● Fabric of soundbar or subwoofer is torn

Terms and conditions
The trade-in price guide is valid for purchase of selected 42” and above 2023-2026 Samsung TVs, and 2023-2026 Soundbars till 31 Dec 2026 and last date of trade-in is 31 Jan 2027. Promotion is not valid with other discounts or promotions. Trade-in service is undertaken by 3rd party vendor, Sg Bros Entrepreneurs Pte Ltd (trade-in partner). Trade-in price may vary from pricing guide provided, depending on the condition of the trade-in TV/Sound Device. The above trade-in prices are indicative and are subject to changes without prior notice. Upon agreement of trade-in value for old TV/Sound Device between seller (customer) and trade-in partner (Sg Bros Entrepreneurs Pte Ltd), trade-in partner shall make full payment to the seller, and ownership of the trade-in TV/Sound Device shall be transferred to trade-in partner. Acceptance of the trade-in offer is irrevocable, and no return/refunds will be accepted. Payment mode for trade-in will be made via bank transfer (local bank account) or DBS PayLah!. Collection of trade-in TV/Sound Device must be from the same location as delivery and installation of the new TV/Soundbar. Samsung reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice
