When I turn on Privacy Display on my Galaxy S26 Ultra, text appears jagged or sawtooth-like, causing eye strain.

The jagged appearance of text is not a screen issue. It results from changes in rendering methods optimized for Privacy Pixel structures, which may alter the edge shape of text. Unless viewed under magnification or with a camera, these differences are difficult to notice and are not directly related to eye strain.
