How to redeem your gifts.
Network operator, participating retail outlet process:
Step 1
Buy your Galaxy Z Fold3 5G or Z Flip3 5G at any retail store, online or buy from Takealot.com / shop.samsung and follow the online instructions.
Step 2
Activate the purchased qualifying device, open the Samsung Members App and log in.
Step 3
Click the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G | Z Flip3 5G promotion and follow the prompts.
Step 4
Upload your proof of purchase. Complete and submit the online form with your details.
Step 5
Once you have successfully submitted your form, you will receive a tracking number.
Step 6
Once your form and proof of purchase has been successfully validated you will receive a congratulatory message by way of email
Step 7
The courier company will then arrange delivery of your Galaxy Buds2 and the Galaxy SmartTag within 4 weeks, depending on region and delivery details.
