Been daily driving the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 for a bit now, and honestly, Samsung actually listened on this one. ​Way more comfortable: Shaving down the thickness and pairing it with a softer strap makes a massive difference. You can actually wear it to sleep without feeling like you strapped a brick to your wrist. ​The display is ridiculous: Peak 5,000 nits is no joke. Direct sunlight on a trail and I can read notifications without squinting at all. ​Legit 3–4 day battery: That new 800 mAh cell plus the updated chip efficiency means battery anxiety is completely gone. ​Zero UI stutter—everything feels instant.

I was excited when I read they were releasing the Ultra2 under the promise of a bigger battery, thinner design, and brighter display. I chose to pre-order and upgrade to the Ultra2. After wearing it for about a week, I found that I really like the thinner body and the screen. The watch itself seems lighter and fits my wrist nicely. The screen is great even in sunny conditions. I have not noticed a big difference with the increased battery size just yet, but I am still fine tuning settings and apps. So far I am really enjoying the upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this watch for a day, I fits nicely on the wrist, you would hardly know that you were wearing it, battery life was the main reason for the upgrade from the original watch ultra, the new health apps with detailed results is a really good feature, what you have here is basically a phone and computer on your wrist, the original watch straps from the previous watch still fit so I can still change my style to suit my needs, the only this that is missing is the face dial, that should have been an option, a minor detail for a watch with so many features as this one has. If your thinking of upgrading don't hesitate as you won't find anything better. I highly recommend this watch.

But the Watch Ultra2 is next level, the 47mm display even makes typing simple so responding to messages on the go is easy. It feels thinner and lighter which makes it super comfy to wear while still being very durable (I even wear mine to football and it's taken some punishment). Activity tracking is spot on, even times where I don't set it, the workout detection is very accurate! One huge improvement is the battery life, I am charging it less than half as much as my old watch!

Im not gonna lie im a little disappointed with the battery BUT it has to pick up my daily routine before it settles so no bad words as of yet 😅 The strap is a million times better than last models its comfortable its soft its convenient i just love it. The bezel is thinner the casing is thinner the colour is amazing Overall this is a good improvement and the newre CHIP they using from snapdragon it makes a big difference in performance, And last but not least the first day of me wearing it I dropped it while I was hiking and not even a scratch on the screen or on that casing so WELL DONE SAMSUNG didnt disappoint yet again

I guess it's lighter. But I should know drought to begin with long story. Short, the technology on it is a little bit faster. Looks like, but I would have stayed with the other watch

I set it to energy saving and screen touch to open, and I am really happy with the accuracy of description by Samsung as to usage of the battery. The new design strap is very smart and the watch is so comfortable, I forget that I am wearing it. The display is fantastically clear and bright and has great definition. It is very rugged with a smart modern look. Everything I expected from the advertising, I can attest to the fact that it is an amazing watch purchase, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The watch has so far lasted 3 days on a charge with always on display turned off and power savings mode turned on. I like how light the watch feels. I do not notice it at night when I sleep. The new band is nice and comfortable to wear, the display is so easy to read outdoors. I would recommend this watch to anyone who li e the outdoors and needs a rugged watch that they can take with them for 2 to 3 days and not have to worry about charging it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from my original Watch Ultra to the Watch Ultra 2. There was finally enough change to make the move worthwhile. The feature that made me choose to upgrade was the dive certification. While I don't scuba, I do snorkel, and sometimes move my arms underwater quickly enough to worry about water ingress. I also like the lower profile of the case, it fits more naturally on my wrist. The one thing I found that doesn't work reliably is the raise to wake activation of Bixby/Gemini. It will show that it's listening for one second, then turn off. Hopefully this will be addressed in a future update. Overall, I'm happy with the Ultra 2.

I watched a number of YouTube reviewers out lining the features of the watch ultra 2. Now that I have the watch ultra 2 and been using it for a week I can say it is outstanding. Extremely impressed with the battery and the auto tracking feature. I do a lot of hiking and the watch ultra 2 is the perfect companion and helping me stay in zone 2 when running on a treadmill. Also I don't need to take my phone with me as I can receive and make calls/texts including WhatsApp, more importantly I can use the watch to make payments for parking or picking up a coffee. 10 out of 10 for me.

It's honestly a really convenient device, has fast and responsive UI, the display resolution is great on it, the health monitoring options are really good too. I also love just how many options for the face there are... you'll genuinely be hard pressed to not find something you like! Battery life I'd heard was an issue on the previous watches however I can easily get 3 days out of it with my usage case. Would seriously recommend it!

I thought that I'd hate not having the turning bezel but after using the watch I changed my mind about that feature!!!! This watch can do So Much More then the Galaxy Watch 8 Ultra, I can't believe how much you can fit on the watch tiles, I have Everything I wanted & then some!!!! Battery is much better but still use the battery saver, last about 1 day more depending on how much you use it also but I Only have 1 Complaint & that's the fabric watch band, it leaves marks on your wrist due to the band being ridgive & if I would have known that, I would have chose a different band but I wanted fabric & not rubber but I would have changed that if I knew it was Ridgive & not just Smooth so watch out for the fabric band!!!!

I chose to keep it because I fell in love with what the phone was, and stopped looking at it for what it wasn't. This phone is a multitaskers dream phone. I do split screen so much and can type on the unfolded screen easier than the front screen. This phone wasn't a slab phone. It is multiversital, elegant and I find myself wanting to use it more each day. Find a great case and enjoy a Z Fold today.

My old Galaxy 5 Pro is getting old and tired and I wanted a watch that could inspire me to keep up. I need the health tracking and coaching, in a screen size I can easily see. I have my own business (just me) and it is easy to communicate by phone or text with my customers if I can't get to my phone quickly. Also, the speakers aren't bad at all! My only concern is that this watch is indeed heavy, so be prepared for that. But get a flexible watch band and do like I'm doing.... switching arms occasionally to get used to it. Love it, love it, love it!

I'm coming from Forerunner 265, and I absolutely love my Ultra2. It's chock-full of features. It's battery life is outstanding and the display is beautiful. OMG, there are so many features and options, it's going to take awhile to learn everything, but it is absolutely magnificent. It is amazing how comfortable. The recessed face proves plenty of protection for the already durable face. Money well spent. I did a few side by side comparences and it is accurate on walks, hikes and while biking. The GPS is spot-on.

The battery life upgrade is impressive, 3 full days on default settings with health monitoring (BP, snoring, sleep tracking) paired with fast charging is satisfying. Very bright display even in full sun, that's game changer. Strap comfortable yet secure. I have checked BP measurements accuracy vs Omron BP reader and once calibrated Ultra 2 was giving very close readings. Combination of sapphire glass with titanium makes it durable companion for any adventure. It's quite big and looks quality.

I also wanted to try the running coach, I wish it came with more training options for running. It would be helpful to have options from trainers who have a number of running training series that you could choose from based on your level and type of race you are looking to do. I chose to use this watch over my Garmin because of the integration with my Galaxy phone. Which the smart watch aspect of the Ultra 2 is amazing. I also really like the sleep tracking, esp the snoring recorder. Over all I have no complaints.

I chose this upgrade, coming from an Ultra 2025, because of the promised battery life improvements. I am absolutely impressed. With the previous Ultra Watch, I was lucky to get a day and a half out of it. This was with the always on display turned off. With the Ultra Watch 2, I am easily making it to the third day and that is with the always on display turned on. When you add the brighter display and the new trail watchband, this is a significant upgrade all around.

I chose the buds 4 pro because of the great sound and I can leave my phone and walk all around the shop and not lose connection. I never get complaints about not being heard and they are comfortable for long periods of time. The issue the buds 3 pro had of one buds not charging has been fixed. On the 4 pros I haven't had any issues with charging the buds. They are great for everyday use.

Might have been nice to have some kind of stand to rest it on while it's charging or some other non paid options for the straps as i had to buy an extra one. Loving the stay active app, even when at work and it's reminding me to move or giving me options for stretches! The battery so far seems to be holding out 2-3 days but I'm in the stage of turning everything on full because of the excitement. Display is fantastic, very sharp, miles better than my last watch. I guess I enjoy keeping up with the Joneses, i.e. new watch hardware features. In 2025, I decided again to trade-in my Samsung watch pro 5 for the new fancy Samsung watch ultra. I was planning on keeping this watch ultra but Samsung decided to up the game with a 800 mah battery and snapdragon processor on the new Samsung ultra 2. Once again I was hooked I chose to trade-in my fairly new watch ultra for the new Samsung Galaxy watch ultra 2. I'm very happy with the new product . Its very comfortable on my wrist. Sometime, I forget I'm wearing my watch.

When I saw the Ultra 2 coming out I had to have it. It looks and feels great on wrist. I you didn't get the original Ultra you should definitely get the Ultra 2. Pack with features from health tracking to phone and text. I really love love the compass dont judge me. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The trade in promotion really made it a no brainer.

I have become a dedicated Samsung user and my Watch pairs seamlessly with my Samsung phone. Switching to my new Ultra 2 was easy, as the set up process brought all my apps and settings over. I am only now learning all the new functions. The brighter screen is wonderful and really makes a difference. I can already tell that this Watch is faster than my 1st generation Ultra. I am excited about the enhanced health and activity tracking. I was very happy with my 1st generation Ultra and this Ultra 2 is already proving it was a worthwhile upgrade.

One of the things I love the most right away is the battery life. I can go a few days before I need to recharge. The other thing that is great is the clarity of the new display in any type of light it is easy to read and see clearly. Even though the size of the watch it's bigger than my previous one it doesn't feel like a huge difference or weight on my wrist. No diving into a lot of the health features but so far I can tell that this watch was very well made and should last me a long time.

This turned out not to be the case. Battery life is actually a little worse and heart rate monitor is about the same. I have always been satisfied with the galaxy watches but I always believed they can be perfect if they had a better heart rate sensor, especially for sleep monitoring. I am still waiting.

I am happy I chose to upgrade and specificlly love the health fitness tracking, ease of use, and sleek beautiful design which is why I keep coming back to Samsung. The fitness tracking has helped me lose over 100lbs and has genuinely helped me live a better life. Samsung knocked it out of the park again the Galaxy Ultra 2 is a perfect companion to my Phone (Galaxy S25), the watch is not only an essential smart device but looks great on the wrist. Love this watch and have nothing but great things to say.

These factors along with the higher intensity of the screen makes it a worthwhile upgrade for me. The connectivity and smoothness of transitions are much improved. Still figuring out the AI enhancements, but so far its good. Glad that I chose to upgrade.

So far it has not disappointed me. It is definitely on the heavier side but it doesn't bother me a lot. Great sleep tracking so far. Battery's lasting definitely longer than my old watch, but it does take a while to get if fully charged. Overall I'm happy with hthis purchase. Can't wait to explore more features!

I have the dark gray version and it beautifully polished. The watch is very fast and super responsive. The health features provide a welcome wellbeing boost knowing that new metrics are now being closely tracked. I am really happy with the Ultra 2. The brightest outside means I know longer have to squint. The default watchface is so lovely I haven't even explored the available watchfaces.

The watch face with the numbers on the dials.Instead of the hashes is a wonderful upgrade to the face. I think samsung for the fact that I can still use the same watch bads that I got last year. I've not had it long, but on the new health journey I've started, the metrics its able to give me is amazing. I'm also a recreational scuba diver so having the ability to use it as a dive comp is amazing! I can't wait to put it to the test with all its capabilities. So far it's super comfortable to wear. This is coming from a guy that hasn't worn a watch for over 20 years. Even though it's the "largest" watch in the lineup it doesn't feel that way. Forget I'm wearing it sometimes. Overall I'm extremely happy with it!

I upgraded to the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 a couple of weeks ago, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Touch response is accurate. The battery life is a massive step up from previous models, easily lasting me through a few days of heavy use without needing a charge. It feels incredibly rugged and durable, making it perfect for outdoor workouts, but it’s still comfortable enough to wear all day. The display is bright and super clear even under direct sunlight. Highly recommend it!

I always choose Galaxy watches first because they are styled nice, look like a real time piece. Then also for the Workout functions. I purchased the Ultra 2 because my 1 year old ultra could not record my Pool laps correctly no matter what I did. The new one was tried out and works normal. I also notice a difference in the clarity from the glass. The app is confusing to operate more so on the Ultra 2 .liked the app on my phone better with my last Ultra. All and all still enjoy the watch and I will continue to be loyal. Keep improving!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of Samsung products for years and their watches have been on my wrist going back to the Pro, then the Ultra, and now the Ultra 2. The styling changes between the Ultra and Ultra 2 are subtle, so I wasn't sure I would upgrade after it was introduced at the Unpacked event. Once I looked at the incentives they offered I chose to give it a go and I'm happy I did. It came with One UI 9.0 Watch and a bevy of additional metrics for tracking fitness. The screen is also noticeably brighter and snappier and the battery lasts much longer than it did on my Ultra. As I learn to use some of the other features I'm sure it's utility and usefulness will only continue to improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time Samsung watch user since the Gear 2. My time with the Watch Ultra 2 has been amazing. The battery life is unbelievable. I went 4 and a half days on a charge. The screen is amazing so much brighter. I am a low vision person and I have been able to see the screen at any point of the day. With the new Snapdragon Wear Elite chip it is so much smoother moving between apps and responsive. Also having Gemini on my wrist not having to take my phone out of my pocket amazing. What else can I say Samsung knocked it out of the park with the Watch Ultra 2.

I've heard great things about the first ultra so I really wanted an upgrade from the standard galaxy watch 7 and opted for the ultra watch 2 this time around. So far so good! I will be adding the phone line to this one as well as all my previous watches were just bluetooth. This watch has great features and pairs well with the wearable app and the new galaxy buds 4 pro I ordered as well. Ik excited for the samsung glasses as well as I currently have the rayban meta, however as good as they are I wana be able to consolidate all to the samsung environment.

So far, the watch has meet and/or exceeded my expectations. The battery life is definitely better. And I like all the new watch faces that can show me several 'complications' all at the same time. Being 72 years old, I mainly like to monitor my heart rate and blood oxygen. I also have it paired to my cell phone's number and use it for the 'hard fall' alert it has. I feel safe knowing that it can call out on its own, and notify my kids and the sheriff. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase ... especially the $250 trade-in.

The setup was quick and easy, transfered all my settings from my old watch, and i can add a mobile data plan easy on it later if i want to. The wristband is nice i got the travel one. The display is clearer and a higher resolution and so far after 3 hours only lost 3% of the battery with a live wallpaper and always on display active, but i havent tested out many features yet or streamed music from it. So far the watch is comfy and faster responding than my old watch looking forward to using daily.

The Ultra2 in my opinion was worth the upgrade from my Watch Ultra. My Watch Ultra was only a year old and worked flawlessly but the combined improvements make the Ultra2 a much better experience. Don't assume that there is not much difference because they look a lot alike.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whilst a subtle upgrade in its looks to my original Ultra. I can immediately tell the difference with its battery life, definition of the screen and the smoothness scrolling. The strap appears more durable than the previous and it is a shed load more comfortable to wear. Whilst only fractional lighter, it does make a difference. The accuracy of sleep so far is a little 'off' at the moment, but the heart rate, steps, blood pressure are all on point. Whilst I love the titanium grey, I was a bit disappointed that there was no white option and also you are restricted to one type of band and a particular colour. So if you select titanium silver, you have no choice other than the olive strap (UK). That said, getting over 45% off the RRP on a pre-launch is a bargin for what is a quality watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Galaxy Watch 4 for a while and have loved it. Recently the battery was draining too fast and the watch slowed down so I decided to get a new one and why not the best one coming out. I got the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 today and have been absolutely loving it. The battery is long, the watch reacts very quickly, and with the new updates to Wear OS, a lot of features and improvements have been added. The only things I would say is that I wish there were a first party anti glare screen protector and case that Samsung would sell. I know this smartwatch does not need it, but I would like it just for comfortability.
