How to use and manage dual sim cards?
Dual SIM allows you to use two SIM cards on one device, making it easier to manage personal and work numbers or use a local SIM while traveling.
You can enable, manage, and switch between SIM cards from your device settings or quick panel.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Connections.
Step 2. Tap SIM card manager.
Step 3. Select the SIM card you want to enable.
Step 4. Tap the switch to activate the SIM card.
Step 5. Tap Name, enter a name, then tap Done.
Step 6. Tap an icon to customize the SIM card appearance.
Note: When using one SIM for a call, the other SIM cannot receive calls simultaneously.
Step 1. Swipe down to open the Quick panel.
Step 2. Tap Calls, Text messages, or Mobile data.
Step 3. Select the SIM card you want to use.

Step 4. Select the SIM card you want to use.
Note: If you experience issues, you can send an error report through the Samsung Members app.
