          Después de estarlo probando 4 meses, se me han hecho imprescindibles. Una vez te los pones la conexión con el móvil es super rápida. El diseño es muy bonito y la carga dura hasta 5 horas usándolos sin parar en un vuelo. La carga es súper rápida y se puede hacer tanto de manera inálambrica como por cable.

I have been using samsung buds ever since Gear IconX. I think they can do a better job on detecting the buds a bit faster as well. But im here for the sound quality. They are good for working out. They don't fall easily but the do fall eventually. I would put them the best if they were louder and had more deep bass. Either way they are good on detrcting voice close to you and battery life is great. Noise canceling can be better. Its getting to a good spot... but in MY OPINION not there yet.i still use them to work everyday. I like them.

They fit my ear perfectly, and are comfortable to the point I forget I have them in sometimes. The sound quality and depth of sound are very good, especially when I'm gaming. The controls took a little bit of repetition to memorize but really enjoy the active noise canceling versus the ambient sound ability. Great when flying on planes to cancel out the added noises using the noise canceling setting. The battery life is good and recharging is very easy. I appreciate the rubberized case so it does slip out of my hands when trying to get the buds in or out.

The sound quality is great and they are much more comfortable than the previous buds. The only improvements that I wish were made were that these were a bit more friendly for smaller ears (even with the smallest tips these are still a bit big for me and my ears will push them out) and longer battery life. Also, I do like that you can change the noise canceling modes with the buds but wish you could turn it off with the buds as well and not just in the app. I accidentally cut it on and have to go in the app to cut it off all the time.

Whether I am just listening to music while working or doing errands, having phone conversations, taking meetings from my phone or just needs some noise cancelling quietness. The buds produce good sound and range, and get loud enough to hurt. The problem is comfort, which seems important for this product. Long term wear can be painful, there is a microphone screen on the inside of the bud that butts right up against your ear. Whith long term wear this screen rubs and irrates my ear. I really wish the buds went deeper in my ear, half the time they feel like they are just barely hanging into my ear.

          From day 1, the Buds2 Pro hurt the inside of my ears (upper side, just outside of the ear canal). I thought I'd get used to it, but 5 days later and it's still painful to wear these. It's due to the extra bump on the buds. While these buds are supposedly packed with extra features, I can't get past the now forming blisters in both ears. I switched from original Buds (oval-shaped case) and love the way those fit but wanted better sound quality. My husband's Buds2 (not Pro) fit 100% better than these Pros. Sorry, Samsung - your improved technology should have also had a more comfortable fit, and these certainly didn't cut it. So disappointed.

For example while the case still seems big the design of it has improved and it is more comfortable in my pocket than the previous versions. Also, the quality of the product and it's features are much better as well. I purchased some foam tips for it which made it perfect for me since I do not personally like the silicone ones. I even ordered a set of the newest model which I am eager to use. I also put them in a case I got just to secure and protect them since I like and enjoy them so much. With all the added feature that help with convenience I don't like other brands.

          Repost as last review was moderated for unspecific reasons. Find my feature only works when the case is open. Why? In ear detection is faulty and disables transparency and noise canceling. I was so excited for these but lost them 3 times already and can't use features when I'm running. Noise canceling, ambient mode, and 'find my' features are why I paid a premium for these but in my experience none of these features work as expected. I would have been better off just getting some basic cheap bluetooth earbuds. I've been a samsung fanboy for over a decade but this experience has me rethinking the quality of their products outside of phones.

It makes the immersion experience so much more enjoyable. The battery life is fantastic and the charging case is perfect for on the go. The sound quality is the best and I love how I can adjust the audio for different sources. I have had many different headphones and in ear amplifiers over the years and these Buds rank at the top. They pair easily with any Blu tooth device but can be highly customized with other Samsung products. One listen and you are hooked. I love rhe active noise canceling feature, best ive ever used. The advanced features are so useful. I don't even have to touch the buds themselves to use some of the fully customized features. I can just tap my ear and it does what I set them to do. Also, I work outdoors so usually any earbuds I use get dirty or end up not working after so long in the outdoor elements but these have really stood up to the challenge. But quality of life aside, these also have amazing sound. Definitely stand up to other top names in the industry with ease. Great buds. Good job Samsung!

These buds deliver on every promise they make and then some. The comfort is superb, the audio quality is spectacular, the convenience is unreal, the battery is head and shoulders and above the competition, and the noise cancelation is second only to buds which lack supremely in the other metrics. How Samsung managed to push the limits on every single metric is beyond my understanding. I have ZERO complaints regarding these buds and I would be hard pressed to find slight issues with them. An actual masterpiece of engineering.

My only critique is that when I upgraded from the buds 2, to the 2 pro, I noticed that I couldn't wear them in my ears as long. I have tried to use the other attachments with little to no success. The buds 2 pro feel heavier and don't fit feel as comfortable as the buds 2. This only matters if you're wearing them for long period of time like I do. From my morning commute, to gentle music in class, then sound active sound canceling at the gym, the battery will last from morning to night with adjustable bass, treble, and everything in between.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bundled a pair of these with a purchase of a new phone and I'm glad I did. The buds are light and feel barely noticeable. They have a decent battery life and the convenience of the charging feature in dock, coupled with the display feature via the Wearables app is a nifty feature. The main attraction is the noise cancelling feature which can be activated within half a second at the flick of a switch. I've been to sporting events, concerts and on a crowded train and can hear music and video's fairly clearly. The only niggle, I wish the ear buds lasted slightly longer before requiring charging, but other than that, it is close to perfection.

I like to wear them for fun, quick answers, and to silence the loud noises around me when I work from home. The sound is super clear and the buds have fast reaction time. Touch controls are easy to understand and use. I even recommended my anti-tech mother to use these because she sometimes has issues hearing. Well, no hearing aid needed! I occasionally have issues with the others not hearing me clearly when I'm using the buds for a phone call. I still have to have my phone close so the mic can pick up my voice. That is a bit of an irritant.

I can wear these most of the day without them hurting my ears either. I use them when I'm gaming on my phone or taking calls on my phone and there's no lag in audio when I'm gaming. I have not had anyone have any complaints either about me sounding low or in a tunnel when talking through the buds either. Music sounds great on them as well. I would prefer the bass to be a little deeper but in the end I would choose the earbuds again and again. Great design and touch features for volume control and answering calls is always a nice touch.

I do video conferences with my E Learners while in class with live students. These allow me the freedom to insert audio comments on student lessons and the privacy needed when talking to parents. Use these with Google meet. Outside of the work day I listo music. These are clear with excellent acoustics. I use them for hands free wireless cell phone calls. It is fantastically clear. I have very small ear holes and these fit perfectly. Most others constantly fall out. They are almost invisible which allows me to do many things without being noticed.

          The sound is good, the look and finish is good but the fit and comfort is terrible. It really is like night and day compared to the original buds. I like to listen to music/podcasts when I'm out and about, on my mtb or at the gym, and my buds are my go to, because they are small and compact. Unfortunately the new updated buds 2 do not want to sit in my ear, I will start a workout or go for a walk etc. And within minutes they start moving in my ear then they eventually fall out, due to this, I am constantly having to adjust them which then causes pain and irritation. Please can we go back to the older design, they really were perfect.

That helps a lot when I'm trying to sleep and my boyfriend is snoring loud enough to bring walls down. The ear buds also fit snug and secure in my ears without sacrificing comfort. They stay charged for an astronomical amount of time so I don't have to worry about charging them every night. My phone calls sound clear and I've had no complaints from the callers saying they can't hear me. The minute I put them in my ears they connect right away to my phone. Overall they are amazing and I highly recommend them.

          Tenia unos buds 2 (que me encantaron) y quise pasar a los 2 pro. Primero que nada, la cancelacion de ruido la siento peor que los buds 2, el entorno de pruba es el gymnasio, con los anteriores la musica del lugar no se mezclaba con la mia y con estos si. El tunning que tienen no me gusta, sobre todo en las percusiones, por ejemplo en los platillos de una bateria, quisieron meter tanto detalle que el sonido remanente de estos se percibe como ruido. La cancelacion pasiva es peor que los buds 2. Las voces las siento opacadas por los instrumentos hablando de rock. Tambien siento los filos del ensamble en mis orejas. En general esperaba mas, mucho mas.

          One of the features that moved me to buy the Buds 2 was the search and locate feature in case they are lost. I lost the right one yesterday while walking. I was hoping to find them using the locate feature but it failed miserably. I tried it several times and gave up realizing the feature does not perform as I expected. I love Samsung products and have been loyal to them. currently own a chrome book, tablet, phone, watch and ear buds all from Samsung. Based on losing and being unable to locate the right ear bad, i may be looking at the competition in the future and certainly will not replace the ear buds with samsung galaxy buds.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shape of the ear buds is my main complaint, you need to figure out a way to allow the device to sit comfortably and firmly in all kinds of ears. Consider finding a way to allow a person's ear to breathe and not have make earwax build up from extended use. Consider trying different material that holds better in the ear without slipping or falling out. Consider adding exterior speakers to be used for locating lost ear buds when they fall out. On a side note, bring back the outside sound volume to what it used to be with the original buds pro. The current levels sound slightly muffled when trying to hear what's happening around you.

          Not disgruntled. I love Samsung. However these buds are horrendous. They do get louder than the last buds. Granted. But there is no point if when you smile too hard they fall out. Forget about working out Regardless of ear tip size. Bluetooth Connects kind of... when they want. The tapping only was a bad Idea. These things need at least one button because the tapping is supremely unreliable. I constantly have to adjust if I just walk around with these on. Which of course inadvertently changes a setting. But when you WANT to change a setting, double tap etc....nothing happens. Finally The matte finish is not a good idea for earbuds. Imo

I just traded in my old ones to upgrade to the buds 2 pro and they work great, look amazing and sound even better than I thought. The only issue being I have rather small ears and they don't fit the best, I think the stem is a bit short so it doesn't go in my ear like it should because the bud gets stopped by my ear because it's too large, if only the fit was better I would give it a 1000/10 Over all I still highly recommend this product!! I am interested to see if I can use galaxy AI with the mic function on the headset at some point!

As someone who works in the audio department, these earbuds have great lows, mids, and highs, without sounding muddy or distorted. Some of the features such as Voice Detect, are so convenient, for example, if you have the ear buds in noise canceling mode and your hands are full of groceries and someone starts talking to you, it's nice to be able to start talking without needing to physically touch the device to change modes. The one thing I wish they had was adjustable ambient mode steps, for example, to only let in some sound and not all sound, or let all sound in.

The best features of these buds is the noise cancelling and ambient sounds. I love how when I'm listening to my music or watching my movies, the noise cancelling makes me feel very immersive and I can concentrate on it. Plus, when I get incoming phone calls, it automatically switches to ambient sound so I can be aware of the sounds around me. Also, when I first started using my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I noticed there is a Earbud Fit Test. This particular feature is what helped me with finding the correct earbud size to use for my ears. These earbuds are perfection!

They make working and exercise so much nicer. Genuine impact on my life, BUT... The touch controls are really bad. I often work and these headphones touch zones activate by sweat and start continuous reducing the volume by itself. It's also hard to stop music when you intend to. It's common for me to attempt to pause while someone is talking and be unable to do so for 5 to 10 seconds of trying. Now if they release a version similar to the Apple pro pods with the squeeze controls with this same quality of sound. I'd put that in my cart immediately

When the snow started melting i would check the parking lot every day. Then one day I found them where a snow bank was in a puddle. I dried them out and put them in and to my surprise they still work awesome. No issues at all. I use my buds every day especially while I'm at work to answer calls, get notifications about emails and texts. When I ask Galaxy Ai a question I get the answer in my buds so it doesn't disturb anyone else in my office. I will NEVER use any other brand of phone or buds. I Love all my Samsung devices.

Every time I dropped the earbuds in grass, it seemed to be lost in an abyss. I tried using the ring feature and it's a chirping sound. Good luck finding your earbuds when there are birds outside chirping as well. Also no matter if I heard it, it was still absolutely impossible to find. This has happened to me 3 times making me replace the lost earbud. Otherwise, the product is great. The battery lasts most of my shift and it's very comfortable. The sound quality is superb, as well. I truly can't go anywhere without them.

Only thing I would improve on is touch controls, which is sometimes too sensitive, and an unintentional touch is recognized as a "touch and hold" gesture. Music sounds great and noise cancelation works well when needed. Integration with the app, as well as with my Galaxy Watch is so helpful. I love being able to pause/play/volume in any way I choose, wether it's on my phone, watch or even the ear buds themselves. I also love that with the app, I can customize my buds to my preference, such as turning voice assistant on/off, or setting the touch control buttons to my preferences.

          Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] for the price i expected something better, and would give it 2 stars if not for really amazing sound quality. i traded-in my samsung galaxy buds plus after 2 years, those were great in many ways. pros: good sound quality, useful controls on phone widget, easy to configure controls options. cons: battery life is disappointing (about 3.5 hrs) compared to my buds plus and a few other buds i used, they constantly fall out from my ears (fins similar to buds plus would be helpful), voice activated noise cancellation and sound reduction works about 50% of the time, case doesn't have charge % indicator (available even on really cheap sets).

Y lo que es malo, es una característica importante y es lo ergonómico. Realmente debo ajustar a cada rato, sino lo hago de esa forma, termino con los audífonos en el suelo. Para que decir si debo salir a correr o pretender apurarme ya que los audífonos se saldrán. Si bien uno podría preguntarse que mis cavidades de las orejas son el problema, quizás... pero considero frente a los exámenes médicos que alguna vez me he hecho, que soy una persona normal y que los audífonos no son ergonómicos...

The biggest issue is that the buds design prevent them from comfortably staying in your ears no matter which soft tips you use. The second is the accidental touch feature does not stay on. If Ive enable block touches and an earbud has begun coming out of me ear and I touch it to readjust or place back in the ear, the touch has reactivated itself resulting in the music changing or the call being disconnected. I can sincerely say that I took a loss in purchasing these to only have to sell them for less than I purchased them for. Serious design flaw

They're very comfortable although I have trouble fitting one of the earbuds into my ear well. I've tried all the tips and nothing fits terribly well. I may have to buy some custom tips on Amazon or something. I love how easy it is to charge the battery because it's wireless, but they don't seem to last very long. I feel like I'm always having to charge them midday even if I'm not listening to music and I just have them in. I'm going to tweak the settings to see if that helps. But, overall I would 100% buy again. Love the great sound quality!

I love the design and how they fit into my ear. They don't hurt after wearing for prolonged periods, and I will say they are very cool to look at. Case was made by the design gods. Not only does it feel robust but it looks amazing and has just the right amount of aesthetic for the type of buds they hold. Sleeping with headphones on isn't recommended but I don't mind laying on my side with these on and thats something I have yet to see anyone else do.           I purchased these as a longer battery option to my airpods. I have an iphone and while they paired easily to it, without the Wear app available for IOS (other buds will work with an IOS Buds app), they are just earbuds. I tried the alterative to pair with my PC, but they would not pair with the machine or the installed Wear PC app. Finally, I was using the bud around the house, I briefly walked outside, and upon getting back to phone, the earbud was full of static. It would not connect correctly until I removed them and reset in the case. I really wished they worked better and could use the Wear app. They were really comfortable.

I wear them at work as a line cook on the grill station they ate durable enough to withstand a lot of heat in the kitchen. I also where them around the house and all the time when I'm using it to make or receive calls. I like the two tap to answer and end calls. The move a lil but I haven't tried the smaller size ear muffs for them so I don't know I'd that why they tend to fall out after sweating. But overall I love the great sound. I just want longer batter life and more notifications when I leave them and if there dead I can't still find them.

Ive had 4 pairs and these are the best yet. The Buds pro never fit my ear properly, they used to hurt, and also fall out a LOT. The Buds2 Pro are amazing, they're comfortable and fit well, don't fall out my ear, and the sound quality is great. The one thing I wish that was better was the seamless connection amongst other devices that aren't from samsung. It works perfectly with my other samsung devices but I struggle a lot (even just trying to connect them normally) when it comes to my Dell laptop.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I'm really impressed! The noise cancellation is awesome and they block out a ton of background noise. The sound quality is on point too, especially when listening to music. They fit comfortably in my ears most of the time, but I did find that one bud occasionally felt a bit loose and would almost fall. I'm really happy with these earbuds and would recommend them, especially if you have a Samsung phone. I would get them if you are always on the run and needs a noise cancellation on calls. The wireless charging is so much better for these I don't have to plug them in all the time. Lasts quite long.

          The Buds 2 Pro are quite simply the best ear buds I've ever owned.           At the start these earbuds were amazing, super comfortable and great bass without affecting the clarity of the music. HOWEVER, after the last update they BARELY have any volume to them even when being paired with a DAP that has an onboard headphone amp. They're the lowest volume headphones I have. Maxed out I can barely hear music let alone podcasts. Also not to mention there's a massive big with the wearable app. Nothing will connect or find devices anymore. It's a big problem for the price of these headphones. I use headphones at a fraction of the cost that are ten times more reliable than the these Samsung Galaxy 2 pro earbuds

          I have had these Buds Pro2 earbuds for just over a month now, having upgrading from the Buds Pro. The sound difference is noticeable, having bumped up a notch from the originals. I bought the graphite color, and it is a matte finish. I prefer that to the gloss black that I had on the originals. These new Buds Pro2 are more comfortable, though I still cannot wear them all day. But the battery does last long enough if I wanted to, I’m sure. I need to go back and check if the weight was actually reduced. The sound suppression is slightly better as well, although that could actually come from the better fit. I am very glad that I upgraded to these Buds2 Pro!

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these when I ordered my Watch 6 Classic. They are awesome. I have some Buds Live and these are so much better. They stay in my ear way better. The Buds Live noise cancelling was awful and usually squelled in my ear. These are not like that at all. I can use these at work or while I'm working with load equipment around the house and it cuts the noise completely and I can listen to my audiobooks or music and actually hear it without having to have the volume cranked all the way up. They pair up nicely with my Tab and phone and transfer back and forth with ease and I can control them from my watch as well. Great product!!!

The case is small enough to not bulk up your pocket out and about or add any weight in general. At any point I can put my buds in and listen to music or pod casts while shopping or stuff around the house. Ambient sound mode makes this possible. I can have them in and be aware of my surroundings. Which is why I found my buds great for motorcycle rides under a full face helmet. I can listen to music, answer calls, and hear my gps all while being able to hear my surroundings. To sum up, I dont go anywhere with out my galaxy buds pro 2. For real new daily essential.

          i first got the galaxy buds+ about 2 years ago and recently, i accidentally left them in my pocket, and they went through the wash, so i was relieved when i heard about the galaxy buds2 pro. when i recieved my galaxy buds, the first problem i noticed was whenever i would use streaming services, the audio would bounce in and out and almost unbearable to listen to. the next issue is the battery life. i could get around 12 hours from the buds+, but these have about 7 hours of battery. they do not fit in my ears with any of the eartips, and fall out when walking to fast. i loved the galaxy buds+, but these feel like a waste of money.

          11 Meses con el Producto. Ha dado 2 tipos de fallas (Ambas en aurricular derecho). Primer falla al parecer se le introdujo una particula o algo que al tener el modo Noise Cancelling o Ambient Sound daba un sonido chillante muy fuerte, al darle una limpieza superficial habia ocasiones que se arreglaba o simplemente tenia que desactivar el Noise Control. Segunda falla ahora ya solo se escucha como si estuviera el Noise canceling siempre activado. A lo mejor fue mala suerte obtener un producto defectuoso, lo peor de todo es que donde vivo no hay asistencia tecnica para reclamar garantia. Todavia se pueden usar pero con incomodidades, estoy algo decepcionado.

I like that it allows me to tap on them and change the song, answer a call or pause my music. I use mine at the gym as well. I enjoy the sound quality while working out. I so not have to listen to the sounds around me in the gym. I really was excited about the fact that I can locate them if i misplace them. I also like using them to search the web when i am in my phone by using the AI feature. It allows me to use my phone quickly. Overall I have enjoyed my earbuds and would like to try the probuds 3.           Received these as a gift close to a year ago exactly. The comfortable fit is just second to none. I was amazed at the sound quality all around. Personally, they sound immensely better than my "big-brand" headphones. Never had any problems, enjoyed all varieties of features. A few months ago, I had to let one go due to an accident & less than ideal location. Have yet to find anything that compares for me personally, nearly going as far to say that the 1 Galaxy Bud 2 pro is better for me, than both of anything else haha. Wrapping up, didn't know what to expect before trying them, & they ended up being better than I ever imagined.

I use them for work, relaxing and when I go walking. One down side is they will easily fall out of your ears if I go on a run or workout. Samsung needs to address the find my buds feature if an ear bud is separated from the case the app cannot find the single earbud. I would like to see Samsung spend more time on fit as the sound quality is excellent and leaves little room for improvement. Overall they are on the higher priced side given the issues that have to be addressed. Will I get the next Buds Pro? Probably.

I'm so glad I did! These ear buds are amazing. The sound is so clear and easily adjustable with a touch to one of the buds. I love the fit of them as well. They fit so snug and I don't worry about losing them. They instantly pair with my phone as soon as I take one out of the case, which is awesome. I also love that the case charges then automatically. It's nice not to have to worry about plugging them in after each use since the case stays charged for multiple uses. I highly recommend

          I have a pair of these (Black ones) that my husband handed down to me when he got a new upgraded pair.. I like the sound quality, however my ears and ear canals are so much smaller than his that they won't stay put and always fall out and the smallest ear tips they came with are still too big. In addition I am quite disappointed that I can't find any ear hooks that go around your ears similar to hearing aids that are compatible with this model. I think if I had something like that, it would make them a little more bearable. Can this be remedied somehow? I am sure that I may not be the only person with this particular conundrum.

It's such a Great Piece of device, it fits perfectly in my ears that's more than what I can say about other buds that I've tried in the past. However over the course of usage within 2 to 3 months, the sound coming out of the left earbud started becoming faint. My typical usage just like I wear it 1 to 2 hours a day when I'm traveling and when I go to the gym. Samsung support team was super nice and replace the entire set for me. I got the replacement unit a couple weeks back it's back to being amazing as usual

I have Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G & Galaxy 4 classic watch, the nice thing is no matter what device I'm using my Buds connect & if I have both on me like most of the time my buds are connected to both devices & I can answer calls & listen to music! How many war buds out there connect to multi devices simultaneously! Don't but I love that my buds do using Samsung devices! I will update my my phone to the new Samsung S24 ultra when comes out & knowing my buds & watch will sync up perfectly! Another reason only buy Samsung!

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 pairs of samsung Bluetooth ear buds. Three pairs are the live (beans) and one is the pro. I wear them pretty much all day that is why I have 4 pairs, and a couple times i thought i lost them only to find them under my car seat or something. The sound is perfect on the pros, and when I am on a call No one notices that I am speaking with them through the buds. That is not the case with the beans. All that said when I have the choice I go for the beans first. They are more comfortable and I never feel like they are going to fall out. The pros have not fallen out but the shape and weight I feel like they will, but maybe it's cause I'm used to the beans.

As someone with a lower tone hearing loss, having an equalizer that can boost bass is quite nice. These buds are able to reach deep lows which makes for full, rich music. I am also a fan of the water resistance and ability to easily turn off touch controls from the phone. I have been able to stand under running water without any issues. The one thing that I think the original galaxy buds did better than these buds2 pro would be ambient sound. With the old model, I would be able to use ambient sound and hear people loud and clear, but the ambient sound with buds2 pro simply do not amplify enough.

However the fit was the one major new problems I encountered. The connection, noise canceling and sound on the Buds2 Pro are rock solid. I never had any issues with things like sound imbalance or Bluetooth connection. They just worked. And the sound was great and the noise canceling impressive for the form factor of the earbuds. However the fit in my ears was not good. Something about their shape made them naturally fall out of my ears with the provided rubber tips. I tried 3 types of aftermarket tips and only found marginal success with solving this issue.

Pairing is super simple with my phone and even with my pixel tablet. Sound is great using them with my Amazon music. I used them the other day when mowing the lawn with my battery mower and I was surprised I didn't even have to turn them up louder. The noise canceling worked great. I took one star of because after recent update there have been some connection issues. It's not enough to bother me ( has only happened twice so far). I also think they should have a better app to control them. I have an anker over the ear set and I liked the app for those better.

It's wonderful getting to use them with at work or out in public when choosing the option to hear the real world around you. And even better when in your home since it can Block off virtually all other noises. That and it let's me customize my listening experience with a variety of setting such as dynamic or bass boosted (those being my favorite) on top of that. I decided to try one more time by going to a local retailer who had these earbuds. After speaking with the store associate I decided to purchase them and they are far better than the previous pairs I purchased. They are very comfortable and I like the fact that they have different size tips. The music is nice and clear and I don't need to have the volume up high, as well as I can still talk to people while playing my music. The price for these were not bad at all and so far is the best investment I've made thus far concerning earbuds.

I previously used a different brand of buds than Samsung and always had intermittent connection problems. Once I switched to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, my earbuds connect every single time to my phone and the sound quality is fantastic. No one complains that they cannot hear me clearly, and everyone says I sound like I'm right next to them talking. I am very, very pleased with these earbuds and with pairing them to my Samsung s23 Pro. If you are a business person and use your phone a lot during the day, this is the combination that you should have. Bar none.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Buds 2 Pro in my landscaping career. With active noise canceling, I can't even hear my backpack blower. The touch controls are amazing I can adjust volume, play, and skip songs all without the need to open my devices. I can even switch between the amazing ambient sound(which let's you hear everything around you in crisp 360 audio) and active noise canceling just by holding a touch sensor. The IPX7 rating gives me great confidence, I have even dropped a bud in dish water. Rinsed off in a bowl of water and dried with cloth, was good in 3 hours. Honestly best audio device I have ever used, if you want the best, this is it.

I can mow the lawn with noise canceling with listening to a podcast or some music while keeping the outside noise level very low. If you don't want a random leaf pausing what you listen to I highly suggest turn off touch controls. The ear buds sit snug in my ears very well except for my right ear since it's slightly different than my left ear and gets loose after sometime. Other than that I have not major issues with them. One last thing you can use them for ear pros while at the shooting range but use them at your own risk since their not designed for that.

The noise cancellation is amazing, i used them during a trip on the airplane and i heard nothing but my music. This was very relaxing. On top of it, these buds have a great overall sound with more bass than my Buds+. The battery life is decent and they for nicely in my ears. I mostly use them to listen to music, i don't make a lot of phone calls overall but the microphone is good enough for it although it could be better. If you are mostly looking for a good set of earbuds because you like music and want to leave the big city noise outside your head and enjoy music. Go for these amazing buds.

However, while I love them, they haven't quite lived up to expectations. The sounds is alright at best, the transparency/ambient sound mode is grainy and not the best sounding, and they're painful for me to wear for extended periods of time. The noise canceling is wonderful and very effective, but it's hard to use when my buds constantly want to fall out, even after trying all the different tip sizes. I'll be a die-hard samsung customer for the rest of my days, but the buds2 pro haven't been my most worthwhile purchase I'm afraid.

          I bought these to replace by Samsung Buds+ I left on a plane, which replaced Samsung IconX. Some good features like built-in Samsung tag for finding, auto ambient mode, and adequate noise cancellation. They are also more comfortable than Buds+. Unfortunately, they WILL NOT stay in your ears under any type of physical activity. They will pretty much fall out sitting still at your desk and you will have to turn off any of the touch features because you will be pushing them in every 5 minutes. There are 3 ear tips, none of them work. My buddy bought them too and when we went skiing, he lost them out of his ears in the first 5 minutes and had to buy new ones.

          I bought these earbuds maybe 3 months ago now. The sound is good and the battery life is great but they are the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever worn. Also they don't always make a sound when you tap the bud to pause and they don't immediately connent to my phone. I owned the 2 of the galaxy buds + that came out years ago and absolutely loved them. I didn't have any of these issues with them, they were comfortable, always chimed when I tapped to pause, and it always connected to my phone the second they opened. I had to upgrade because I lost one of them, I was hoping these would be better since they're double the price

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had the last several generations of Samsung buds. I bought the buds 2 pro about 6 months ago to give them a fair shake. I truly enjoy the sound aspectm incredible quality sound and call audio. My major dislike is with the design. If I'm working out they fall out. If I have them in while I'm eating they fall out. If I sit up too quickly or turn my head too fast they come out. It's very frustrating. And if I do manage to keep them in long enough to watch a movie they start to make my ear canals uncomfortable. These issues were not there in previous designs. I hope they can get this corrected in the upcoming versions.

The audio is full, and balanced, especially when paired with the enhanced audio features on the s23 ultra. The touch features are responsive, however I wish there was more customization available for how to skip or go back a song. They stay in my ears well, and the battery lasts longer than anything else I've tried. Even without noise cancellation on, they still block out most ambient noise. The noise cancellation is almost TOO good. Spatial audio is nice but not something I use unless I'm playing a game or watching a movie. The buds pair incredibly quickly. The overall design is pretty good. The texture is nice but stains easily.

          O produto tem boa qualidade de som e redução de ruído de bom nível. A performance em chamada é bastante fraca para o nosso interlocutor, queixando-se da captação excessiva do barulho do ambiente. Mas o grande ponto negativo, é que é passível de provocar sintomas bastantes desagradáveis de dermatite devido ao tipo de silicone utilizado neste produto. É um problema já conhecido e relatado (basta uma pequena pesquisa no google) mas como a Samsung já tem esse disclaimer, em nada auxilia caso isso aconteça. Sendo algo aleatório, recomendaria encontrarem uns auriculares distintos para não ficarem com um pisa-papéis algo caro.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally gave in and bought the BudsPro2. I have found they don't hold a charge very well. But when they're connected to your phone the AI works great. I don't really find them as comfortable as I was expecting. Especially since I paid a lot for them. I also have notices that the Right bud lasts longer then the Left one does. I have a lot of Samsung products; with I'm very happy with. Hence why I am surprised that I am really not very happy with these. Also the ability to use the different abilities of the BudsPro2 don't work usually; so I have to use my phone to operate and change songs volume or make and receive calls.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first bought the Galaxy Buds2 Pros, my first thought was how would they fit and sound. After opening the box and etc, I inserted the buds into my ears and BOOM! They honestly fit way better than compared to my Beat studio buds. The sound quality is impressive. The sound has a good balance between bass and treble, perfect for my ears and maybe yours too! The only down side I have to them is the battery life. They only last me 4 hour's till there low, but that's expected from most earbud brands. The battery life for the case itself last quite awhile not sure the exact number but day's on end. Hope anyone reading this review has the same experience as I have.

The sound quality is amazing and the noise canceling is superior. I use them for work every day, having 4-6 combined hours of calls per day. They less a long time on full charge and also can be very quickly recharged during a short break. The Buds are so amazing that its hard to lewve them behind. I use them in the gym or on the morning run. I even find myself using them while playing music or watching YouTube videos at home instead of big soundbar. I would recommend them to anyone who is shopping for Buds right now or those who may hesitate between multiple options to choose from!

          I have had these earbuds for 6 months, they are a very good pair of earbuds. The noise cancelling isn't quite as good as the airpods pro 2, but they are still solid. Everything else about them is on par or above their competitor. The sound quality is absolutely amazing. It's a little on the more bass end of the spectrum. That being said, they are still the closest earbuds to the Harman target I have ever heard. They are simply amazing. The battery is acceptable, and the ambient sound is decent, but I think the fact that they sound so amazing and is all together in a small package makes them among the best earbuds I have ever listened to. Well done AKG and Samung!!

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ANC is really good at mitigating the wind buffeting on my motorcycle. The audio quality is pretty good as well. Functions of the buds are good if you own a Samsung phone. They are sometimes too sensitive to touch as I can brush by them and it will pause what I'm listening to. I have larger ear canals and the left bud sometimes does not seat all the way. I can't really ding too much but I will pick up different silicone plugs. I added a protective cover for the case as I found out if you drop the case it easily opens and the buds fly away. Overall I would recommend these as they are the best for Android right now.

          i wasn't a fan of the first galaxy buds pro. they were fine, but never stayed in my ears. they also stuck out of my ears and were generally uncomfortable. i ended up returning my pair because of the fit and comfort issues. these are a drastic improvement. everything from the fit, anc, and sound quality are an upgrade. i'm not experiencing ear fatigue, the sound quality is great and comparable to more expensive earbuds, and the build quality is solid. anc cancels out most things and, with content playing, i haven't really heard anything including a vacuum right outside of my office door. a great upgrade, get a pair. samsung's trade-in incentives are hard to beat.

          i bought these a month ago for preorder as last year i lost my original pros the old pros left my ears hurting after having the earbuds in for extended periods of time and always had issues wearing them, these feel really good in your ears and are very light but personally i feel like the original pros sounded better and more punchy with the base. i would still buy these over the old ones as the shiny ends of the old pros always left fingerprints and just didn't look that good nor fit in the case that well but the anc is a bit better with these. these are loud my phone tracking 95db-100db max. these look better with a little better anc, fit in my ears with absolutely no problems but sound almost the same so if you want these for sound i would hold for the next generation next year!

I have these earbuds since release and they have lasted me multiple years. Audio quality is great with a good mixture between clear trebles and strong bass. I listen to a variety of music genres including Ballads, Rap, R&B, and EDM. These earbuds shine in all the listed genres above. Battery lasts me weeks with multiple hours of use each day before I have to charge the case. These are also the audio device I use for my laptop and never had any issues during meetings or voice chats. Connectivity is instant and will never drop during activities.

I'm on client calls, attending trainings or listening to audio books and YouTube to learn new skills. They have worked well beyond my expectations. The sound and phone audio were my must haves. Fantastic. They charge quickly, especially with the excellent charging case and the last nearly all day on the first charge. The rubberized case has come off from being in a pocket with keys every single day for a year or more. And I do wish there was a tiny bit more hold in ear... But I general get by everyday activities with no problems. But these are extremely minor details. Absolute home run. Stellar experience.

The buds hold a charge mong enough for me to commute back and forth from work with music playing and I usually charge the buds every few days. The sound quality is great and using the gaming mode feature let's me play my music focused games with a lit less latency. I don't really use the voice detect feature the buds come with because it still seems rude to some folks when talking to them with buds in the entire time. Overall the buds have a nice build quality and using a samsung device Iam able to experience the new samsung codec with my music streaming app.

I love the fact that these come with 2 different sizes of rubber plugs, I had to switch mine to the extra (which are smaller than those on the buds). I love that they don't fall out of my ear while I'm doing chores and on the phone. I have very sensitive hearing so loud noises really bug me, therefore, when I go to the movie theaters and the sound is just too loud, I thorough these babies on, set them to ambient noise and I'm able to watch the movie comfortably. Honestly I didn't want to spend the money on these, but my husband gifted me them for Christmas, and I ended up loving them! Quality product overall.

We recently went on a road trip and these buds came in handy. The noise canceling was great to either listen to music or watch YouTube. I like the touch features for pausing and the long tap/ hold to change from noise canceling to ambience mode. You can even enable them to adjust volume by double tapping your ears. I do know they have Galaxy A.I. that enables them to live translate, but I haven't gotten to take full advantage of that feature yet. I look forward to trying it out on the next trip I take. The Buds 2 Pro have been great and I look forward to having them for a long time.

I had the previous Buds Pro & felt like I didn't need a new pair. After watching video reviews from the Internet, I decided to take a leap & try them out. I WAS BLOWN AWAY by the bass response. It was even better than other earbuds that are known for having extra bass AND it did a great job of balancing the mids & highs. I went from using 3 sets of various headphones/ earbuds for watching TV (while the rest of the family is sleeping), working out (they stay in my ears) & general on the go talking. Great job Samsung.

Majority of the time when I'm at work on break, I catch myself a good movie to stream wish makes my flix more enjoyable. My calls and hands free are a bliss with the ambient sound feature. The downside of these buds is the design and fit. They don't stay in your ear canal, the ear plugs aren't big enough so they don't fit snug. If your chewing gum or eating sometimes in mid conversation they tend to slide out and I'm always have to prepare to catch them, or sometimes my hands are full and I can't react in time. If there was a larger plugs it could help.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best bang for your buck Used on a 12 hr over seas flight noise canceling was the best slept like a baby even with a screaming child in the seat behind me The AI is more responsive with the 2 pros making hands free operation a slick as the commercials advertise. Text and email dictation is no longer muddled with misspelled words or just wrong guesses. Only complaint but this is industry wide. Your ai voice recognition is tweeked for male voices not female vocal ranges ... maybe add a few female ranges into the software so female users don't have to use a lower register to begin training the devices to recognize
