How to enable/disable the ‘call forwarding’ feature in your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone

Forward calls to another number on your Galaxy device when busy, unanswered, or unreachable using Phone app settings. Useful after network issues or missed calls.
- Open Phone app
- Tap More options (three dots)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Supplementary services
- Select Call forwarding (SIM1 or SIM2)
- Tap Voice calls
- Choose option (Always forward / When busy / When unanswered / When unreachable)
- Enter number or select from contacts
- Tap Enable
- Open Phone app
- Tap More options (three dots)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Supplementary services
- Select Call forwarding
- Tap active forwarding option
- Tap Disable
