Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program that allows users to earn and redeem points by purchasing Samsung products at Samsung.com and using Samsung Services.
To enroll in Samsung Rewards, you must create a Samsung Account and agree to the Samsung Rewards Terms & Conditions.
There are multiple ways to enroll if you already have a Samsung Account:
1) You can enroll when you activate Samsung Members and tap Benefits > Samsung Rewards or tap My Page > Samsung Rewards by accepting the Terms of Conditions of Samsung Rewards
2) You can also enroll by visiting Samsung.com. After logging in to your Samsung Account, you can find My Samsung > Rewards > enroll by accepting the Terms of Conditions of Samsung Rewards
No. Samsung Rewards registration and benefits are available through your "Samsung Account".
Therefore, you must have a "Samsung Account" and enroll in Samsung Rewards by consenting to Samsung Rewards Terms & Conditions.
There is a limit of one Samsung Rewards Account per person or email address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address.

Points are non-transferable for any reason.
Yes, Samsung Rewards is synced with your Samsung Account. As long as the same Samsung Account is used on Samsung.com and your Samsung devices, your Samsung Rewards Points will sync.
The Rewards Points are valid for up to 24 months if credited before the 14th of November 2023. However, Rewards Points are valid for up to 36 months if credited after the 14th of November 2023.
Samsung Rewards Points are managed from your Samsung Account. Please check if you have logged in to your Samsung Account first.
If you have already logged in to your Samsung Account, your points might have expired.

Points are earned up to 14 days after the order is received.
In case your points are not visible, in most cases, this is the result of not yet having met the purchase confirmation period and pending rewards will become active once the period is met.

For example, if you spend 1000 AED and pay 500 AED with a credit card, and 500 AED in Rewards, you will earn up to 1% in Rewards on the 500 AED paid with the credit card
There is no limit to the number of points earned and redeemed per day.
If you purchased as a guest, you will not earn Samsung Rewards points. Points will be earned if you log in to your Samsung Account and enroll in Samsung Rewards.
Samsung Rewards Points can be redeemed by purchasing of products through samsung.com eStore.
It may be that the total number of Samsung Rewards Points you have is not sufficient.
The minimum number of points you can use are 10 points for purchasing at Samsung.com.

If an eligible product is returned for a refund after the Samsung Reward has been redeemed, the redeemed amount will be reversed after the returned product arrives at our warehouse without any problem.If you cancel your order before we send the product, the redeemed amount will be reversed within a few days of receiving a cancelled order.
The refund will be processed against the payment amount in credit card/cash/rewards points as allocated to each item

What is the Samsung Tiering Program?
Samsung Tiering is a loyalty program which rewards our customers by purchasing products through the online store.
There are 3 tier levels - Blue, Gold, Platinum
Each tier will come with incremental benefits such as increased rewards earn rates, promotions, and discounts
How do I register for the Samsung Tiering Program?
You will need to be signed up for the Samsung Rewards program to be eligible for Samsung Tiering. If you set up a Samsung Account after 04th April'23, you would have been automatically enrolled into Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing you need to do - you can start benefitting from Tiering straight away.
If you set up your Samsung Account before the 04th April'23, you would have needed to opt to join Samsung Rewards.

How is a member's Tier status determined?
You will be added into the Blue tier as soon as you join the program.
If you at least AED 10,000 within 2 years of joining the program you'll be promoted to the Gold tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Gold member, all you'll need to do is to spend at least AED 10,000 within the 2 year time period after you upgrade.
If you spend AED 15,000 or over within 2 years of joining the program you'll be promoted to the Platinum tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Platinum member, all you'll need to do is to spend at least AED 15,000 within the 2 year time period after you upgrade.
I made a purchase before joining Samsung Rewards, will I be eligible for points on these?
Only purchases made on our online store after joining Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Tiering evaluation.
I made a purchase from the outside of Samsung.com, can my purchase get included to tier evaluation?
Only purchases made on Samsung.com after joining Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Tiering evaluation.
How long does it take for my tier to change when I am eligible for the next tier?
Rewards eligiblity is checked on the last day of every month and will consider all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the cooling off period. If the purchase isn't included one month, then it will be considered the following month. After the tiers are evaluated on the last day of every month, your tier will be upgraded on the 10th of the next month.

Cross Border Rewards Conversion provides the service that enables customers to convert Rewards earned in a particular country by registering to Samsung Rewards Program to use in Samsung.com of other countries.
You can check your earned Reward points from entire Samsung.com and convert Reward points on My Rewards Page under My Page.
Rewards points transfers are available between Reward Programs of participating entities. Availability of the Reward points transfer may vary depending on the country or region.
Any attempts to gain an unjustified advantage or reduce taxes may result in consequences aligned with local laws and regulations.
You can use Rewards points conversion after logging into Samsung Account and registering with Rewards Program from the country you intend to use converted Rewards points.
Converted Rewards points have the expiration date of the country that Rewards points have been converted originally.
Converted Rewards points can be redeemed on samsung.com/ae.
The usage of Rewards points may vary per countries
Point conversions are limited to 10 times per day and 30 times per month (based on UTC time).
