I believe in Samsung and always had one' I replaced my A12 for the A14 ok so for the money it's a good attractive mobile I got the 64gb which has plenty of room and the added bonus of dual sim and also takes a SD card' its not the fastest processor but does the job reliably' the battery is great and lasts a few days on one charge' contrary to what of the reviews say about the camera I find the camera is great and has all you need to take a good shot' so all in all I give it a 9.

Far too complicated for my needs. Thought it would be similar to wifes Samsung and so easy to use but is completely different. Is replacing old LG phone which was far more practical and easy to use. The worst thing for me is I cannot get the fingerprints to work, and so have to perform a more dangerous move while driving, very unsatisfactory, I have tried many times to get this function to work. I now have to leave the phone switched on for long periods while driving.

I bought this as a temporary replacement to a S21 while on holiday. Compared to the S21 everything runs very slowly- firstly start up takes a long time to complete, but most annoying there is a slight delay between tapping the screen to perform and action and the action happening, to the point that if you tap twice due to the perceived delay, then the initial action doesn't take place. The settings within the phone also do not allow a factory resest to take place. When this action is attempted, nothing happens and the phone returns to the previous screen or displays an error message informing me that settings is preventing a factory reset from taking place. Also, it has been impossible to enter the force reset menu using the volume and power buttons, so basically I'm left with a Samsung brick that on the positive side has a very good battery.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 is a great phone. The One UI is particularly amazing with lots of customisation and it allows updating to Android 15. The phone itself is quite cheap and being a Samsung phone it has really good support. One downside of this phone is the 4GB RAM which can make the phone slow at times. Other than that this is a really high-quality budget phone that is suitable for students!

No NFC, screen is extremely slow to respond, Fingerprint scanner refused to work half the time when I switch the screen on, tells me 5 attempts when I haven't had one attempt and to wait 30 seconds or enter the PIN. Seriously thinking of repairing the old A02s even though no fingerprint scanner.

It's OK, but difficult to work out how to do various things at my age. Things I could do on my old phone are not the same on this one - why can't you keep to consistent methods. Settings is hidden away instead of being on the main screen, then functions are repeated on the settings screen!!

Easy to use once I understood new format but has Android the same as my old phone. Some of the functions are different to my old phone but not proving to be a problem. Pleased I chose this model. It is all I expected of a phone at the price and more. Great camera.

I like the applications and the battery longevity. I would like a e sim on the device so I could be more connected on the go. There's no delay while using the device. Finding some applications could be easier. I lost some pictures that I took on a ship.

Nice phone but I need to go back to apple ... without WiFi calling I can't use this phone at home due to the signal in our area. Also the keyboard hasn't adapted to the way I type yet son I waste so much time editing spelling. Oh and it's very 🐌

It's Android so badically the same as I've been used to. Transferring stuff off my old phone wasn't as simple as I thought as I moved from a Sony device to a Samsung device. The new phone is a little heavier, but getting used to it

Easy enough to use. However my wife has the same phone and at the bottom of the page there is swipe L/R arrow but not on mine. Also when you open Google maps there is no start button for your satnav to get your directions!!!!!

I like that you use your thumb to open phone up. I had a very old Samsung before so this is all new the only thing I dont like about it is it's too big so struggle when I go running as does not fit securely in pocket.

Larger and heavier than my previous Motorola. Also reaction slow.
