Visit samsung.com/za to browse and purchase any qualifying Samsung smartphone.

2. Visit the Trade-In Platform:
After purchasing your new Samsung product, go to www.samsungza.northladder.net.. Here, you can select the old device you want to trade in and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online evaluation process for your old product.

3. Evaluation and Pick-Up Process:
Once you've completed the online evaluation, our trade-in partner will contact you within 15 business days after your new device has been received to arrange a doorstep pick-up.

4. Receive Your Cashback:
After the evaluation is completed and the offer is accepted, the cashback will be transferred to your bank account.

Our online platform will automatically calculate the estimated value of your device based on the grading criteria outlined in the campaign terms and conditions, available at www.samsung.com/za/offer/trade-in-terms.
Please note that the final value will be confirmed after the evaluation process is completed.

Our trade-in partner will contact you to arrange a courier pickup within 15 business days after your new device has been received.

2.Perform a Factory Reset: After transferring your data, perform a factory reset on the old device to securely erase all personal information.
3. Remove SIM and Memory Cards: Take out any SIM cards or external memory cards to protect your data.
4. Sign Out of Accounts: Log out of all accounts, including Samsung, Google, Apple, or any other services linked to the device.
5. Backup Data: Before resetting, ensure you have backed up any important data to your new device or cloud storage.
6. Check for Remaining Data: Use a data erasure app or service to confirm that no personal information remains on the old device.

Upon evaluation of your device, you will be given a final offer. Once you accept the offer, a bank transfer will be initiated and processed within 2-5 business days.
