    I had the same questions but have found out from the support people that, so long as you bought your device before the 30th of sept you can still claim, so you buy it today on the 19 of sept wait 30 days and submit your claim within the 15 day slot. The promotion is a bit missleading because of the 30 day waiting but you still have 15 days to make your claim so long as you bought it before the promotion end date. Be careful how you fill in the claim form as one mistake will invalidate your claim, a genuine promotion would have been a bit more forgiving.

    30 days after purchase, go to www.samsung.com/uk/student - click claim cashback, show me more. You have 15 days to do this after the initial 30 days. This is what I was told today on the phone to Samsung.

    Same for me I bought from currys and the sales guy said it was easy claiming it onsite. And now I see that the link is disabled and it says you can only claim it after 31st of August. Also the promotion details says that it can't be submited no sooner than 30 days and no later than 45 days from the date of invoce. This would mean we have 15 days window between 30th of Aug an 15th of Sept to apply for claim. If you forget its gone. I would say that this is one kind of misselling.

    Thanks but it's not a downloaded app. It comes through the readers hub which is powered by kobo. Anyway, I've just found that if I went into the settings on the readers hub and cleared all the local data this seems to have rectified the problem. If you send out android updates in future then you should warn users that it could affect programs on their tablet and suggest ways to rectify this.

    Hi Krystine21, Please check the add description to make sure it is compatible with your version of android. You can find out your android version by going to Settings>about device. To find out the app description search for this on the Playstore and look at the details, if you have any queries about this application as it is third party you will have to contact the application developer.     Try sending it to Samsung, or sending them a email, or calling them. It might be the battery, not just the screen, as i had similar problems, but turned out to be caused by charger/battery

    Ignore the above answer, it isn't correct anymore, due to a new android update. With Android 4.2.2 you can now, but it depends on if the company of the app has made it compatible to move to SD card. This tends to be more of a popular option with popular apps (candy crush saga etc..)

    Hi, Some Apps do not have the ability to be moved to an external SD card. This is something we have no control over. You can use the My Files app to transfer files to and from your external memory card. This will allow you to free up more internal memory on your handset. Thanks.

    Common fault with Samsung tab 2 that I have researched tablets for many weeks isnt charging correctly! A bar spins round then it re starts and trys again this process is repeated every few seconds or so

    Yes I did. I only got to step 7 the first 2 tries. I had a third try the following day and it went straight through, clean as a whistle
