    1. What is the difference between “Screen Repair”* and “Screen Replacement”**? And why is “Screen Repair” cheaper?
      In the “Screen Repair” service, only the display screen is replaced which makes it cheaper, whereas “Screen Replacement” includes the metal frame replacement along with the display screen. *Only panel is damaged. **Display screen and metal frame are damaged.
    2. Do “Screen Repair” and “Screen ReplacSUement” both have the same results?
      “Screen Repair” is only a replacement of the screen itself, however, “Screen Replacement” includes the replacement of the display screen and the metal frame.
    3. What happens if I didn’t agree to the disclaimer at checkout and chose the wrong repair?
      The disclaimer is an indication of the Screen Repair program. If it’s not applicable for your device, then the original cost from the Authorised Service Centre will be charged. If the incoming inspection symptom is different from the initial symptom selected, recalculated cost may be charged.
    1. How do I make a payment, and do you offer Cash on Delivery option (COD)?
      You are required to make a payment for the service charges to the advised Authorised Partner prior to Repair, Our Samsung Authorised Service Centre will sent payment details by email.

      You are required to pay before the repair service.
    3. Do I need to pay if my device is still under warranty?
      In case of any other damage occurred by the End-user on the device it can dealt with as Out-of-warranty even if the device falls under warranty period. (Final inspection by Technician is required to determine final condition).
