The Display is probably my favourite part, its big and bright and makes watching videos and multitasking much better. Performance is also really smooth, apps open fast and I havent noticed much lag so far. Battery life has been pretty good for me, although heavy use does drain it quicker like you would expect. The Hinge feels solid and the overall Durability seems good, but I still find myself being a bit careful with a foldable phone. Overall I like it a lot, especially for work and multitasking. Its expensive but if you actually use the big screen then I think it makes more sense.

However the wow factor of being able to open the phone up to see the gorgeous large dispaly more than makes up for it. I am very impressed with the fact they have made the fold almost invisible. I can honestly say that I am totally unaware of it whilst using it and sometimes have to look at the back of the phone to make sure I am going to close the phone up the correct way. A brilliant piece of technology. It's just as quick as the S25 and overall I am extremely pleased that I traded in my S25.

I wasn't sure if the upgrade would be worth it, but despite how incremental it is, it makes for a far more complete device! The hinge mechanism is far smoother and easier to open. The screen brightness boost makes a big difference (as does the anti-reflective layer on the inner screen) and the ultra wide camera upped to 50px really does make for more detailed photos. The faster charging is great too, I really notice it when in a rush to top up (though the battery is lasting longer already, the extra MAh really help). Plus the Shadow Green colourway is gorgeous. My favourite colour anyway, so it was a no brainer!

The responsiveness of the phone is impeccable and is extremely smooth, the new silicon carbon battery allows for your flagship battery life whilst making the phone slimmer, which shows in the crease now taking a huge visual decrease seen in other fold phones and also the hinge being smooth and durable to allow easy opening. Unfolding it is a total treat the inner crease is practically invisible now, and both screens get so ridiculously bright that you can actually use it outside in bright sunlight without squinting. It's surprisingly thin and comfortable to hold, but what really blew me away was the battery life; it actually lasts through a full, heavy day without me needing to hunt for a charger. The horizontal lock and Fan Cam features were the most convincing reasons for me. Since I'm into social media and vlogging, those features feel genuinely useful and make creating content much easier.                   The phone looks stunning. As a current Trifold user, I am using the Fold 8 Ultra as a secondary device to replace my Fold 6. The folding sound is deeply satisfying. The hinge feels incredibly strong, and the screen crease is barely visible right now. In terms of screen quality, weight, and overall size, it feels very similar to the Fold 7. Performance has been fast and snappy so far. I chose the Violet Shadow color and really love the aesthetic. My only complaints are that I miss having an S-Pen, and I am disappointed that there is no matching Violet Shadow case available at this moment.

The screen is beautiful and the crease is much less than that of my old Z fold 4. I hope it is more resilient and will not crack down the crease as that one did even whilst still in warranty. Without a protective cover, I find the phone rather slippery to handle particularly when opened. The thinness is very impressive but I would rather have preferred a return of the S pen or at least the integration of some sort of stylus. I also wish you offered a range of protective covers with a stylus, a stand and RFID space for cards. Is there one you recommend that I can be sure will work well?

The hardware feels refined, and the crease (while still visible) has genuinely impressed me. After a few days of use, it’s barely perceptible under my fingers, which makes the large inner display feel more seamless than previous generations. The one aspect I’ve liked the least is the colour. I chose Graphite, but in person it appears much lighter than the photos on the website. To my eyes it looks more like a washed‑out grey, so I ended up buying a dbrand skin purely to get a finish I preferred. My only other area of critique is the overall smoothness of the UI. It works well, but compared to some competitors it doesn’t always feel as fluid or consistently responsive, especially during multitasking. Finally, regarding the fingerprint sensor: it works reliably, but the flat side‑mounted design can make it slightly harder to locate by touch. A subtle slope or indentation in future models could make it easier to find without looking. Despite these points, the Fold8 Ultra is a strong device with a lot to like, and I’m happy with the upgrade.

                  The Z Fold 8 Ultra looks like an amazing foldable Galaxy phone for 2026, with its bigger battery, Super Fast Charging 2.0, and a smarter processor. Plus, the higher brightness and display resolution mean a better experience for me while browsing my favorite sites and watching my favorite shows and movies. The colors seemed super vibrant without being overdone. And it seems I don't have to sacrifice camera performance for a foldable anymore. Photos seemed sharp and detailed, and night shots were excellent. Portrait mode has superb edge detection, and the ultrawide camera captures way more detail than I expected. I also love the "MY FANCAM" where I can crop a video out of a video and then focus on a certain person. That is something really really amazes me. To add, the hinge works smoothly with just the right amount of resistance. If you're into foldable phones, you'll probably love that the Z Fold 8 Ultra. A big step up from the Fold 7, offering flagship cameras, impressive battery life, awesome multitasking, and a premium build.

                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall really happy with my purchase. My 1st flip phone switching over from long term use with the note and ultra series. The tablet mode is really enjoyable, samsung have finally nailed the tablet Mode without a glaringly obvious crease down the middle of the screen and the multiple apps at once on the larger screen justified why i purchased this phone. But the lack of s-pen really kills how good the experience of this phone could be, and seemingly for no good reason either. I find it hard for samsung to claim it keeps the phone slimmer when the camera block hanging off the back of it is basically as thick as the phone is when its closed. The only other big issue from a personal use standpoint (that can hopefully be sorted out in a future update) is the aspect ratios for videos in the big screen, hard to understand why samsung offer a large screen tablet mode but then only give you a strip across the middle of it to watch videos on. Overall I would recomend this phone if you can live without an S-pen or live with using an aftermarket one that has some functionality on the phone after playing with some settings.

This phone is very thing and much lighter than my S24 Ultra. It opens a whole new way of using a phone. Unfolded you can multitask with more apps open and with some apps expanding further. I can't praise this phone enough and there's no way I could go back to a slab phone. The outer display isn't quite as wide and the hight of my S24 Ultra but it's not much. I expect this will eventually change in future models My life cycle with phones is 2 year it'll be Fold 10 for me.

                  everything about the phone phone Factor the screen side is excellent that's the best part of the z-fold 8. But be aware of the inner screen display where if you close the phone the borders of the phone does not protect the inner screen rather the inner screen touches each other so any kind of debris will cause the inner screen to break. You might also find that the touch response is not that great as the bar phones of the ultra. I just love the size, Samsung needs to work on this phone factor and make it perfect. Display quality is great but sometimes or most of the times it reduces the brightness I do not know for whatever reason it might be. And battery life it is okay for now goes through the day but you need to recharge it twice a day.

It's my first fold phone and I'm so impressed. The battery life is incredible, leaving me with almost 40% battery at the end of the day after regular use throughout the day. The inside screen is great and the crease is totally unnoticeable when the screen is on. The hinge allows the phone to lie totally flat when open (though the camera bump prevents it from being at on a table entirely flat). The responsiveness is great too, especially when switching from the font screen to the second bigger screen inside. I am content in is durability too. All in all, I would suggest to friends and family to consider moving over to a fold phone. Specifically the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.

The phone is a lot thinner and less bulky than previous models making it absolutely perfect. The upgraded cameras are a huge bonus and makes it worth every penny.                   [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is the absolute DB! The battery is sooooo much better than my S26 ultra, it's so well made and durable. Feels solid in the hand yet think and sleek - the perfect balance. The hinge is very well built and strong and does not feel flimsy at all. The quality of the whole phone is outstanding and there is no visible crease when you open to full screen. The screen is very well made and is responsive with great graphics and as i said, no visible crease when open.

PERFORMANCE WISE IT SEEMS TO HANDLE EVERYTHING I HAVE THROWN AT IT WITH EASE. THE NEW FORM FACTOR ALTHOUGH SMALLER ACTUALLY HAS MORE REAL ESTATE ONCE YOU CHANGE THE LAYOUT TO 5 X 5. THE UNFOLDED SCREEN IS PERFECT FOR VIEWING MEDIA IN BOTH PORTRAIT AND LANDSCAPE MODES. HAVNT FOUND FAULT SO FAR AND THE HINGE WORKS BEATIFULLY AND LOOKS AND FEELS VERY DURABLE.

                  I have been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, and my experience has been excellent. The foldable design is unique and gives the phone a premium feel.                   [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a S23 Ultra but I have just bought the Galaxy Z fold8 Ultra, it is absolutely unbelievable. The sleekness is top notch. It is incredible when it is folded and amazing when opened up. The battery is long lasting, I charge it once a day since I have had it. It's got great features and top notch responsiveness. I have got a 7 months baby and she loves it when we open the fold up to watch videos.

                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and weight is just right, battery life is great, the device seems very intuitive. Only issue I have is the wireless charger position you can not lay it flat on the Samsung wireless charger pad due to the camera position.
