, the screen responds instantly, and multitasking has been really smooth so far. Overall, I’m very happy with the Z Fold8 Ultra. It feels like a major upgrade from my Fold3, and so far, I’d definitely give it 5 out of 5 stars.

I chose Galaxy Z fold 8 ultra for mobility yet having the flexibility to be productive on the go. Also the portable big screen for entertainment or presentation was a deal breaker for me. From showing a plan on site to the clients to watching videos and reading articles, there is hands down no other phone with the best battery life, crisp screen, slim design and vivid colorful high res screens. I chose the violet shadow color which I absolutely love. It's dark and now too flashy, perfect for my taste. I just love the phone!

I chose to wait for the 8 as the 7 since I had decided this spring that this was the year. I am not upset with the decision. The zFold8 Ultra is so thin and all folds are so functional. I use mine for work and personal use. When I can use Excel and Outlook on split screen it makes work so much easier. When home I can play my games or stream movies or scroll videos with lightning speed! Now I even have a sold camera to match. I am very pleased!

The updated size of the cover screen is a massive game-changer for me. It is wide and clear enough that I can easily read everything on the top screen without even needing my glasses, which means I find myself needing to unfold the phone much less often for quick tasks.In hand, the engineering is phenomenal. It is incredibly lightweight and so slim that it actually feels like holding my wife's S26 Ultra. Performance remains exceptionally smooth and fully on par with the already-great Fold 6, and the battery life so far has been thoroughly impressive. Going from the fold 6 to the fold 8 ultra is a huge game changer, bigger cover screen, super slim design, and even better cameras has been such a gamechanger for me. The 200 megapixel main shooter takes amazing photos, and the software enhancement to the pictures is also super impressive. The cover screen of the device is no longer skinny, but a normal sized screen that is way easier to use. I can't recommend this device enough, especially to people who own an older foldable, or just to the everyday person considering this form factor!

Battery life is the biggest change: my Fold 5 would barely make it through a full day, and I was always hunting for a charger by evening. The Fold 8 Ultra actually holds up. The hinge is noticeably smoother, and the main screen crease is much better than the Fold 5's, still visible if you're looking for it, but a real improvement. Responsiveness is a smaller difference, but it's there; everything just feels a touch snappier day to day. The thing I like most, though, is the wider cover screen. On the Fold 5, typing out a quick WhatsApp reply on the outside screen felt cramped, so I'd end up unfolding the phone way more than I should've just to reply to something simple. The Fold 8 Ultra's wider cover screen makes typing and quick replies feel natural without opening it, a small change that makes a real difference day to day. I've only had the 8 Ultra a week, so I can't speak to long-term durability first-hand yet. But I had my Fold 5 since launch with zero issues, so if the 8 Ultra holds up anywhere near as well, I'll be more than happy.

When it arrived, I was FLOORED by how light and how thin it is! I also REALLY like the way it opens, with almost a snap, and the crease is BARELY there! I'm extremely happy with how bright it is, how quick it charges, and let's face it, it's a conversation starter as well! I chose the Violet Shadow and it's a BEAUTIFUL color. With 1 Terabyte of space, I expect to be able to take a TON of images, and they are sure to be beautiful consider it's a 200 megapixels! This is the BEST foldable there is, hands down! Samsung does it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my new Samsung zfold 8 ultra phone is very well made and has a lot of features and its appearance knocks me off my feet I am also impressed by its appearance I do not know how it managed to do samsung but I no longer mind being cut off in the middle of the screen as it was in previous folds although they could do so that it was not visible at all. Many things were improved in the Ford 8 ultra relative to the previous generation plus the camera battery or charging But when it comes to the competition of Chinese smartphones, it's not stety samsung a little pale appearance. I hope that not long will samsung improve it but I really like these phones so I bought it soft and the software at the highest level as to the quality of the screen is good but it could have been better. I also have a samsung s 26 ultra and I have the impression that the screen there is a little better so not exactly samsung tried Ala despite the weak minuses samsung zfold 8 ultra is a great phone and good refined and I am very pleased with it, there is a big improvement in terms of the previous generation and this is very cool

The Z Fold 8 Ultra looks like an amazing foldable Galaxy phone for 2026, with its bigger battery, Super Fast Charging 2.0, and a smarter processor. Plus, the higher brightness and display resolution mean a better experience for me while browsing my favorite sites and watching my favorite shows and movies. The colors seemed super vibrant without being overdone. And it seems I don't have to sacrifice camera performance for a foldable anymore. Photos seemed sharp and detailed, and night shots were excellent. Portrait mode has superb edge detection, and the ultrawide camera captures way more detail than I expected. I also love the "MY FANCAM" where I can crop a video out of a video and then focus on a certain person. That is something really really amazes me. To add, the hinge works smoothly with just the right amount of resistance. If you're into foldable phones, you'll probably love that the Z Fold 8 Ultra. A big step up from the Fold 7, offering flagship cameras, impressive battery life, awesome multitasking, and a premium build.

Also the screen size wasnt optimal when it was closed. I chose the z fold 8 ultra because of it size when closed for easy access. However when i look at the unfolded screen I get a big smile on my face. The screen is beautiful. I love how when navigating different it splits the open apps and the available apps on different sides of the screen. I just received it and am in love with it. It also has the key plus functionality for my car so i can use my phone as a touchless key. I love love love it.

So far the experience has been great. Still trying to get used to the small front screen (compared to the 24U) and doing more mult app tasks. There is a learning curve to use the big inner screen. The phone is very slim, even with a case, it is almost the same size as the 24U. Battery life is great, as good as my 24U. Gaming is beautiful. Pair with a mobile controller (like a Gamesir G8+) you got a great handheld device. Great job Samsung. Keep improving the fold line and there will be a lot more customers switching from IOS to Android.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z fold 8 Ultra because i liked having more screen for my movies and youtube. I also like how skiny the phone is even when its folded. Easy to grab and has a nice snap feel. The only reason I didnt grab the last year model was because of the battery and the fast charge capability. But now this new phone has 45 watt charge speed and 5000 mAh, just like the S26 ultra. And they werent lying about the improvements they made to the inner screen. You can barely see the crease and it has anti reflection on it too. Being able to also multi-task with google and notes is amazing. I will be sticking with this phone for as long as I can.

I choose this one sleek and very responsive new samsung Z fold8 ultra on my recent upgrade and it does not disappoint. My phone usage goes along the lines of calls, text, photos, videos and games. In each category I have not had a single complaint. It's features and speed are awesome, The clarity of the photos combined with the zoom in ability has helped me on a few occasions to be able to find cracks that i had not noticed with nacked eye. The Ai features is incredible. The phone is easier to open. It's an amazing and incredible device. I'm still learning all the cool features but so far i am obsessed.

I chose to upgrade because the size, battery, and internals were all major upgrades and I couldn't be happier. I mainly watch videos on my phone but with the new cameras I am excited to be able to take much better and high quality photos. I was blown away by the difference in weight and thickness of the phone and how much nicer it is it have a more traditional sized screen comparable to other candy bar phones while still being able to use the internal screen. Needless to say I plan on continuing to use the z fold line up as long as they are made.

I chose the Fold Ultra 8 for my newer version, and it is a wonderful product. It has the same basic features as the 6, but with great improvements. The phone is thinner, lighter, has a bigger screen, and new features. I have enjoyed working more with Gemini to accomplish a few tasks quicker and can't wait to spend a little more time exploring. There are some new features with photos, circle and search, and many AI features. I highly recommend any Z series Fold, but especially the Ultra 8.

The battery was getting weak in my existing s22 that I had had for 4 years so I thought it was time for a change. The phone exceeds expectations. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is that I got really used to having an S Pen, but because of the need to keep the phone thin I sort of understand the reason why the S Pen functionality wasn't included. I hope that in future iterations of this device that they will be able to bring back the screen writing functionality. But because of the other benefits the phone offers, I can live without it for now. This is a great phone.

I eventually became frustrated with the poor camera, awkward front screen size, and ever-worsening crease. So I left. But I'm back now with the 8 Ultra. Front screen problem? Gone, this aspect ratio is the perfect blend of normal candy-bar style without being too wide. Camera issues? These are flagship cameras for a flagship phone (finally!). And the crease? Barely noticeable, especially when consuming content. I fell in love with foldables for the incredible productivity and now it works great for everyday family use as well. I cannot recommend this phone enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came from the Fold7. I wasn't sure if the upgrade would be worth it, but despite how incremental it is, it makes for a far more complete device! The hinge mechanism is far smoother and easier to open. The screen brightness boost makes a big difference (as does the anti-reflective layer on the inner screen) and the ultra wide camera upped to 50px really does make for more detailed photos. The faster charging is great too, I really notice it when in a rush to top up (though the battery is lasting longer already, the extra MAh really help). Plus the Shadow Green colourway is gorgeous. My favourite colour anyway, so it was a no brainer!

With the Z Fold 7 I thought there wasn't really much for Samsung to improve but again they have. The 8 is even thinner which is wild. Literally as thin as the usb c plug. Wondering if the future will be no charge port and just have wireless charging or maybe so new tech will come out. The upgrade to the battery capacity and upgraded cameras are awesome. Overall its been great and I love multi-tasking on my phone for work and personal items. I consistently get ask by random people what phone I have and how I like it. Think I've sold a few people on it. Haha

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
