I consider myself an average user — a few apps here and there, barely touch the phone during work — yet somehow this device burns through battery like it's trying to win a race. Put it this way: 2–3 hours of light browsing or YouTube, and you’re already down more than 50%. It’s got more apps in deep sleep mode than I have in use, yet the battery still disappears like magic. Oh, and if you charge it overnight with DND on? Don’t be surprised to wake up with a 20% loss just for letting it exist. I now top it up every morning before I even leave the house. So yes — portable charger = new best friend. Honestly, Samsung — bravo on making a premium phone that needs life support daily. I traded in my Fold 5 thinking I was upgrading. Spoiler: I wasn’t. At least the Fold 5 could last a full day without begging for a power outlet. The S25 Edge? It might last a day… if you keep it in power-saving mode and pretend it's 2012. And Samsung — what was the rush? Was it really that urgent to launch a slim phone that looks good on paper but makes the user stress about battery life by lunchtime? With carbon-silicon battery tech already in the wild and working wonders for competitors, what stopped you from using it? Instead, we’re stuck with something that can't even sit idle overnight without losing juice. Can’t return it now, so here I am… counting the days till the Fold 7 drops. Regret level: high. Battery level: always low.
I am a big fan of the S25 edge, I've had the 23 ultra and 24 ultra, I was concerned about battery and camera but the battery gets me through every day, just pop it on my wireless stand in the evening. And the camera has been very reliable and i still get stunning images with wode angle and zoom, I miss the 100x zoom but having such a light and comfortable phone it is worth the difference.

And it is true I was amazed at just how much my phone reception is and no longer plagued with call dropouts and bad data recption. Pour autant, il reste ultra performant, même au niveau photo, sans chauffe excessive, et tient largement la charge une journée lors d'une utilisation normale. Seul petit bémol, un capteur d'empreinte sous l'écran qui rend le déverrouillage compliqué avec l'ajout d'un verre trempé. Un capteur au niveau du bouton latéral serait top. Il manque aussi un système magsafe intégré pour les chargeurs magnétiques et autres accessoires. Camera: sharp pictures but no telephoto Battery: this is the real issue. 3900ma battery is sufficient if you're barely on the phone, and you turn off adaptive brightness. I'm a heavy user, I have to recharge at least twice through the day User interface is great with tons of ways to customize and make it yours. I especially like modes and routines to automatically handle regular tasks based on location or connected devices. Overall I'd give it 3.5 out of 5 stars

Alors la batterie elle est un peut light si on passe sa journée sur l'ecran, mais si on peu le recharger un peu au cours de la journée, il n'y pas de de problèmes. Par contre quand on ne l'utilise pas, le mode veille de batterie fonctionne super bien, c'est même assez étonnant de voir qu'il nous reste autant d'autonomie. Le poids et la dimension sont vraiment un atout, on ne le sent pas dans la poche. W Edgu SOT 5h to norma, nie rozumiem więc narzekania innych na małą baterię, jeśli jej wielkość przekłada się to na długi czas pracy, pomimo dużego ekranu. Komfort jego używania dzięki niskiej wadze i cienkiej ubudowie to coś wspaniałego w czasach wielkich i ciężkich pro, ultra i innych maxów))). Tu dostajemy elegancki, tytanowy produkt z mega aparatem i z baterią porównywalną z małym S25. I jeszcze jedno, być może dla niektórych najważniejsze. Edge zdjęcia robi o wiele lepsze niż S25, bardziej ostre i bez ziarna w ciemniejszych miejscach. Sprawdzone osobiście już przed jego zakupem. Polecam

The Galaxy S25 Edge is slim measuring to 5.8 mm perfectly fitting for the modern world. Not only that but it offers 3 sleek colours. It is the perfect phone to capture my pictures as I am a person who values high quality pictures, bringing the exact vision I had in mind. With the Galaxy AI added in, my creative vision is taken to another level and to add onto that long lasting battery for when I have to edit and retake my videos and watching. Your data is also kept on a personal level as it is made specifically for you.

Abysmal battery life under real world conditions. Only 3900 Mah which is way less than a typical smartphone in its class at 5000 Mah. I have to charge at least once midway through the day under normal use as I use my phone for almost everything. Battery optimizations are also a touch aggressive and certain apps like antivirus you need to manually set to not let the phone shut them off by turning off optimization. Otherwise, the phone is fast, responsive, stable, and if not for the battery, it'd be 5 stars all the way.

The new design makes it feel like. Proper phone. High quality product. The previous generations seemed too compromised. Felt more like a propmtotype. Some of the apps slow down significantly when im using the bit screen. The scrolling gets really jittery. Needs more optimization work. I wish there was more of a textured design around the edges and back. That way you can use the phone without a case and it won't just slip out of your hand. Especially when you try to open it.

Léger fin, il passe dans la poche sans problème, on l'oubli., pas comme la brique de s24 Ultra. Just what I was looking for. The screen size of the plus with the weight of the smaller s25. The value I put in a lighter phone greatly outweighs the value in having a bigger battery, extra telephoto lens etc. And the battery performs better than my previous s22+ which has a larger battery probably due to the efficient CPU and other screen technology in the edge. Photos are a lot better than my S22+ too. A great product and will only get better in future iterations.

The phone is very slim and light weight as advertised by Samsung. The in hand feel of this phone is amazing, the worst downside is the battery backup. I wish Samsung could give a free powerbank to the people who buys this phone or atleast they price it cheaper and accordingly, so people could spend a little bit more to get a powerbank just in case; so that you can stay powered even when you are having a little longer of a day. So the S25 edge really makes me think, battery backup is significant so do the user experience. Atleast in the software and user experience side the s25 edge checks all the boxes. Apart from that everything else with this phone is perfect, this is a phone which is really taking a leap forward to the future of smartphones. The leap not taken by many companies and Samsung had the guys to pull it.

So i got this phone back in August. The camera quality is severely lacking and the battery is OKAY but not great, which makes sense as they skimped on it to focus on making it slimmer. Nonetheless, the display quality of the phone is definitely great. Gaming is a joyful experience on this phone, and i can run games without any issue. And because of its slim design and its weight, I love being able to carry it around without the phone weighing down because of bulk.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It works well for the most part but the fingerprint scanner is an absolute annoyance. It is so finniky working only 50% of the time. I have a Samsung screen protector on it, I've followed all the nessisary steps, making sure it's clean and software is up to date. Just very aggravating. I do like that it has so much storage though. Camera is decent. Data speed could be faster. Overall it's a good phone and I'm pretty happy with it.

This is the best phone I have ever used. I have owned many phones (Galaxy S and Z series, Pixels, iPhones), and the S25 Edge is hands down my favourite due to the form factor. The screen is gorgeous and the perfect size, my battery lasts all day (I am getting better performance than my S24), and the cameras are magnificent - all while being light and thin enough to not hurt my hands (like most other phones do)! This is my new go-to line!

Wystające aparaty wkurzają i są niepokojące ponieważ jak odkładam telefon to zawsze trafia na nie. Na pewno odczuwam różnicę między nim,a moim poprzednim - S9 Plus. Przedni aparat mógłby być lepszy, ale przyznam w tylnim osoby wyglądają jakby siedziały tuż obok Ciebie. To aż zachwyca ilością detali. Szkoda,że w tle otoczenia widać szumy. Niestety non stop mam problemy z odblokowywaniem telefonu liniami papilarnymi. Próbowałam wielokrotnie je ustawiać na nowo,ale nie usunęło to problemu. Posiadam na telefonie folię zamówioną przy zakupie telefonu, więc jest oryginalna. Wszystkie testowane przeze mnie aplikacje i gry śmigają, a bateria jest wystarczająca. I have been experiencing Ultra from s22/s23 to S24 and S25 edge is no less than non of them. Camera quality is head to head. Used phone since May 29. Liteweight design No1 feature. Would prefer 5 x telephoto added from ultra as zooming with video critical. Sold 25 ultra as too heavy but a great phone otherwise. Hope S26 ultra lighter and they use silicon carbide to achieve rather than increase battery size and provide a not more than 50 gm clear view flip case. 70 gm too heavy. Note 10 plus type was fine , enough protection.

The battery only lasts a couple of days and I'm not able to send images in messenger regardless if they are in my phone or when I take a picture. I have to go into my apps and "force stop" messenger then go back into messenger and send. I've restarted the phone, didn't work. Then I uninstalled messenger, re-installed it then tried to send an image....didn't work. So, I'm not very happy with it.
This phone’s a beast. The screen’s unreal! Sharp, bright, and smooth as glass. It never lags, the camera’s ridiculous, and the battery actually lasts all day even when I’m hammering it. The curved edges give it that slick look without feeling cheap. Everything about it just feels premium and fast. I’ve had a ton of phones, but this one? It’s the first that actually feels worth the money.

After using the Galaxy S25 Edge for about a month now I am happy with pretty much everything except the battery life. The features, the cameras and the AI capabilities are amazing, but i can't use the Edge for longer than a day as I am charging at night so I have battery for the next day. It is not terrible but even my S23 had enough juice to power me through almost 2 days, but didnt have the features the edge does and the screen size difference is a big change from the S23. My hope is that there will be some kind of upgrade for the battery in the near future as I don't like upgrading every gen and don't want this to be the first time i need to change phones by next gen. I honestly think anyone that bought an Edge phone should get a great trade in value to get on to S26 Edge or Samsung should make a battery replacement with sodium ion tech and give the option for the replacement, just my opinion I know it will never happen

Super light weight phone. I had a s10e and felt it as time to upgrade. I don't watch a lot of video on my phone. I check email. Messenger chat. So I haven't had problems with battery life. Charge every couple of days. Love the camera 200 mp. It saves in RAW so if I need to I can edit from that. Loving the AI on it. Got a great deal by preordering.

Only had the phone for a month, but battery life is decent, I'm able to play games like Genshin with minimal overheating, but the camera is extremely frustrating to try and get to focus on anything relatively close (ex. Can't get the camera to focus on my nails/hand when held up to the camera. This isn't a me problem, i had no problem taking pictures from this distance with the S23. Battery life is ok, but I also had batter problems back with my s23 so anything that lasts longer than 6 hours is an upgrade to me. I don't know if I would have gotten this phone myself, but it was essentially a free upgrade when changing my plan. Also, i can't seem to get bixby working on the phone, i HAVE to use google gemini, which is a bummer. I really enjoyed bixby and how integrated they are with the actual phone, making calendar appointments, lists, alarms, etc; vs gemini being it's own separate thing that CAN go into phone systems to set an alarm/timer/etc.
