E2 Error displays on Samsung Washing Machine

If the LED Lights are flashing with an E2 error, it is an indication of water drainage issue. Water is not draining from the drum.

To resolve the error issue, check the following:

• Check drainage pump filter for blockages (e.g. lint, coins hair, clips)

• Check drain hose and waste connection for kinks and blockages

• Select a spin cycle to drain the remaining water from the Washing Machine

If the problem persists, a service call is needed. Please contact our Customer Service Agent for further assistance.
