La brosse VCA-TABA95 est très vite abîmée. Alors qu'elle est amovible, impossible de trouver la pièce pour la changer. Il faut donc changer la totalité de la brosse ce qui n'a pas de sens.

Czy do tej elektroszczotki, jako część zamienna, dostępny jest ten mały nienapędzny włochaty wałek? Rozsypał się kwadratowy wypust na jego końcu. Swoją drogą jest on tak lichy, że wcześniej czy później musiało to nastąpić. Grubość jego ścianek to może 0,3-0,5 mm.

je confirme brosse déjà usé au bou de 1 ans d'utilisation Samsung ne prend pas en charge la brosse coute presque la moitié de l'aspirateur . c'est fini pour moi cette marque dans la gamme aspirateur

Szczotka w polaczeniu z drobinkami kamyczkow / piasku z butow zniszczyla moja podloge winylowa. Samsung oczywiscie nie zrobil nic, aby pomoc - pomimo tego ze szczotka jest na gwarancji. Absolutnie odradzam zakup tej szczotki do podłóg miekkich - pomimo tego ze tak jest reklamowana - drobinki piasku wchodza pomiedzy czerwone frotte a szczotke, i rysuja podloge

Na początku było ok. Pierwsza naprawa szczotka po około 20 miesiącach- minęły kilka miesięcy i znowu bardzo głośna praca. Niestety za te pieniądze powinno być zdecydowanie lepiej i ciszej. Niestety nie polecam

Ich habe vor ca zwei Jahren unseren Samsung jetspoke gekauft. Das Gerät ist soweit ok, bis auf die Düse und den Akku. Der Akku überhitzt ständig und die Düse hält maximal sechs Monate. Dann ist die Lippe abgerissen und der Sauger wird unerträglich laut. Alles in allem würde ich das Gerät nicht mehr kaufen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Szczotka nie zbiera dokładnie ziarenek piasku z płytek, pracuje głośno. Okazuje się, że 60 minut pracy na jednym ładowaniu (co mocno podkreślane jest w reklamie odkurzacza) dotyczy pracy na.minimalnej mocy bez elektroszczotki, która jest podstawowym wyposażeniem. Może firma powinna.dolozyc zwykłą szczotkę z włosiem do parkietów?

Wszystko pięknie, fajnie, aż pewnego dnia przy odkurzaniu szczotka przestaje działać. Zaglądam, a tam wypalona okręconymi włosami dziura w szczotce i bębnie szczotki. Szczotka regularnie czyszczona, wcześniej gdy coś utrudniało jej pracę od razu pojawiał się komunikat o błędzie. Tym razem nic, tylko dziura. Szczotka może dobrze wciąga kurz, ale włosy to chyba trzeba samemu najpierw pozbierać z ziemi bo sprzęt za grube pieniądze sobie nie daje z nimi rady

Kupiłem odkurzacz Jet 95 dlatego że sugerowałem się opiniami, otóż ta szczotka nadaje się tylko do dywanów i wykładzin, wyjeżdżając na podłogę twardą jest głośna a wibracje przenoszą się na cały zestaw,wałek typu spychacz z przodu to nieporozumienie większe paprochy ryż itp.spycha zamiast zassać.Zaluje zakupu tego odkurzacza ze względu na błędy konstrukcyjne i kosmiczne ceny części zamiennych po gwarancji.

Had this original hoover head for just over a year and it has broken in the same place as others with normal use. Clearly a design flaw that Sansung do not want to accept. Was told this was not covered under warranty. Reluctant to buy a replacement for fear it'll happen again. Now stuck with a stupidly expensive hoover that I can't use as I should be able to.

If zero was possible 0 it would be. Like others mine is less than 6 months old and in 2 pieces. Got caught under sofa and now in 2 parts. Plus I manage to only hoover one room before battery runs out. And it doesn’t pick up anything more than 3mm.

I’ve only had Bespoke jet for 1 week. The dual brush head came with the vacuum. I have very little carpet in my home which is medium pile. The carpet I do have it is very hard to push the vacuum head forward. I found I had to drag the vacuum backwards on the carpet, lift it up off the carpet and place the vacuum forward and drag it back again. Definitely not dual action I was expecting. Really only good for hard floors or low pile carpet.

I have the same main head broken, requested a repair a month ago. Can't collect as have problem with tote bags. Asked for replacement head but no have to return whole hoover. Not impressed with Samsung

Foarte proasta calitatea materialelor din care e facut. Mi s-a rupt ceva pe talpa periei, o rotita....dupa numai 2-3 luni de folosire. Nu as mai cumpara un astfel de aspirator...pacat de design, cu care m-a atras!
