Where can I find the backup codes for my Samsung account?
Samsung accounts are equipped with strong security features to keep your information safe and benefit you by providing a range of convenient features. These include Syncing data in the device with Samsung Cloud to back up and restore data, finding your device, access to Galaxy Apps, Samsung Pay, and much more.
How to get the access codes:
- Text message
Tap Send Code, then enter the verification code we sent to your phone.
- Authentication application
- Galaxy device notification
- Backup code
Enter one of the backup codes generated when 2-Step Verification was turned on.
Get a set of single-use backup codes you can use for verification.
Step 1: Go to Settings and choose your desired Samsung account, then choose Security and privacy.
Step 2: Choose Account security.
Step 3: Select Two -Step Verification, then select Backup codes
Step 4: You can use the generated codes to sign in when you can't use your phone for two-step verification.
