How can I be eligible for the Guaranteed Buyback Program?To be eligible, customers must purchase the device from samsung.com/ae or a Samsung Exclusive Store and register their interest in the program.

How is the Buyback value be calculated?The buyback value will depend on the condition and specifications of your device. The total value offered will be up to 60% of the invoice value for a 1-year registration or 40% of the invoice value for a 2-year registration. Payment may be delayed, as our partner, North Ladder, requires up to 5 days for verification. For more information, please check the T&Cs.

What is the registration period for the program?The registration period will be from January 23, 2025, to April 30, 2025, or until all available slots are fulfilled (the "Program Period"). Registration is mandatory, and return requests will only be accepted from customers who have completed the registration within the Program Period.

Which devices are eligible for the program?The program is applicable only to Galaxy S series models.

What do I need to return with my device?Customers must return the device along with all accessories received from Samsung (e.g., cables, chargers, etc.) in their original packaging. The device and accessories must be in flawless condition.

When is the last date to submit a return request?The last date for submitting a return request will be March 31, 2026, for a 1-year registration and March 31, 2027, for a 2-year registration.
