It's a great phone, perfect size, fantastic camera, I like the AI technology on it. I can keep my whole life organised, doing all my emails, shopping and keeping important dates and appointments on my calendar. The processor runs great and haven't experienced any lagging in watching movies or playing games. The details in the graphics are absolutely amazing!!! The Battery life seems to be very good, sometimes not needing to charge until the following day! The design and display of the phone is way better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend you getting this phone, it literally does everything you could ever need a phone to do!

I preferred the colours available in the S24 Ultra range, I chose the Titanuim Orange, being an online exclusive. I like that since the S22 Ultra, the rounded edges of the screen have been removed, making finding and installing an adequate screen protector much easier. Battery life is much better as far as I have seen. Older phone didn't last through the day with constantly using it for either games, music or videos. Superior camera, image quality seems much better. Everything I am used to in my phone, but improved in some way or another. Great bit of kit.

I love the look of this phone. The screen is clear and bright. The camera is great. The stylus works well. I'm still learning a lot of the features, but I do like most of those I have used. However, I loved that an earlier Galaxy phone had a light that flashed to let me know I had missed a call/text - I learned to live with the repeat notification sound on my last Galaxy - On the s24 ultra, the repeat notification continues to blip after the notification is read and keeps going until the phone is restarted - NOT an improvement Samsung. Overall, I would recommend this phone so far, but there are definitely some improvements needed.

I've been using Samsung phone for a long time and the S24 ultra looks gorgeous, however, I've been experiencing issues with the screen brightness especially when viewing pictures in Google's Photos app, the brightness will increase on its own which makes the photo look awful. This will happen when I upload pictures on IG too which is very annoying. I've read some forums and noticed that other people are experiencing the same problem too. Obviously I've already turned off all the functions regarding the auto brightnesd adjustment under settings. I use my phone to take pictures of products for my online shop and now I don't know what to do.... :(

I have been using my wife's Iphone14 Pro for clicking pictures all the time previously but this surpasses it - by capturing authentic quality images. I was sat in balcony of a theatre and was able to zoom in clearly to capture a vivid picture of the closing curtains. The battery charging is superfast and the battery lasts for a day and more with concurrent usage. I am still getting used to the size of the device but I am sure in good time I will be able to use the phone efficiently and make optimized use of its full potential.

The sleek titanium design on the back makes the phone feel super luxurious and premium, the 6.8-inch display is bright and incredibly smooth with the 120Hz refresh rate, and the performance is lighting fast thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Processor. Additionally, the data transfer feature was exceptionally easy which allowed a easy transfer of all my data from my previous phone to the S24 Ultra. Furthermore 200MP camera and the incredible zoom capabilities take stunning photos each time. It's definitely among the best phones out there right now.

Would be a lot happier if device had an sd card slot, also if ot didn't overheat so much while using video calls. Sent 1st phone back due to overheating, this one is no different. It limits the time I can spend on video calls to my family. As I have 10 grandchildren, with only 2 of them living near me, video calls are an important feature for me. For the price of this phone, the overheating and lack of memory slot is a big disappointment. I have had Samsung phones for years and years but I am already looking at my next upgrade, just a shame I have to wait 3 years to get it :( It probably won't be a Samsung unless these issues are fixed

Fantastic flagship device. Very well built compared to previous flagships. Loving the titanium frame and beautiful screen. Sharp and snappy performance with intelligent management of power and processor consumption. The flat screen is a welcome feature as I wasn't too keen on the curved screen on older notes etc however I feel the lower cost of producing a flat screen could have been passed onto the consumer as you could potentially buy a working road legal car or motorcycle for the price of this handset. If you don't require the fancy features or won't use them often, you're probably better off saving some money and going for the standard S24.

Terrible experience with this pathetic so-called flagship device from Samsung. Pre-ordered the phone and less than a month and already having overheating issues, slow charging even when it says superfast charging with an official Samsung wall charger, battery drains without doing anything, no background apps running, nothing wrong with the phone after running diagnostics, and all of this is with my very limited use of the phone without yet activating all the fancy AI features etc. I will definitely be returning this device back to Samsung for a full refund and never buy any Samsung phone again!

I am so disappointed with the quality of the s24 ultra. Photos blurred and low quality, my phone heats up. I just received my phone yesterday I asked to return as it heats up but samsung wants me to take a brand new phone in for repair, I paid $2600 for a phone that needs repairing before use . I don't want to repair the phone I just want a refund.

The screen display is comforting to the eyes, especially for someone who uses VDS for more than 8hours a day. The phone, the screen, is sleek, the surface glides smoothly. I've had the phone for only 2 weeks but I cannot fault it. I have never had the latest phone, always getting the model or two down but deciding to get this was no mistake. The amount of customisation is insane, the AI technology is phenomenal, the battery life is fantastic. With average use I can go 3 days on one charge, 2 days with more frequent use. I am not a technology person but I appreciate everything this phone offers and I would recommend watching some YouTube videos to make sure you get the most out of your phone because it keeps blowing my mind finding out what this phone can do! The battery life is excellent as is the rapid charge time using the Samsung 25W charge adaptor. The most pleasing thing is the way it integrates into the Samsung cover screen. Physically the cover screen shelters the camera lenses and makes the back of the phone flat so it can lie on a flat surface smoothly. The way the cut out in the screen works to display time, notifications and a music controller is also very neat. Setting the phone up took some time but was very well aided by simply asking questions using the Gemini AI assistant installed on the phone.

Transfering the date and pics over from my old phone was very easy, the first time i have ever used the program to do this, very impressed. Loving the larger 1TB drive space and i have not even put my sd card in yet, i may buy a new 1TB sd just to match it. Have set my battery to 80% initialy to give it as long a life as possible, and at that setting still giving me good hours between charges. I was drawn to the S24 ultra version because of the camera, but the more i use the phone the bigger my smile gets.

The data switch was seemless and was done within a hour, recommend using the data cable instead of the wire. Trust me its quicker. The AI technology has been really useful but im still learning all benefits it has to offer. The camera is amazing the quality of photos taken are definitely an improvement versus my previous model. Battery life has been pretty great currently still on 50% after a heavy day of usage streaming movies, listening to music, work meetings and phone calls with out a top up charge. Upgraded from S22 Ultra to the Titanium Grey S24 Ultra. Love the look of the natural titanium. The move to a flat screen is absolutely brilliant, very glad they got rid of the curved edges. AI features are cool and quite useful in certain situations. Incredible performance and phenomenal battery life, I can't kill this thing in a day. Gorilla Armor is also a killer feature with its increased durability and anti-reflecting properties. Overall, a top notch device in looks, performance, and features. Would highly recommend if in the market for a flagship device that will almost certianly win as best phone of the year. It won't disappoint.

I am disappointed with three S24 Ultra. Most features of this phone seem like I'm using the S22 Ultra and the battery isn't very good, unless I'm plugged in it drains quickly. Within 1.5 hours the battery will drain 23% during my workouts while watching a downloaded show or listening to music. The camera is even worse. When you get a new phone you expect the camera to be an upgrade or at the very least the same but somehow sansung has managed to take this camera backwards what seems like 10 years. I used to brag about the pictures I could take that were way better than my friends phones but not their cameras are leaps better than mine.

From photos of the moon, to wildlife (think close up butterfly images) this phone is outstanding!! Love the flat screen, as this makes using the S-pen much easier when you get to the edge - never quite sure about the curved screen. Haven't noticed a difference really with the zoom lens decrease (but haven't needed to take many pictures at that zoom yet). The screen feels particularly smooth and nice to the touch (although slightly worried as recent reports suggest the coating has a finite life... Have to wait and see). Overall a fantastic phone, which I have come to expect from Samsung having had this form factor since the first Note phone

I bought this less than a week ago. It was great till the phone started a black screen of death. First 2 times, force restart solved the problem. Third time it just died and refused to turn on. To make matters worse, instead of accepting this as dead on arrival and handing me a new device, I had to process a return and repair which will take 3-5 business days. No compensation. Rude staff. Absolute nightmare! Features? Good for 6 days, but Black screen so 1 Performance? Great for 6 days, Black screen so 1 Design? If it dies in 6 days? Poor so 1 Value? BIGGEST RIP OFF WORST SERVICE FOR A PREMIUM DEVICE.

Network issues are ruining this great phone. I am getting weaker cell signal on same old places. Less signal bars. But biggest disappointment was when i was roaming in usa. I was able to use AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile and US cellular on my old s22 ultra as per my US-Canada rate plan. Now i cannot connect to At&t or Verizon. What changed in one week? The phone. And because there are 3 parties involved in this strange issue, everyone is passing blame on to other. Overall s24 ultra is great. Faster chip, screen is amazingly bright, fingerprint sensor is quick, cameras are great. Just dont go for roaming in usa if you need at&t or verizon.

I got the 512GB storage model since I have tons of gaming apps and there's no SD card slot, which seems to be the norm for high-end phones now. Just FYI, there's no 3.5mm headphone jack either, so you'll need USB-C or wireless earphones. The camera is amazing, colours stay true even in low light and the zoom is incredible. It's super-fast, and the big screen is perfect for gaming and watching shows on the go. The AI features and S Pen are pretty cool too. Like that it comes with updates until 2031, so I should be set with this phone for years!

I upgraded from my previous Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The battery life of the my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G has exceeded my expectations, consistently lasting the entire day and even reaching approximately 12 hours on one occasion. Although I have only been using it for four weeks, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance I particularly value the AI features that enhance my productivity, such as assisting in document creation. However, I kindly suggest that it would be advantageous if these features were offered perpetually without charge.

This is my first time owning a S series device as I have been using the A series device for over 4-5 years and the performance and features is a huge leap from that of A series. My most favorite feature is the camera where I can still take good quality pictures even at 5-10 times zoom. I also have been loving how the phone does not lag when using high performing apps like gaming. My only wish Samsung can improve is the battery wherein they mentioned that the battery can last 2-3 days in moderate use, but mine only lasts about a day even if I have been using it for about 5 hours and mainly use it to browse the internet and take notes.

Recently, I purchased a new phone and have been using it for a few weeks. Overall, I am pleased with the device, particularly its black design, impressive performance, and excellent camera quality. However, I have noticed one issue with the DISPLAY COLORS. They do not appear as VIBRANT as I would expect from a Samsung device, known for its exceptional display quality. In fact, when comparing it to my previous phones, the Note 20 Ultra and S22 Plus, the difference in color reproduction is quite noticeable. I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible. If the display colors cannot be improved, I may have to return the device.

The phone itself physically is a very similar size feels slightly heavier but that's a good thing as feels well built. I've protected it with a chunky case and screen protector as well. The whole process of transferring data from my old phone to new was very very simple. Took a few hours to complete but all done with no fuss. I did lose my gallery folders however so one to note for future. The phone is quick, very slick, very easy to use and everything I'd expect from a newer samsung model. Camera is fab. All in all, really enjoying my purchase.

The phone is ridiculously faster than my previous phone and the display is beautiful, I've yet to fully test out the camera but the picture quality is much clearer so far. The S-pen has been very useful so far in work applications in an engineering environment. I have made several notes from meetings and have even made a few concept drawings with it l. Overall, I'd highly recommend the phone. My only gripe is the size of it. Compared to my previous phone it is a bit of a brick. However, I may be biased as my previous phone was several generations behind.

Considering its premium price, I feel it has been a waste of money, and this has become very frustrating for me. I bought my Galaxy S24 Ultra 256GB in Green to replace my aging Pixel 7 Pro. And by golly I do not regret my decision. It's such a significant step forward from anything Google have released. It's the very definition of a premium smartphone. The titanium rails, the cool to the touch glass front and back, the sublime green colour. It's the complete package. The screen and cameras for me make it complete. The screen is gorgeous, bright, and vibrant. And the camera array has me covered for any circumstances that arise while providing vivid colours and detail. I am 100% team Samsung now for future smartphone android purchases.
