What are the checkpoints when the fridge/freezer cooling is not enough?

When the Fridge/Freezer is not cooling enough or over-freezing, you can check the video below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Leave enough space between the refrigerator and wall.

It is recommended that there is at least 5 cm between the back of the refrigerator and the wall.

Enough space will help the airflow to reduce the heat which helps the refrigerator to perform better and cooling faster.

Close the door properly. That high sound happening because the compressor operating at maximum capacity if the door is not closed well or after opening the door for a time to cool the food inside the fridge.

Arrange the food items by providing sufficient, proper space between them. Do not keep the food up against the back wall of the refrigerator. It will affect the airflow making the compressor works more to adjust the cooling inside the refrigerator.

5. Avoid heat sources and the sun light

To keep the optimum temperature in your refrigerator, relocate it if you can if it is near a heat source or is exposed to direct sunlight.

6. Leaking gas

Leaking gas is an internal issue it will affect the compressor will operate at the maximum. That issue needs to check by the technical team.
