How to enable/disable the ‘call forwarding’ feature in your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone

Forward calls to another number on your Galaxy device when busy, unanswered, or unreachable using Phone app settings. Useful after network issues or missed calls.

  1. Open Phone app
  2. Tap More options (three dots)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Supplementary services
  5. Select Call forwarding (SIM1 or SIM2)
  6. Tap Voice calls
  7. Choose option (Always forward / When busy / When unanswered / When unreachable)
  8. Enter number or select from contacts
  9. Tap Enable
  10. Open Phone app
  11. Tap More options (three dots)
  12. Tap Settings
  13. Tap Supplementary services
  14. Select Call forwarding
  15. Tap active forwarding option
  16. Tap Disable
