I haven't bought a case for it, so I was initially worried about my phone breaking or damaging it but after I using it, I feel like the S24 ultra doesn't need it (still being careful with it though). The backing and the materials used are high quality and feel more durable compared to other models. I bought the 512gb storage and have barely scrapped 20% of it. The phone runs smoothly and the screen is large and perfect. The camera quality is far better than my last phone and I can't wait to use it on holiday. I'm really happy about my purchase and can't recommend the phone enough.

Great device with an amazing display. I especially love the size of the phone for one handed use which for me is about 80% of the time. Ai Features are are pretty cool but I need to get in the rhythm of using it more often. Alot of upside and improvement from my previous samasung but, for me the s24 isn't a 5/5 device purely because of the battery. I get about 4-6 hrs screen on time and need to recharge about once or twice a day. I consider myself a moderate user and still the device drains so much that needing to charge twice a day is an annoyance. Here's hoping battery optimization via software updates overtime could help elevate the issue.

Well I can say I've finally got my hands on it and I am in love, the phone is so smooth, sleek and looks awesome to the eyes. Everything you can imagine rolled into one phone, love the flat screen they have introduced, great all day plus battery life, speaker is loud and crystal clear and not to mention the amazing camera too! The ai photo editing is bril and I enjoy playing around with it and I also have much more to explore. Oh and the spen that's included is a brilliant touch to an already amazing phone

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S24+ on a three year postpaid contract. I have had the phone for a week and have experienced too many glitches. For a start the phone will freeze when dialling a number. The phone will freeze when using YouTube. When attempting to turn the phone off to force a manual restart the power button instead will bring up the Bixby app. Not sure what that is because it requires me to sign in or create an account. The device is defective. I'm not sure if this is normal for Samsung. I spent years using other devices because the Samsung I had years ago experienced similar issues. Sadly, I don't recommend this phone for the price.

It's a great phone, perfect size, fantastic camera, I like the AI technology on it. I can keep my whole life organised, doing all my emails, shopping and keeping important dates and appointments on my calendar. The processor runs great and haven't experienced any lagging in watching movies or playing games. The details in the graphics are absolutely amazing!!! The Battery life seems to be very good, sometimes not needing to charge until the following day! The design and display of the phone is way better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend you getting this phone, it literally does everything you could ever need a phone to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from my old S20 to this S24 - and it's so great, works smoothly feels very fresh. The face ID and fingerprint sensor have been greatly improved, I haven't used the camera much yet but it looks really good as well. All the apps I typically use run well and I so far have plenty of storage. On storage though, that's probably my main gripe so far - I didn't realise that Samsung S series phones had got rid of the SD card slot but that's one thing I'm missing transitioning from an S20 to an S24. I've had an SD card that I've used in all my smartphones since ~2014 so it's a bit disappointing to not be able to carry that across.

I preferred the colours available in the S24 Ultra range, I chose the Titanuim Orange, being an online exclusive. I like that since the S22 Ultra, the rounded edges of the screen have been removed, making finding and installing an adequate screen protector much easier. Battery life is much better as far as I have seen. Older phone didn't last through the day with constantly using it for either games, music or videos. Superior camera, image quality seems much better. Everything I am used to in my phone, but improved in some way or another. Great bit of kit.

But since purchasing the S24 if was up to speed with everything this phone has to offer I would be in 7th heaven. I do love it with what I do know on it, very impressive. Everything is so much faster eg I can now screen shot when I sign on/off at work and send it to my supervisor. Looks very professional and makes me look good NOW that I know how to. I've never been able to do that with my S8. So extremely 😊 happy so far and looking forward to my S24 taking me to new adventures and what else it has to offer. Thankyou Mr Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only been in use for a couple of weeks, however it is shaping up to be a decent upgrade over the S22 Ultra. Getting rid of or minimising the curved screen edges has been long overdue and are not missed. Physically the S22 and S24 Ultra are identical in size, but there is a noticeable weight increase with the S24. Cameras appear to be an improvement, especially over the S23 Ultra which I felt was outmatched by the S22. More time with the phone and opportunity to utilise more functionality will be the big tell. As always though, the pricing on all smart phones only ever travels one way, and it's never in the favour of the customer.

I'm still learning a lot of the features, but I do like most of those I have used. However, I loved that an earlier Galaxy phone had a light that flashed to let me know I had missed a call/text - I learned to live with the repeat notification sound on my last Galaxy - On the s24 ultra, the repeat notification continues to blip after the notification is read and keeps going until the phone is restarted - NOT an improvement Samsung. Overall, I would recommend this phone so far, but there are definitely some improvements needed.

I have been using my wife's Iphone14 Pro for clicking pictures all the time previously but this surpasses it - by capturing authentic quality images. I was sat in balcony of a theatre and was able to zoom in clearly to capture a vivid picture of the closing curtains. The battery charging is superfast and the battery lasts for a day and more with concurrent usage. I am still getting used to the size of the device but I am sure in good time I will be able to use the phone efficiently and make optimized use of its full potential.

The sleek titanium design on the back makes the phone feel super luxurious and premium, the 6.8-inch display is bright and incredibly smooth with the 120Hz refresh rate, and the performance is lighting fast thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Processor. Additionally, the data transfer feature was exceptionally easy which allowed a easy transfer of all my data from my previous phone to the S24 Ultra. Furthermore 200MP camera and the incredible zoom capabilities take stunning photos each time. It's definitely among the best phones out there right now.

Would be a lot happier if device had an sd card slot, also if ot didn't overheat so much while using video calls. Sent 1st phone back due to overheating, this one is no different. It limits the time I can spend on video calls to my family. As I have 10 grandchildren, with only 2 of them living near me, video calls are an important feature for me. For the price of this phone, the overheating and lack of memory slot is a big disappointment. I have had Samsung phones for years and years but I am already looking at my next upgrade, just a shame I have to wait 3 years to get it :( It probably won't be a Samsung unless these issues are fixed

Fantastic flagship device. Very well built compared to previous flagships. Loving the titanium frame and beautiful screen. Sharp and snappy performance with intelligent management of power and processor consumption. The flat screen is a welcome feature as I wasn't too keen on the curved screen on older notes etc however I feel the lower cost of producing a flat screen could have been passed onto the consumer as you could potentially buy a working road legal car or motorcycle for the price of this handset. If you don't require the fancy features or won't use them often, you're probably better off saving some money and going for the standard S24.

Real time translation and an interpreter function powered by Galaxy AI is very cool and will be very useful. The camera is very powerful and is able to take much better quality photos, even while zoomed-in at night.

The screen display is comforting to the eyes, especially for someone who uses VDS for more than 8hours a day. The phone, the screen, is sleek, the surface glides smoothly. I love the camera, the picture quality is outstanding. The AI feature is a real plus for me, particularly when using S-pen and carrying out searches on the Internet. I really like the dual sim slot, very handy for me and prevents having to carry two phones out and about daily. Not sure how i have survived without S24 ultra upgrade for so long, it's has been worth every penny so far, and I would highly recommend it.

It has a sleek design and the the compact integrated stylus is a very cool feature which makes it easier to work on the go. Whether I am writing emails or taking notes in a meeting (using the stylus / notes function) this phone is the perfect work companion. The camera is also exceptional and betters anything I have ever had. The speed of this phone is unmatched to anything else in the market (in my opinion). It loads lengthy documents and lightening speed and can stream videos and a premium quality. I love this phone, im very glad I purchased.

The phone looks magnificent, it's super sleek , high end and just oozes quality. From first switch on I was amazed by the quality of the screen;depth and colour are just mesmerising. The set up and transfer were super easy and I was off testing new features and gadgets. Camera quality is just off the scale , my photos never looked this sharp and full of colour ! I have never had the latest phone, always getting the model or two down but deciding to get this was no mistake. The amount of customisation is insane, the AI technology is phenomenal, the battery life is fantastic. With average use I can go 3 days on one charge, 2 days with more frequent use. The camera quality is superb. I am not a technology person but I appreciate everything this phone offers and I would recommend watching some YouTube videos to make sure you get the most out of your phone because it keeps blowing my mind finding out what this phone can do! Love love love it!

The battery life is excellent as is the rapid charge time using the Samsung 25W charge adaptor. The most pleasing thing is the way it integrates into the Samsung cover screen. Physically the cover screen shelters the camera lenses and makes the back of the phone flat so it can lie on a flat surface smoothly. The way the cut out in the screen works to display time, notifications and a music controller is also very neat. Setting the phone up took some time but was very well aided by simply asking questions using the Gemini AI assistant installed on the phone.

Transfering the date and pics over from my old phone was very easy, the first time i have ever used the program to do this, very impressed. Loving the larger 1TB drive space and i have not even put my sd card in yet, i may buy a new 1TB sd just to match it. Have set my battery to 80% initialy to give it as long a life as possible, and at that setting still giving me good hours between charges. I was drawn to the S24 ultra version because of the camera, but the more i use the phone the bigger my smile gets.

The data switch was seemless and was done within a hour, recommend using the data cable instead of the wire. Trust me its quicker. The AI technology has been really useful but im still learning all benefits it has to offer. The camera is amazing the quality of photos taken are definitely an improvement versus my previous model. Battery life has been pretty great currently still on 50% after a heavy day of usage streaming movies, listening to music, work meetings and phone calls with out a top up charge. I'm Rating it 10/10 very happy customer.

Within the first month it wasn't letting me or person on the other end of the phone hear anything. Went onto the website and they advised following the steps and eventually do a factory reset, which thankfully worked. It them happened again, so I phoned Samsung, who advised I'd need to drive over an hour away to the nearest shop to get them to look at it due to it being after the 30 days. Save your money, I know have 2 Samsung phones (one is a company phone) that hardly work. Then when you do try the correct way to fix it they delay you long enough to go past your statuary rights. Having a look online this seems to be a common fault

Don't listen to the hype of the s24 Snap Dragon Variant being more efficient. I come home with 60-45% battery life on a daily work day on regular normal use. Samsung has come along way with its in house Exynos Processor. Its 100% legit. The 24 base model is the perfect size and weight for your pocket while packing serious efficiency in technology no other phone can do at this point. Its an adaptable device for all Windows and android services with layers of security and flexibility between software's.

I love the fact that I have more memory to use and the fact that is small enough to fit in my hands but big enough in display size. As for the camera - Samsung never dissaponints - I can see the difference from my old phone for sure in terms of quality of the pictures. Overall - really happy with my phone! S24+ is worth it!

Good phone but can't get on with it. Too many non standard Android features. I've been a Pixel user since Pixel 6 and have just bought a Pixel 9 to replace the Samsung. There are basic things such as selecting a photo to attach to an email or use on another app. The software defaults to Samsung gallery and you can't set the default to Google Photos. Various other Samsung apps operated in the same way. It's a lot of maybe minor but infuriating issues that has made me swap back too Pixel. For previous Samsung users it's a great phone and you won't even notice the things I'm writing about here. So don't let this review put you off purchasing an S24.

Upgraded from my 5 years old Galaxy S9. Phone itself is great. Fast, camera is good, battery life is great unfortunately the GPS is rubbish. I use the GPS for maps software like Waze and Google Maps for my work as a lorry driver alongside my regular truck satnav. The GPS signal is constantly lost and yes I have followed all the guidelines to ensure accurate location etc and I took off the case and screen protector and made sure it had good exposure to window. The GPS just does not pick up from satellites whereas my S9 was accurate and responsive down to 1 meter. The forums are awash with people complaining about the same across the whole S24 range.

Battery life great and speedy charger I bought is fantastic! Camera is really good quality although I have no idea when it comes to editing photos and the order they are in doesn't make sense. The phone is a bit heavy to be honest, I should have thought about how often I have it in my hand, it's a little too chunky for me. The screen is crystal clear. I wish I could put a memory card in it - that would give me more storage, 256 is not enough memory for all my photos. I would recommend this for performance and good battery but it is quite heavy so that, so far is the only negative point at the moment. Haven't tried AI function yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying the S24 Ultra. It's not a huge upgrade over my S23 Ultra, but I appreciate the small things. Love the flat screen, as this makes using the S-pen much easier when you get to the edge - never quite sure about the curved screen. Haven't noticed a difference really with the zoom lens decrease (but haven't needed to take many pictures at that zoom yet). The screen feels particularly smooth and nice to the touch (although slightly worried as recent reports suggest the coating has a finite life... Have to wait and see). Overall a fantastic phone, which I have come to expect from Samsung having had this form factor since the first Note phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung S24+ has a real quality feel and looks really great in the Marble Grey set off nicely by the chrome bezels around the camera lenses. The screen image is excellent. Crisp and has great brightness which really helps in bright sunlight. The AI features that I have tried so far (Circle to search, Photo assist and Instant slow-mo) work surprisingly well. Looking forward to trying more. Photos are excellent with colours more accurate than my previous S10 which was a little too over saturated. The battery life is great, lasting around 2 days with my normal usage. The S24+ is making a significant and very welcome upgrade to my S10.

The camera delivers stunningly detailed and vibrant photos in any lighting condition. I love using the S pen that is provided with the phone it's a lot more responsive than my last phone. Samsung have produced a powerhouse of a phone packed with AI features to aid the user in completing tasks. I like the way these useful features are free to use, however I'm not to sure if I would want to pay for them in the future. The S24 ultra is the best android phone on the market at the moment no other android phone can compare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is a little smaller than my S21, and the phone is a little thicker, with a metal edge. It therefore seems less tactile, but that might improve once my case arrives (currently lost in Christmas post!) However, so far I did prefer look and feel of the S21. Having said that, this is clearly a feature-packed phone, heavily orientated towards the emerging AI capabilities that are coming on to the market, with many already working seamlessly in the background. For once SmartSwitch worked perfectly first time, waking up the S21 before I knew what was happening, and progressing through the switch with very little effort from me.

The camera is fantastic! I haven't used it much yet but the quality of the photos I have made is great. The battery has been lasting me ages, which is so nice. It was one of the main reasons I decided to get it and it is exceeding my expectations. The actual screen itself does not disappoint either. I have not have any issues with glaring or fingerprints. There are also so many ways to customise the phone as well! It is so nice to have. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is worth the money.

I got the 512GB storage model since I have tons of gaming apps and there's no SD card slot, which seems to be the norm for high-end phones now. Just FYI, there's no 3.5mm headphone jack either, so you'll need USB-C or wireless earphones. The camera is amazing, colours stay true even in low light and the zoom is incredible. It's super-fast, and the big screen is perfect for gaming and watching shows on the go. The AI features and S Pen are pretty cool too. Like that it comes with updates until 2031, so I should be set with this phone for years!

I recieved my brand new phone today. I am so impressed with the long lasting battery, I didn't need to charge my phone for majority of the day. The camera is the BEST camera I have had on a phone so far, which is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this particular model. The design is sleek and simple, I love the curved corners as it makes the phone look appealing. The display is extremely high quality and I cannot fault it. Overall the performance of the S24+ is impressive and I am so glad I went with this model as I was originally going to purchase the S24. I just know this phone will last me a long time due to the high quality and specs.

The cobalt violet colour is really nice and works really well with a clear case. I love the smaller size of it versus my previous samsung phone and the flat edges make it look very sleek. The phone software is so slick and smooth and I was really impressed with the Samsung switch feature to transfer over all my information from my old Samsung phone. The cameras are amazing and I can't wait to take more photos over the Christmas period. Definitely would recommend this phone as I'm so excited to explore the many fun features that it offers.

I have not owned a Samsung for 5+ years and the strides since then have been enormous. It feels so solid and has such a lovely svelt design. This phone leads the way in AI and photography, both of which are vastly improved over any previous phone I have had. Fast charging and an impressive battery life given the screen tech all surprised me. It feels like Samsung has really tripped the fat with regards to bloatware, everything included now feels like it has a function and is actually useful. I upgraded from my previous Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The battery life of the my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G has exceeded my expectations, consistently lasting the entire day and even reaching approximately 12 hours on one occasion. Although I have only been using it for four weeks, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance I particularly value the AI features that enhance my productivity, such as assisting in document creation. However, I kindly suggest that it would be advantageous if these features were offered perpetually without charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time owning a S series device as I have been using the A series device for over 4-5 years and the performance and features is a huge leap from that of A series. My most favorite feature is the camera where I can still take good quality pictures even at 5-10 times zoom. I also have been loving how the phone does not lag when using high performing apps like gaming. My only wish Samsung can improve is the battery wherein they mentioned that the battery can last 2-3 days in moderate use, but mine only lasts about a day even if I have been using it for about 5 hours and mainly use it to browse the internet and take notes.

The battery lasts for 2 days if using normal and 1 day if I do some gaming. Also happy with the gaming performance. The hand gesture is very handy if I want to take a screenshot, the sharing becomes easy. The camera is also good with a nice zoom. Night photos are also good quality, this is what I liked the most, went out for Christmas light in London and took very nice photos. My friends and family immediately noticed the sound quality of the phone from the previous handset I had. Overall I am very happy with the phone.

The phone itself physically is a very similar size feels slightly heavier but that's a good thing as feels well built. I've protected it with a chunky case and screen protector as well. The whole process of transferring data from my old phone to new was very very simple. Took a few hours to complete but all done with no fuss. I did lose my gallery folders however so one to note for future. The phone is quick, very slick, very easy to use and everything I'd expect from a newer samsung model. Camera is fab. All in all, really enjoying my purchase.

The phone is ridiculously faster than my previous phone and the display is beautiful, I've yet to fully test out the camera but the picture quality is much clearer so far. The S-pen has been very useful so far in work applications in an engineering environment. I have made several notes from meetings and have even made a few concept drawings with it l. Overall, I'd highly recommend the phone. My only gripe is the size of it. Compared to my previous phone it is a bit of a brick. However, I may be biased as my previous phone was several generations behind.

I decided to upgrade for the better camera, newer version of the OS, and for a healthier battery. I was also curious about trying the new AI features, which were absent in the S20+. I have had my S24 for about a week now and am happy with my purchase; it is better in almost every way than the S20+ that I had before, and will no doubt be my main device for several years. I have been especially impressed with the extra detail in my photos.

It's such a significant step forward from anything Google have released. It's the very definition of a premium smartphone. The titanium rails, the cool to the touch glass front and back, the sublime green colour. It's the complete package. The screen and cameras for me make it complete. The screen is gorgeous, bright, and vibrant. And the camera array has me covered for any circumstances that arise while providing vivid colours and detail. I am 100% team Samsung now for future smartphone android purchases.

Although the hardware, the software (except the issue with the "active apps" soft button often not responding) and the camera are worthy of a 5* review, the big issue I have found is the lifespan of the Oleophobic Coating (the coating that should stop fingerprints/grease showing) which is not what I would expect for such a premium phone with 7 years of software updates --- the coating first failed to the point where the fingerprint recognition often would not working and needing wiping every few hours after 8 months of normal use, and even after a screen replacement 5 months ago, has once again got to need wiping a few times a day.

NOT TO MENTION.. the NEW AI✨️ features on this device are superb and out-of-this-world as it really does come in handy for the translate and circle to search features.THE CAMERA...speechless as it is the best in its range and crisp photoes that can be enhanced even more with ai in the editing software as well. ITS definitely a MUST TRY for other samsung users in need of an upgrade to the S24 Ultra, I highly reccommend this device, its the best of the best out there 👌.

The S24 Ultra was easy to set up using Fast pair by following the instructions I saw on: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-set-up-your-galaxy-s24-using-fast-pair/. If I can set up the phone; then anyone who follows the instructions should be able to - as I was not confident or sure initially. The storage space (bought the 512GB) is fantastic - so hopefully no more "storage almost full, free up space" notifications received on my previous 64GB S8 phone. The battery life is good. I love the quality of pictures taken. The S24 Ultra offers a lot of things - have only used it for about two weeks and still learning each day. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the colour of my Samsung S24 - its a beautiful original rose gold type appearance (I think they call it sandstone orange). Stunning. I also love that its not too big - it fits in all my zipped pockets and running bag easily, not too bulky. The grip case is great - the pop up stand will be so useful, I cant wait to use it. If I had one gripe its the delivery. Ordered on Black Friday I wanted it straight away but had to wait weeks until very late on Christmas Eve to receive it. By which time I was far too busy with guests to sit down and get it out to use. I really wish it had been delivered much faster and I would have enjoyed it over Christmas.

Picture quality is outstanding, the colours are so vibrant, better than any phone I have used to date. When making a video call the picture quality is truly impressive. Battery life is an impressive 10 hours. The phone also comes with a Bluetooth S Pen, which lets you write, draw, and control the phone with gestures. The best feature is the button on the S-pen, which lets you remotely control the phone by clicking it, this is great for taking pictures. This is the best phone I have ever owned. Would highly recommend it!

Being used to my S23 Galaxy Ultra changing to S24 Ultra was very smooth as both are very similar devices . Setup was very easy and transfer of the data via Switch App very smooth. Great improvement to the app that it can now pick up from the place it finished when disconnected. If I had to ask Samsung for an improvement for the future then I would love to have an option to copy all my applications data eliminating the need of setting apps again on my new phone. AI functions are great but still the capabilities could be expanded and AI models improved on. Great step forward.

I’ve had my s24 Ultra for about a week now and I’m happy with my purchase. The familiar premium feel, the screen is amazing and it has great battery life. I haven’t yet dived into the world of AI, but I will. I’m also enjoying the S Pen more on the new s24 Ultra due to the pen being stored with-in the phone and find it handy for my quick note making. I found the smart switch app for copying my apps and data over to the new phone to be slick and stress free. The phone has ticked all my boxes.

The camera quality is the best I’ve had from a phone. The phone is fast and responsive and has so many useful features. I was initially worried about the weight/ size of it but I shouldn’t have been, you get used to it really fast and it’s only a fraction bigger than my old one. Would recommend to everyone for a phone with great features, camera and just feels excellent quality. Well done Samsung! (Unfortunately only have a picture of the phone in the open box because I can’t take a picture of the phone on my phone- as I’m currently using it!)

I've always been a Samsung person, and I have not been let down by the S24 - it's super fast, with amazing storage capabilities and the cameras (back and front) are of excellent quality. It's seamless flow and UI make it a dream to use, in my everyday life - and the set up and transfer of date from my old S20 FE was simple and fast too, all of my settings were copied over so the switch was a smooth transition. I'm extremely happy with the upgrade. 100% would recommend, not just this phone, but Samsung Galaxy in general - I'm a big fan :)

The move to amalgamate the Note with the Galaxy series appears to be a match made in heaven, with the Note features working seamlessly with the Galaxy beauty. The S pen is superb and all the features of the phone work well. Almost fully customisable in terms of which apps/features you can deactivate or bring forwards for quick access. The battery life is phenomenal for such a powerful device, easily all day with heavy use. I get all these system alerts when I'm trying to work and can't tell if messages or some other useless notifications. Google tries to run everything on it to "customise" it to me but I know what I want, not what Google wants. Google just wants to promote its own agenda and advertising. The s21 suggested spelling, this stupid keyboard overrides my spelling and auto corrects things I don't want changed. If you turn it off then don't even get suggestions. I've spent hours on youtube trying to figure out how to change everything.

The processing speeds are great never have to wait to load apps or features of the phone. The cameras are amazing starting at 0.6 up to 100x zoom on the main camera ensures you get those awesome shots you are after, the front camera also ensures the selfies or group selfies really catch those moments you are wanting to preserve. The pen and the apps and ease of use it provides is an awesome feature, making sure you can quickly jot down those notes, or, fill in the time, or even use to take that selfie shot to capture your moments.

I've recently filmed and photographed on low light and I am so impressed with the image quality. Photos were taken on a DSLR too & it was difficult to tell which images were taken with which camera. The zoom in low light is also brilliant. My S22 would leave images grainy but with the S24 everything is still crisp. AI editing is also fab. It's quick & super easy to do. Battery life seems pretty good. It can go a whole day without needing a charge. I have small hands so the size of the S24 is perfect for me & it's small enough to stick in your pocket.

I rate the phone as poor for the following reasons: 1. The apps seem slower than my last phone (Pixel 7). 2. The battery life is very poor.. 3. The wireless charging seems weaker than my old phone and won't charge with the cover on (exactly same cover as my last one) 4. Photos aren't anywhere near as good as my old phone. 5. New android version meant that my Samsung watch was no longer supported so forced me to buy a new watch. Whilst I realise this would happen with any android phone I can't help but feel that Samsung have not acted in good faith. Overall I think I should have waited for the Pixel 9 and regret buying a samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the new S24 ultra, the large screen makes it an ideal device for doing anything and inter connectivity with my other Samsung devices means I can seamless transition between them. The quality of the camera and zoom has allowed me to take amazing pictures even from really long distances. I was surprised how well the battery performs, given the amount of time I use my phone, charge usually holds for a couple of days. Whilst the screen is fairly large, the device itself is not too weighty and is comfortable to use, the incorporated styles makes taking notes easy , I would highly reccomend this device to everyone.

With a trend towards larger phones, I wanted something similar in size to my old Galaxy S10 which is why I opted for the S24, and I haven’t been disappointed. The display is excellent and contributes to seamless scrolling. The quality of the camera was another reason for choosing the S24; it is brilliant! I love the AI features (including ‘circle to search’) and the sound quality is great too. Whilst I’m no connoisseur of technology, I have to say that the S24 does all I need (and more) - and still fits neatly in my pocket. It really is a great all rounder!

I love the display too. It is very vibrant with crisp details and colours that really pop, making everything from the photos and videos look stunning. The camera quality is awesome too, very clear and sharp, even at night. The battery is very good too and last long throughout the day without needing a charge. Voice to text iconic change is terrible. The icon used to be located in the row just above the keyboard. But now it moved to the lower left hand corner of the phone. Which is way more inconvenient. And it also does not work effectively. You have to press it exactly right. If you do it too long some weird new search option appears on the screen. If you do it too short the microphone doesn't work. Also when you finish doing a voice to text and send the text the microphone often pops right back up again and starts recording without you even realizing it. Never ever had this problem before with any previous version of Samsung Galaxy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided it was time to upgrade from my old Samsung S21 and what I found was small incremental but undeniable improvements all over the place the end result, however, is a giant leap forward as a phone. The biggest improvement I can see straightway is the reduction in time between pressing the shutter button and taking the photo massively increasing your chances of capturing the moment. Samsung have also swapped the 10x to 5x max optical zoom which may sound like a downgrade but I hardly ever used 10x zoom it was too grainy and difficult to take a good photo with. The 5x zoom is far more usable and the sensor is so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After travelling for 5 years with our 10+ through Australia and Europe, we updated to the 24 while in Korea. Not being tech nerds, our experience has been a delight of discovery through real world experience as we travel through Korea. We are starting to experience the longer battery life, the faster cahrging, the improved camera and the impressive enhanced AI results of the camera especially in low light. The inclusion of the pen makes signing documents while travelling so convenient rather than printing signing and scanning in a strange town. Our experience has been so positive that we starting to learn more of 24's features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I love the design of the S24, it is very sleek and minimal in cobalt violet and feels very high quality. I like to watch films on my phone so the display is very important to me and I am very impressed by this phones display. The display is excellent and the colours are very vibrant The battery life is a huge improvement from my previous phone giving me the peace of mind that my phone wont run out of battery while I am out and about Finally, the hardware is also much improved from my previous phone. Everything loads quickly and is much faster. Overall this is an excellent phone and I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent phone all round.The new features incorporated into the samsung galaxy s24 plus make it a game changer for me.I am still getting to grips with it at the time of posting this review but I am learning it's new features and how to use them. The screen size is excellent and the quality of the photos and video are second to none.I love the new AI features the phone incorporates(circle to search,live translate etc)and these features are quite easy to use. It comes packed with many more new features which I think will surprise people as this has got to be one of the best phones out there at the present time. Just an excellent phone overall in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this S24 ultra 2 weeks ago and there is so much new tech compared to my past phone S20 ultra. I love the feel of the phone, the AI that is integrated into the phone is phenomenal. Still so much to learn and I'm excited. The flat screen was easier to put the screen protector on than my past phone S20 ultra as that was curved at the sides. Would have loved to have been able to still use my micro SD card for my photos as It's expensive to by more storage. I bought this phone specifically for the best camera your phones have as I'm a photographer but I will have to go back to using my actual camera more because of the storage issues. Thank you samsung

It feels so much more comfortable to hold, and the difference in weight makes it easier to carry around all day. When I first got the phone, I did notice that the display color was a little different from what I was used to. However, after adjusting the settings, everything looks perfect now. The battery life is another highlight. It lasts me all day with ease, and the super-fast charging is a real game-changer. Overall, the S24 is a fantastic upgrade with a lighter feel, great display, and solid battery performance!

With the fast operating system and the newest updates that provide me with the most convenient functionalities, this purchase was the best idea! I use my S24 ultra not only for personal uses such as taking pictures with the amazing quality camera, but also for work purposes, being able to answer work calls/emails and make notes with the S pen on the go is an inseparable part of my success in both personal and work life! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy phones are good enough that I have not switched to either iOS or another manufacturer's Android phone, despite considering it every time I need or want a new phone. The hardware is top of the line. The software is great, with a caveat that it's Google that made this great software, not Samsung. Samsung native apps and systems are hit and miss. For example the home screen app is nothing to complain about, but Samsung Store is useless, and the Smart Switch app is a pain. Having said that, I'd definitely recommend the Galaxy series for anyone wanting top tier Android devices. Also, Sandstone Orange is beautiful!

I absolutely love the screen anti glare, brightness and how tough it is best screen on the market and nothing comes close to this. The speed and multi tasking is phenomenal never slows down no freezing, oh and the camera is out of this world. Also the amount of customisation is right up my street I can do everything I can think of that suits my style and the AI feature is a must circle search is absolutely great like you don't have go back and forth to search anymore and you can remove anything you want in pictures. Overall the best phone on the market, well worth the price too. You lose apple 🍎 SAMSUNG is the best out there.
