We are happy to announce that we now have sign language support services in Singapore. With this service, customers can arrange a video call with a Samsung Sign Language Specialist to get live support and advice on our products.
How do I get sign language support?
Step 1. Visit https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/your-service/main
Step 2. Click on "Call Back Request" and sign in to your Samsung account.
Step 3. Fill in your details. Do note that our service staff will reach out to you via WhatsApp through the 'Mobile Number' you indicate here.
Step 4. Check the 'Request for a Sign Language Specialist' box and click Confirm.
Step 5. Our staff will reach out to you via WhatsApp video call within 24 hours from the time you submit the Callback Request.
Requirements
1. Mobile phone.
2. WhatsApp app installed and set up on phone.
3. Stable internet connection.
Note: Please use a WiFi connection to avoid additional data charges if necessary. Samsung is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your service provider as a result of the video call.
