原來是使用Garmin產品，轉用Galaxy watch7後，感覺特別滿意，電池續航力能滿足一整天使用，充電也非常方便快速。搭配Samsung Health做為各人健康管理，其app整合更是優於Garmin，特別推薦睡眠鼾聲監測及飲食管理，對於睡眠及體重改善真的很實用。

管理基本健康、睡眠以及運動很方便，有時間會覺得感應器位置溫度較高。對手腕較細又想要44mm錶徑的非常不友善，不能自由搭配錶帶，只能用預設配置的M/L錶帶，要另外再花錢購入S/M錶帶，變相要你花錢買週邊，而且價格又不便宜，原本配置的M/L錶帶又完全沒用了，感覺企業應該要有一點環保意識。

I've only had a day with my Galaxy Watch 7, it's a very cool gadget with interesting insights into health data and all that jazz; what I didn't know is that a couple of features would be locked to Samsung phones. My partner is using an old Samsung A51 phone from 2019 temporarily, which grants her access to ECG, blood pressure and sleep apnea functions, where as my much more modern and powerful Pixel 8 Pro isn't able to access these, this clearly isn't due to a technology specifically included in Samsung phones, it's just an anti consumer decision as far as I'm concerned, as modified versions of these apps exist to get them working, they're just arbitrarily barred for people not using Samsung phones.

My Galaxy Watch 7 was a great present. It has become as important to me as my smart phone. It possesses many features. There are some that I will never use but those that I do are very helpful. The ability to read messages on the go is great and not having to hunt for my phone first! The watch’s is display is large and bright and the speaker good enough to engage in phone conversations. I’m aware that some people have had issues with the longevity of their battery but I haven’t had any problems. I charge it overnight and I expect the watch to be about 80% at the next charge.

Really disappointed as it doesn't work for calls on bluetooth with my Nokia phone I can listen to music using the watch and bluetooth but not calls I wasn't told this when I purchased it and I asked and they said it would work. I brought it at the airport so I can't take it back it's such a shame it is a nice watch but doesn't do what I brought it for. I have done the online help and they said it would work as it was an LTE I just needed to contact my service provider but I've looked into it further and I don't think it will and the next online chat confirmed it wouldn't

功能優秀，運動、睡眠評價、血壓與心電圖測量功能很實用，還有內建samsung pay功能可以在沒有帶手機出門時購物。真的要挑刺就是續行方面差強人意，開起睡眠、血氧檢測，aod觸摸與抬起手腕時亮起，大約可以使用1天半，考慮到上班當中不太可能把手錶取下充電，正常就是一天一充(晚上9點到隔天晚上9點，大概還剩45%電量)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love everything* about the Galaxy watch 7 from it's sleek, modern and thin design to a watch I can quickly customise to use Google services as well as customise some amazing watch faces and widgets with! Furthermore it's health tracking features such as sleep and energy score have really helped me and motivated me to improve using healthy methods! The reason why I use an * after everything is because the battery life is awful unfortunately, I have to charge this watch once a day which I don't want to do as I always want to wear it (it's that good)!!!

I'm pleased to have recommended this watch to my husband, based on my experience with same. It has transformed his daily regime with its comprehensive and highly sophisticated fitness tracker while keeping him well informed of all activities and daily schedules. Its battery still lasts for at least the whole day on the "always on" display setting and the quality of the phone calls --paired with a Galaxy phone-- is excellent. Together with the Galaxy ring I also recommended, he is able to get crucial information and monitor his overall health at optimum level.

This watch is a godsend. I had a Galaxy watch 4 and this is definitely an upgrade. I find the energy score feature invaluable, I like how it advises you not to do too much activity and how your body needs time to recover and to do things slowly. It tells you when you are doing well and are on the right track. So at the moment it is giving me more feedback then trips to the hospital or the doctors surgery. It measures your blood oxygen levels, heart rate, ecg. I can answer calls without having to brandish my phone. It works seamlessly with my other Samsung devices. I can search for it on fine my device, and using smart things. I left it in my hold luggage and my phone was able to tell me that I had not mistakenly left it behind.

IF YOU HAVE SLIM, PETITE WRISTS, TRY ON FIRST I received the watch as part of a promo deal and had no choice in the size. The diameter of the watch (44mm) is much too large for my petite wrist. The 40mm, if I had a choice, would have been too. The band fit is okay- smallest circumferance- but the watch itself is cumbersome, constantly hitting things and looks ridiculous. I can't comment on the features of the watch as I can't wear it to use it. 35mm diameter or a rectangular watch would work better on smaller wrists. Unfortunately, Samsung do not appear to offer smaller sizes. So- not saying it's a bad product. Just be aware the product is not designed for petite wrists I gave it 3 stars for features, performance as a benefit of the doubt

I got this watch to help monitor a few health issues I have. However the only stress I have is due to the failure of this device to actually monitor correctly, Sleep, sure it tells me I had X hours and occasionally will report all the other stats, maybe once in a blue moon will it actually monitor all Sleep data and before you state it needs to be snug if I got it any tighter it would cut of my blood supply, Blood pressure the only time I can that to work is when it needs calibration so once every 28 days, Notifications ever since the latest update, the message Notifications are at best sporadic when I do receive one the only way to clear it is to power the watch off then on again. So in a nutshell the big selling points of this device don't work or work badly.

The magnetic watch strap is terrible compared to the metal strap I had on my earlier Samsung watch, as I now spend most of my time refixing the tightness of the strap - will have to replace with something better. Battery life, OK, but actually my 4 year old watch I had before, still Samsung was probably better, so not moved forward in that respect either. The watch itself, however, has the features it says, works as you would expect, and the display is good in terms of being able to read and interact with emails etc.

Love my watch. Upgraded to the Galaxy Watch 7 for the bigger screen and it doesn't disappoint. Only things I'm not entirely impressed with is the location tracking feature. Before I start a walk or a run, I wait for the GPS to find my location, which unfortunately is quite slow and frustrating waiting for it locate where I am. Second issue, for some reason the raise wrist to wake screen function keeps turning off by itself. Other than that it's a great watch and the battery alongside the Galaxy Ring is brilliant.

不滿意的點意外的多 1.超過50分未活動的傳送提醒功能判定很差，有時候我都起身走路好一段時間了，還在提醒我要活動 2.錶面的複雜快捷設定太少，甚至連你們自己的samsung wallet都沒有，真的爛到無法理解，這一點apple watch的選項就多很多 3.錶帶的設計很差，像我買了44mm的版本，就只能配M/L的錶帶，而我手腕本身比較細，所以帶起來的體驗就不是很好，後來我買了你們官方的空氣感織布錶帶，因為S/M的都沒了，想說這種款式的應該可以稍微綁緊一點，沒想到在設計上也不能調整，終究還是太大，逼到我只能去買副廠的錶帶，這是你們希望看到的嗎? 總之這是我第一次買你們三星的手錶，但應該會是最後一次

I'm still finding great new things that it can do for me the screen is just the right size for most things I have tried. Just got to get my head round ai for doing texts on it as my fingers are disabled. It is very easy to connect to my phone and tablet not tried computers yet. My only problem is if I have everything running my battery needs more charging. I have found it sofar better than a fit bit which is what I have had before. Is there an app for blood sugar readings I need a good one?

I love what it can do: connectivity, pay, display pictures, control camera, steps, swim, ECG sensors, make/take calls. But the downside is the battery performance - doing too much means charging every other day. If Samsung cant make the battery last longer, as least provide another charger for when you are on the move. In addition, I went for the grey strap, but the blue tab on the strap seems to have leaked colour on the rest of the strap, so it is now grey with a hint of blue.

I had a Samsung Watch 6 before this. So I like them. The 7 is even better. More accurate on blood pressure etc. The battery also lasts much longer than the 6. And I had the bigger 44mm display which is easier to read. Features like connecting to my S25 Ultra are great so you have a complete picture of your health - always. It gets an easy 10/10 for me. I don't like the watch strap it came with so I changed it for my old one from 6 and I am waiting for a chrome one at the moment.
