We have lots of available methods you can use to capture a screenshot on your phone, including a palm swipe gesture. To set this up, head to Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Toggle Palm swipe to capture ON. You'll then be able to capture a screenshot by swiping the side of your hand across the screen. Our engineers are always here to help, however, if a phone has been deemed as out of warranty due to physical damage, then all repairs will be chargeable. The Z Fold5 has an extraordinary 4,400 mAh battery, however, for the first couple of weeks, your phone is learning your usage patterns, and the battery consumption may appear drastic but this will ease after this period, and you will notice a big difference and see the potential this battery can give. Fingerprint marks can be a pain and can get in the way of enjoying the immersive Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, we have put together a quick guide on the best way to clean your phone, this can be found here: https://spr.ly/6420UXE7u This phone has Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® 2 on the cover screen and the back cover providing that immense support and peace of mind, however, at the end of the day, it is glass and scratches may appear if left in pockets with keys or other sharp objects.
