I bought my Samsung A36 around 2 months ago from the Samsung store at Deira City Centre. I went for the black color with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. First thing, when I purchased it, I didn’t receive any special offers or gifts, which was a bit disappointing considering most stores usually give some promo items. In the first few weeks, the phone worked fine, but now after just 2 months, I’ve started facing serious performance issues. The device feels very slow for normal use, and apps sometimes close automatically, especially when I’m watching videos or multitasking. For a phone with this RAM and storage capacity, I expected much smoother performance. Overall, the design looks nice and the storage space is good, but the slow performance and frequent app crashes are frustrating. I honestly expected more stability from a new Samsung device.
