Galaxy S24 | S24+

I am a user of Samsung since the S22 series using the Snap Dragon Variant. The s24 Exynos Processor is equal in efficiency in every way. Don't listen to the hype of the s24 Snap Dragon Variant being more efficient. I come home with 60-45% battery life on a daily work day on regular normal use. Samsung has come along way with its in house Exynos Processor. Its 100% legit. The 24 base model is the perfect size and weight for your pocket while packing serious efficiency in technology no other phone can do at this point. Its an adaptable device for all Windows and android services with layers of security and flexibility between software's.

I bought this a month ago to upgrade from an S21 and I will admit that the value is there if you want the latest and greatest Galaxy S phone. However, the latest feels like more of the same Galaxy S since the S20. I've yet to find a need for any of the new AI features and the camera is still as terrible as prior generations. The camera has a slow shutter speed, so this is not the phone to get if you're trying to take pictures of anything moving, like a person or pet. The camera is also horrible with indoor lighting, with pictures looking blurry and dark. All in all, if you care about these things in a camera like I do, avoid this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the memory size, camera and phisical size! 🥰 Even though I really got used with the size of my old phone and the Edge format, and was skeptical at first to buy this format, took me just few days to get used with a different shape of the phone, as upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, but was deffinitley worth it! I love the fact that I have more memory to use and the fact that is small enough to fit in my hands but big enough in display size. As for the camera - Samsung never dissaponints - I can see the difference from my old phone for sure in terms of quality of the pictures. Overall - really happy with my phone! S24+ is worth it!

Upgraded from my 5 years old Galaxy S9. Phone itself is great. Fast, camera is good, battery life is great unfortunately the GPS is rubbish. I use the GPS for maps software like Waze and Google Maps for my work as a lorry driver alongside my regular truck satnav. The GPS signal is constantly lost and yes I have followed all the guidelines to ensure accurate location etc and I took off the case and screen protector and made sure it had good exposure to window. The GPS just does not pick up from satellites whereas my S9 was accurate and responsive down to 1 meter. The forums are awash with people complaining about the same across the whole S24 range.

Battery life great and speedy charger I bought is fantastic! Camera is really good quality although I have no idea when it comes to editing photos and the order they are in doesn't make sense. The phone is a bit heavy to be honest, I should have thought about how often I have it in my hand, it's a little too chunky for me. The screen is crystal clear. I wish I could put a memory card in it - that would give me more storage, 256 is not enough memory for all my photos. I would recommend this for performance and good battery but it is quite heavy so that, so far is the only negative point at the moment. Haven't tried AI function yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung S24+ has a real quality feel and looks really great in the Marble Grey set off nicely by the chrome bezels around the camera lenses. The screen image is excellent. Crisp and has great brightness which really helps in bright sunlight. The AI features that I have tried so far (Circle to search, Photo assist and Instant slow-mo) work surprisingly well. Looking forward to trying more. Photos are excellent with colours more accurate than my previous S10 which was a little too over saturated. The battery life is great, lasting around 2 days with my normal usage. The S24+ is making a significant and very welcome upgrade to my S10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is a little smaller than my S21, and the phone is a little thicker, with a metal edge. It therefore seems less tactile, but that might improve once my case arrives (currently lost in Christmas post!) However, so far I did prefer look and feel of the S21. Having said that, this is clearly a feature-packed phone, heavily orientated towards the emerging AI capabilities that are coming on to the market, with many already working seamlessly in the background. For once SmartSwitch worked perfectly first time, waking up the S21 before I knew what was happening, and progressing through the switch with very little effort from me.

The cobalt violet colour is really nice and works really well with a clear case. I love the smaller size of it versus my previous samsung phone and the flat edges make it look very sleek. The phone software is so slick and smooth and I was really impressed with the Samsung switch feature to transfer over all my information from my old Samsung phone. The cameras are amazing and I can't wait to take more photos over the Christmas period. Definitely would recommend this phone as I'm so excited to explore the many fun features that it offers.

The battery lasts for 2 days if using normal and 1 day if I do some gaming. Also happy with the gaming performance. The hand gesture is very handy if I want to take a screenshot, the sharing becomes easy. The camera is also good with a nice zoom. Night photos are also good quality, this is what I liked the most, went out for Christmas light in London and took very nice photos. My friends and family immediately noticed the sound quality of the phone from the previous handset I had. Overall I am very happy with the phone.

I decided to upgrade for the better camera, newer version of the OS, and for a healthier battery. I was also curious about trying the new AI features, which were absent in the S20+. I have had my S24 for about a week now and am happy with my purchase; it is better in almost every way than the S20+ that I had before, and will no doubt be my main device for several years. I have been especially impressed with the extra detail in my photos.

I also love that its not too big - it fits in all my zipped pockets and running bag easily, not too bulky. The grip case is great - the pop up stand will be so useful, I cant wait to use it. If I had one gripe its the delivery. Ordered on Black Friday I wanted it straight away but had to wait weeks until very late on Christmas Eve to receive it. By which time I was far too busy with guests to sit down and get it out to use. I really wish it had been delivered much faster and I would have enjoyed it over Christmas.

I've always been a Samsung person, and I have not been let down by the S24 - it's super fast, with amazing storage capabilities and the cameras (back and front) are of excellent quality. It's seamless flow and UI make it a dream to use, in my everyday life - and the set up and transfer of date from my old S20 FE was simple and fast too, all of my settings were copied over so the switch was a smooth transition. I'm extremely happy with the upgrade. 100% would recommend, not just this phone, but Samsung Galaxy in general - I'm a big fan :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my S22 for the S24 based on the fact I wanted a better camera & I liked the AI features. I've recently filmed and photographed on low light and I am so impressed with the image quality. Photos were taken on a DSLR too & it was difficult to tell which images were taken with which camera. The zoom in low light is also brilliant. My S22 would leave images grainy but with the S24 everything is still crisp. AI editing is also fab. It's quick & super easy to do. Battery life seems pretty good. It can go a whole day without needing a charge. I have small hands so the size of the S24 is perfect for me & it's small enough to stick in your pocket.

I rate the phone as poor for the following reasons: 1. The apps seem slower than my last phone (Pixel 7). 2. The battery life is very poor.. 3. The wireless charging seems weaker than my old phone and won't charge with the cover on (exactly same cover as my last one) 4. Photos aren't anywhere near as good as my old phone. 5. New android version meant that my Samsung watch was no longer supported so forced me to buy a new watch. Whilst I realise this would happen with any android phone I can't help but feel that Samsung have not acted in good faith. Overall I think I should have waited for the Pixel 9 and regret buying a samsung.

My first phone was a Samsung Rugby, the phone was exceptionally durable, and I never had an issue with it, the phone was still in working condition, but I had to retire it due to its age. I was hooked on the Samsung brand from then on. The Samsung Galaxy S24 I just purchased is a dream phone and has the same durable feeling to it as my first phone. The familiar function of a Samsung made the transition to new phone a breeze. I am not super tech. savvy so I’m not using all the bells and whistles. With technology moving so fast, I will be trading it in for a newer model in about 2 years so I know I will easily be good until then.

With a trend towards larger phones, I wanted something similar in size to my old Galaxy S10 which is why I opted for the S24, and I haven’t been disappointed. I love the display too. It is very vibrant with crisp details and colours that really pop, making everything from the photos and videos look stunning. The camera quality is awesome too, very clear and sharp, even at night. The battery is very good too and last long throughout the day without needing a charge. I love some of the new customization options available in the settings that allows me to tailor my preferences perfectly. e.g. having 2 apps on my screen at the same time enabling me to multi task.

I bought this phone a few months ago and have been frustrated ever since. I had a samsung before and loved it. It was a great product. This one has hiccups constantly it seems. The messages randomly font load or shoe properly (not new ones,but the old) and the voice to text is infuriating. Not only is the speaker icon tiny, it is not easy to reach when holding the phone in the right hand. I know it seems silly, but this phone is just not as convenient as others. Also the camera does not work as well as hoped. It doesn't adjust well for close ups and is just not as user friendly as hoped. I will be replacing this phone very soon.

I have been a Samsung cell user since the first Samsung smart phone came out. The S24 has been an amazing device. The reason I didn't give this device a 5☆ is because a few months after using the device all aspects of it started to fail one by one. I brought it in and had it repaired and now it's working amazing again. Another thing I have an issue with is the photo editor. It's so close to being a good app, but it's lost things over the last while and other aspects are falling just short. I do find that the sound quality was better on my S22 which is unfortunate. Thanks Samsung for an amazing product and please keep improving.

Bought a few months ago and the autocorrect does not work properly. It corrects my words wrong. Obviously I spelt them wrong many times but every time I spell them right it makes it wrong. Or I always use swipe to text and its giving me words that don't exist. Or it puts 3 words together and then somehow mashes them together. I'll even type out a whole sentence and go back to fix a letter and suddenly it either erases the word completely or adds 4 letters and words that aren't in my vocabulary or maybe even the dictionary. Then when I go and fix it they disappear and then pop back up again. Which has started a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't make sense.

I like to watch films on my phone so the display is very important to me and I am very impressed by this phones display. The display is excellent and the colours are very vibrant The battery life is a huge improvement from my previous phone giving me the peace of mind that my phone wont run out of battery while I am out and about Finally, the hardware is also much improved from my previous phone. Everything loads quickly and is much faster. Overall this is an excellent phone and I would highly recommend it.

I love my new S24, but as I'm a visual learner and there are 172 pages to the manual, I found it very confusing to set up. I used smartswitch from my old to new, but this left gaping holes in the apps, messages, etc. I think a clear quick start manual would be a good idea to add to the box with the phone. 5 days after I received an email from Samsung with a phone clone link, toooo late. Overall, it seems a good phone with lots of extras, but has taken me 10 days just to sort out everything. Last phone done in half a day. Would I recommend it, yes probably, if you have lots of time for familarisation, or are just upgrading from one Samsung to a newer version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy phones are good enough that I have not switched to either iOS or another manufacturer's Android phone, despite considering it every time I need or want a new phone. The hardware is top of the line. The software is great, with a caveat that it's Google that made this great software, not Samsung. Samsung native apps and systems are hit and miss. For example the home screen app is nothing to complain about, but Samsung Store is useless, and the Smart Switch app is a pain. Having said that, I'd definitely recommend the Galaxy series for anyone wanting top tier Android devices. Also, Sandstone Orange is beautiful!

I upgraded from a S21 and transferred all my data to my new S24 very easily. My new phone is lighter and easier to use, it accepts my fingerprint much better than old phone. I am impressed by the circle to search option and the camera is very detailed . I thought the lenses on old phone were better as they were covered and the ones on S24 seemed a bit exposed and liable to damage but I have bought a cover which seems to have helped. I do like this phone but think it may take a while to learn how to use the new features, the battery lasts ages too.

Love size, screwn clarity and app opening speed ir is intuitive to use. Camera is definitely a step up, really impressed, especially the zoom function. Do not think the predictive text is good, some very unhelpful autocorrects. The smart setup was not as easy as previously upgrades, needed to open all apps to reconfigure - might not get linked to phone of course. Phone with a magsafe case does wireless charging which is nice. Smooth operation on screen. Edge panels are a nice feature to shortcut. Volume and sound quality using dolby atmos really improves listening experience with easy bluetooth connection to earbuds and car.

The shapes in the sides feel soft and sturdy, good quality. The fingerprint scanner embedded in the screen is really fast and has yet to fail to recognise my finger. Battery is good, after heavy usage I still have around 20% when going to bed. The OS feels snappy and responds nicely to the input, without lag. The screen quality is good too, the colors feel vivid and realistic. Camera launches really fast and takes good picture, the zoom is surprisingly good. A fantastic phone that I can recommend, the choice of colors is also outstanding.

I'm still not really impressed with this phone how when you are using texting apps you are constantly getting kicked out of them. These are things like Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp I've never had this happen on any cell phone before and I've owned previous Samsung devices. Many people boast about how the s24 takes amazing pictures on a number of instances especially when there's orange or pink colors in sky pictures the pictures turned out very Bland and often do not reflect how nice the colors look in real life. I have an old S9 that I still have used to take some pictures because they look way better than the s24

I've had my S24 Ultra since launch. I originally was going to keep my S23 Ultra but the screen broke and Samsung bought it back from me at a great price even with the broken screen. Honestly I loved the 23 and the 24 is the same thing with some really cool AI photo editing features. The camera takes great shots, the video is crisp, and the screen looks amazing. On top of all of that I get all day battery life using my phone for work (email and calls) and personal use. I'm honestly impressed at the capabilities and 100% would buy this phone again. I'm wondering how Samsung is going to top this device as they're basically the perfect android device at this point.

Purchased phone 3 weeks ago to replace damaged Samsung and was not aware it does not take an SD card. This is around the 8th Samsaung Phone I have had ( not including the 2 exploding phones) and every time you get a new phone you get less and less for mor and more $$. Cant use my ear phones from previous phones - have to buy airbuds, cant use your SD card, dont even get a charger !!!! There is a cord but it doesnt have the USB end to plug in to anything. I am pretty disappointed and now have to fork out more money to get photos off my SD card, attachment for charging , airbuds etc. Have always been a Samsung fan - as mentioned this is at least my 8th phone, I have had 3 tablets, Fast chargers, you name it but really dont get value for money anymore - and this phone was $1650 - not a cheap one!!

Camera needs works severely blows out high lights. Intelligent optimisation is overly aggressive even on the moderate setting. Needs an option to allow the image direct from the camera without modification. If these short comings can't be rectified in future software updates. This phone is ruined by the developers having no idea of reality. The photos from the device at times are almost comical. The zoom is quite good but it is suddenly modified by AI and becomes unreal and not resembling what had been photographed. I will no longer buy Samsung phones if this trend continues. I bought the S24+ and S24 Ultra when they were on pre-order and it has to be one of the best decisions I've made in a while. The phones feel and look so high quality that I honestly have to convince myself to put it down to do other things. Without a case on it, it is absolutely amazing, the screen is so anti reflective that I wish Samsung made glass screen protectors from the same glass. So far it's been over 10 months and the phones are holding up great, battery life is always good and performance has never faulted. The only downside to these phones (the same with every flagship phone out there) is they are expensive.

I would like to start by saying I like Samsung products in general (all my appliences are Samsung) and like Samsung phones and have had them for tge past 12 years in a row. I bought this around 6 months ago, I had the S10 before. I dont like that I cannot add an exta storage micro SD. I dont like that it didnt come with a charger as my old one is not compatible with the cable provided. I dont like that they dont have a jack port for earphones, I only like earphones with a cable. That's why I feel the phone was a stepback from what I had. The S10 might the best I EVER had. It lasted me 5 years and I broke it by mistake.

Phone is designed very well. It's durable with the titanium frame. It has a very nice 10 core CPU. There are a few design decisions and features that are lacking. Once you open the phone the colors are dull and looks like lcd screen colors not the vividness of Amoled. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack which is understandable as wireless headphones are fairly cheap. The worst part about this phone is no expandable storage and Samsung upselling their customers to upgrade their storage. If I didn't get a good trade in deal on the phone I would have went with another brand. I can't really rate this phone higher than a 3.

I love the size of the phone it's smaller than my old phone , which i like as its easier to carry round and hold. camera is amazing, so much clearer than my old phone. It was so easy to transfer all my old stuff over to my new phone, the phone literally does it for you, no complicated steps. An extra great feature is the live transcript which is amazing to use if you are learning a language or going abroad! The battery has lasted me all day, when I had my old phone I was constantly charging it. It has made life so much easier. I would definitely purchase this phone again.

I've used many Samsung devices and this phone is a solid product. But there are some cons such as my battery life not being as resilient compared to my s21 or s23 and the color seamless saturated. Where the s24 exceeds is in the features and added ability for individuals with disability to use and communicate the phone easier. The AI features are very helpful to maintain a faster flow of work and quick answers. I would like to see continuous work on more features more camera editing software. I will continue to use my Samsung devices as their reliable consistent and provide more features and nuances with each update.

I "upgraded" from my S22 Ultra to the S24 Ultra and wish I had kept my S22 Ultra! I use my phone to take pics and video for my social media business. The new camera on the S24 Ultra is a huge disappointment! Photos I could have taken previously at long range with the S22 Ultra, cannot be done with anywhere near the resolution using the S24 Ultra. It as though there is A.I. attempting to correct the image resolution but all it does is ruin the image. If you're looking to buy this phone for the camera, don't waste your money! I have had 5 Samsung phones now and if this is the quality they're making now, I'll be sourcing other phones in 2026 when my plan comes due.

My user journey started with S7 Edge to S21 then S22, which has ultimately redefined the standards I expect from Samsung. I recently upgraded to S24 as the current S22's battery heated very frequently from the limited storage. For the first time, I feel not happy with the upgrade (even had a thought of returning it). It's that near miss of the camera that gives so much saturation and sharpness to the photo while ignoring the colour (the livelihood). Also, the editing portrait mode used to be applicable regardless of its definition (portrait-face) and I could turn it on or off easily by going to edit, now it's no longer there on S24. I don't know but it's a mix feeling.

Before this, I had a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, which was also a fantastic phone, and Smart Switch made it really easy to swap to the new phone. However, I am really enjoying how the S24 is a little bit smaller and lighter and fits in my hand better. The screen and speakers are great for games and videos and the camera is amazing. I've had loads of fun playing with the AI photo editing features and I can't wait to see what Samsung does with AI in the future. Lastly, I got the Sandstone Orange colour and it is super vibrant and I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first phone replacement in a few year and I am happy to say it was a very easy transition. The phone has all the similar layout as the previous version which made life easy. The setup took about 20 minutes using Smart Switch and the provided cable. Just had to login to all the apps on the new phone which took some time. The build quality is much better and has a solid aluminium design and a bright clear display. The features are very similar to previous phones with the updated accuracy and reliability it now comes with. Overall am very happy with the S24 and would recommend it to other Samsung users.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about the S24 is the size is not too big or bulky. It's smaller and feels sleeker than a lot of other mobile phones. It was easy to transfer my data, images, videos and apps from my old phone to my new S24 using the app smart switch which the new S24 recommended. I love the fact that Samsung has a separate gallery where I can organise all my photos into albums. The camera is fantastic with it's many options and clarity. It's great to snap away for my photography course. I have noticed the S24 does not have a micro-sd card slot but with a memory of 256GB this phone will last me a good few years. I would definitely recommend buying the S24 it's worth it.

Unexpectedly good! I switched from Samsung Galaxy A15 to Samsung Galaxy S24+, I was using the simplest version just to transition, but after using it, I found it superb after not using Samsung phones for a long time. I was one of the first to start using Samsung phones in 2007, but after many years of not using them, they are still surprisingly satisfying to me. The smoothness of all the functions and the pixels for taking pictures are beyond words. Many functions let me feel convenient, now more and more like a Samsung mobile phone. Recommended for everyone to buy!!! Will let you have a different experience!!!!

I've upgraded to this from the S10, so I was bound to find a leap in speed, picture quality, and sound. The smart switch app is reliable and easy as ever and this time I remembered how to save my whatsapp chat history first... It still takes about half a day to get everything set up as one would like it, but then everything becomes second nature. The device looks and feels good and I look forward to learning some new features I may have missed out on since my last upgrade.

I recently purchased two devices, the S24 and S24+, but I must express my extreme disappointment, particularly with the S24 model. Despite being brand new and covered under warranty, the S24 arrived with multiple manufacturing defects that significantly hindered its usability and functionality. Firstly, the camera on the S24 was non-functional right out of the box. Additionally, the biometrics were disabled, and the fingerprint reader did not operate at all. These issues point to very poor manufacturing quality, which is unacceptable for a device that is supposed to represent the latest in mobile technology.

I have used this phone now for a month. As a person who struggles with change, I was reluctant to upgrade from my well loved S8+. After the adjustment period, I quickly realized I made the right choice. This phone has so many amazing and beneficial features! My two favourites are definitely the AI text customization, and the colour palettes customized from my lock screen photos. The battery life is also excellent and helpful for those who live busy lives. The only thing I struggle with is the buttons all being on the right side of the phone. Because I am left handed, I can't push the buttons as easily. I would love for samsung to one day offer left and right handed options!

Transferring my contacts, images, and files was seamless, thanks to the Smart Switch feature. One of the standout upgrades has to be the camera and image quality. The S24+ takes stunning photos, with crisp detail and vibrant colors. There are plenty of shooting modes and options to experiment with. In terms of performance, the extra features and refinements are a noticeable upgrade over my S22, the display is vibrant and the overall speed is great. I also appreciate the improved battery life, which easily gets me through a full day of use.

Bought this to upgrade my Note 8 because it's battery was dying, thought this phone would have all kinds of new and wonderful features. It has a few new ones and they are definitely cool, but I miss my Note. It too had cool features even if they were a tad outdated. I guess I should learn to love this phone because we're going to be together for a while. Overall, it's ok, not Note great, but ok. Now I have to decide if I would recommend it to a friend, that's a tricky one. Yeah, I guess I would, Samsung do make excellent products that stand the test of time and are of high quality and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Retiring my old workhorse (Samsung Galaxy S10) and upgrading to the new flagship model, The Samsung Galaxy S24, and boy was it a big jump. So far I'm loving it. The S24 has a polished and sleek design. It has an amazing display, it's AMOLED 2X screen offers vibrant colors and excellent brightness. It is very quick and snappy, great for switching apps and multi-tasking. Battery life is solid, lasting a full day. So far it has been reliable and I hope it continues to provide me with the smooth transition. I have not tried all the AI functions yet but the circle to search is very cool and pretty easy to use.
