How to claim:

Step 1

Purchase any Galaxy Tab S9 Series device.

Step 2

Switch on the device and connect to the internet.

Step 3

Download and install the Samsung Members app from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.

Step 4

Open the Samsung Members app and Log in or register and follow the prompts.

Step 5

Click on the Galaxy Tab S9 Series promotion redepmtion banner in the benefits section.

Step 6

Complete the form with your personal details and proof of purchase.

Step 7

Once the form is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your claim has been verified you will receive a congratulatory message.

Step 8

The promotional gifts will be delivered to you by a courier within 7-14 working days.
(The S Pen will be in the Tab S9 series device box. Keyboard cover and 45W charger will be delivered via courier)

For Vodacom and associated dealer customers the Redemption Period will be from 7th of August 2023 [00:00] to 23rd of October 2023 [23:59];

For MTN and associated dealer customers the Redemption Period will be from 1st of August 2023 [00:00] to 14th of October 2023 [23:59];

For Cell C and associated dealer customers the Promotion Period will be from 1st of August 2023 [00:00] to 31st of October 2023 [23:59];

For National retail channels and online channels excluding FNB connect from 1st of August 2023 [00:00] to 14th of October 2023 [23:59]; and
