The trial period is 7 calendar days, commencing from the day of collection which shall be taken as the 1st calendar day.
Yes, a pre-authorised amount of SGD 1,259 for Galaxy Z Flip 5G and/or SGD 1,812 for Galaxy Z Fold2 5G via your personal credit card is required to take part in the Galaxy Free Trial Programme. Our Samsung Consultants will assist you to go through the pre-authorisation during device collection at Samsung Experience Stores.
Yes, but a separate booking will be required. One booking only entitles you to one device.
Appointment Booking, Collection & Return
The appointment cannot be changed but you may cancel your booking any time before your appointment. Auto-cancellation will happen if you did not collect the device by the selected date. To re-book your slot, please visit www.samsung.com/sg/galaxy-free-trial/register/
A copy of your physical NRIC and credit card are required at the Samsung Experience Store for device collection. Debit cards are not accepted for pre-authorisation.
*A copy of your NRIC will be stored directly in the Samsung database and not visible to the Consultants or service personnel unless the device is not returned and a police report is required to be made.
You are required to sign a Galaxy Free Trial Form upon collection and return.
Please note that all booking slots are allocated by reservation date. You are not subjected to a reservation time. You may visit the stated Samsung Experience Store any time within the regular opening hours of a Samsung Experience Store. We recommend you visit the store 2 hours before closing time to ensure a smooth collection and return of loaned device. Due to social distancing guidelines, we are maintaining a strict store capacity policy and may require you to wait should the Samsung Experience Store hit its maximum capacity. Rest assured, all Samsung Experience Stores are in adherence to respective guidelines and are certified with the SG Clean quality mark. If you would like to fulfil the collection another day, we recommend you cancel in advance and rebook another slot. We hope to seek your understanding that loan units are subjected to availability and we cannot guarantee they are readily available. Should you fail to attend the appointment date, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the end of appointment date.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service for the Galaxy Free Trial at the moment. Nonetheless, we invite you to meet our friendly Samsung Consultants at the Samsung Experience Stores for a dedicated one-to-one appointment.
No queue number is required to enter our Samsung Experience Stores. However, due to social distancing guidelines, we are maintaining a strict store capacity policy and may require you to wait should the Samsung Experience Store hit its maximum capacity.
Returning the Device
There will not be any grace period or exceptions granted for the return of the loaned device. Trial period is observed to be 7 calendar days, with the return of the loaned device at the stated Samsung Experience Store by 7pm on the 7 th day.
The return of a loaned device at a different Samsung Experience Store is not permitted. We seek your understanding on this.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Product Policy
Depending on the extent of the damages and the respective loan device model, damage and repair charges will be incurred in accordance to your consent of the Galaxy Free Trial terms and conditions. table for the most common repair fees. Damages not cited in the table shall be subjected to prevailing repair fees based on Samsung’s discretion.

After the 7 day trial period, Samsung reserves the right to process the charge on the credit card for the pre-authorised deposit made during the collection appointment.
