Step 1: Place your repair order on Samsung.com. Step 2: Schedule a pickup or drop off your device from your preferred location at your preferred location based on the time slots available. Step 3: Galaxy is sent to our service center and the Samsung Expert will diagnose and repair your screen. Step 4: If any additional fault found it will be communicated by the Samsung Expert and additional charges are applied. Step 5: Once the repair is completed Your device is returned to you in optimal condition.
