Samsung Awesome Ambassador Programme – FAQ

  • What is the Samsung Awesome Ambassador Programme?

    It’s an invitation-only programme where selected seniors are invited to experience the latest Galaxy A Series phone and discover how Awesome Intelligence can simply and enrich everyday life.

    As an Ambassador, you will:
    - Get the latest Galaxy A series device to trial and experience
    - Share your honest experience about the device
    - Invite and join your friends and family to hands-on learning sessions at Samsung Experience Store
  • Ambassadors will receive the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G 8+256GB. Colour availability may vary at the time of collection.
  • Who can join?

    Preferred participants would be curious seniors aged 60 and above, and are Singapore residents.
  • You can apply through the online application form or nominate someone you think would make a great Samsung Awesome Ambassador. Applications are open from 10 April to 21 April 2026.
  • Samsung employees, employees of Samsung affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • What happens if I am selected?

    Selected ambassadors will attend an onboarding session, receive the latest Galaxy A Series device, and learn how to use its Awesome features.

    Ambassadors will need to:
    • Attend an onboarding training session on the device
    • Attend and participate in at least one Kopi Talk session held on 2 May 2026
    • Invite at least 5 guests across the Kopi Talk sessions held on 2 May 2026
    • Share at least 2 testimonial content pieces about their personal experience with the device
  • Participants who successfully complete the programme may be allowed to retain the device as a token of appreciation, as determined by Samsung.
  • Kopi Talk is a day of family friendly, hands-on sharing sessions at Samsung Experience store, where ambassadors and their friends and family, can learn how the Galaxy A series’ Awesome features simplify your everyday.

    These sessions will be held on 2 May 2026 at Samsung Experience Store Vivocity, covering these topics:

    11:30am-12:30pm Session 1:
    Protect your Device - Best Practices for Security
    2pm - 3pm Session 2:
    Awesome Tips & Tricks
    3:45pm - 4:45pm Session 3:
    Manage Your Well-Being with Galaxy
    5:30pm - 6:30pm Session 4:
    Shoot with Awesome Camera

    Guests will also enjoy free door gifts, refreshments, exclusive device promos, and exciting prizes to be won - including a CASETiFY Cross-Body Utility Phone Strap (worth $60)^.

  • The programme runs until 30 June 2026.
  • Yes. Ambassadors may be asked to share photos, videos, or stories about their experience with the Galaxy device. Samsung may also feature ambassadors in marketing content across its platforms.
  • If you are unable to fulfil the programme commitments, Samsung may withdraw you from the programme and may request the return of the device.
  • Can Samsung disqualify me?

    Yes. Samsung may disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
  • By joining, you are agreeable with Samsung using and editing your programme content (including photos/videos/testimonials) and your image for marketing and internal use, worldwide. You’ll also be added to Samsung’s marketing database (in line with Samsung’s Privacy Policy and the law).
  • Yes. Samsung may amend or withdraw the Programme and/or the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Samsung Awesome Ambassador Progamme Terms and Conditions

1.1 This Awesome Ambassador Programme (“Programme”), organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”), is an invitation-only experience designed to allow each of the four (4) selected participants (each, a “Participant”) to try out a new Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphone.

1.1 Each Participant will receive one (1) Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphone (each, a “New Device”).

2.1 This Programme is open to Singapore residents aged fifty (50) years and above as of 10 April 2026.

2.2 Employees of Samsung, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Programme.

* The foregoing dates may be amended from time to time as determined by Samsung.

4.1 To participate in this Programme, each Participant must:

         (i) attend a training session organised by Samsung in respect of the use of his/her New Device;

         (ii) attend and participate in at least one (1) Kopi Talk Session organised by Samsung in respect of the use of his/her New Device;

         (iii) invite at least five (5) guests to each Kopi Talk Session attended by the Participant;

         (iv) create and submit to Samsung at least two (2) social media pieces of content in respect of his/her use and experience of his/her New Device, where such content must reflect the Participant’s genuine personal experience and meaningfully reference his/her actual usage of the New Device (including, but not limited to, its features and functions); and

         (v) participate in Samsung-created content, which may include, but not be limited to, photographs, video recordings, interviews and/or testimonials.

4.2 By participating, participants agree Samsung may use, reproduce, edit and share any Programme-related content (including photos / videos) and their image / likeness for marketing, promotional and internal purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice. Participants also agree Samsung may add their details to Samsung’s marketing database, subject to Samsung’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5.1 In the event a Participant does not fulfil and complete his/her obligations (as determined by Samsung in its sole and absolute discretion) as set out in Clause 4 above, such Participant shall have to return his/her New Device to Samsung as soon as practicable when notified by Samsung.

5.2 The New Device will be assessed by Samsung in its sole and absolute discretion as follows:

B Fully working Good
C and below Fully working Average or worm out


If the condition of the New Device is not acceptable (i.e., Grade C or below), the Participant will also be charged such amount deemed reasonable by Samsung in its sole and absolute discretion depending on the condition of the New Device.

Samsung will retain ownership of each of the New Devices until each Participant fulfils his/her obligations herein set out as determined by Samsung in its sole and absolute discretion. Thereafter, ownership of the New Device shall pass to the applicable Participant.

Samsung reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, tampering or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in this Programme, each Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal data by Samsung for the purpose of administering this Lucky Draw. Refer to Samsung’s Privacy Policy at www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html for more information.

Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this Programme (including the utilisation of the New Devices).

Participation in this Programme shall not create any agency, employment or partnership relationship between each Participant and Samsung. No Participant shall have the express or implied right, power or authority to act, or create any obligation or duty, on behalf of Samsung.

Samsung reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
