Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. Door to Door service available nationally

    Your device will be taken care of by our nearest Authorised service partner and delivered back to you, provided it meets the warranty requirements. If the device is out of warranty, the service partner will contact you for a competitive repair cost
  • All Samsung mobile devices , Tablets, & Wearables

  • Within warranty, there is no collection fee.

    If your device is out of warranty, there is an estimated collection fee that the Service partner will provide (Payment options will be shared with the customer by the selected service partner before collection is arranged.)

  • Your device will be repaired and returned to you within approximately three (3) business days of it being received by Samsung Authorized Service Centre, provided that the required spare part(s) is/are available. Else, the Service Centre will inform you of the required timing to return the phone to you.

  • Please back up your device before collection. Samsung and/or the Authorized Service partner will not back up your data, and we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to data on your device when you send it to us for service. During repair, some processes require a data reset. Please ensure that you back up all of your important data prior to sending the device for repair, as your data will be deleted. In addition, you must remove and keep any SD and/or SIM cards before sending a device to the Authorized Service partner.
