Everything about this vaccum is FAILING. Now this head is failing. I waited over 3 weeks after 2 hours on the phone the first time. And now while I had to call them again (as I write this I'm on hold with SamSung) they cannot explain to me why I have waited this long. I will definately go back to DYSON. Dyson after sale team will help you on the spot and send out whatever is needed immediately. I won't be buying Samsung vaccum ever again. And the sad part about this, is EVERY item/appliance in my house is Samsung. This is what one gets putting all faith into them. DO NOT BUY THIS VACCUM

I have only had this vacuum for 12 months and through this period I have had multiple problems. My main issue is with the quality of materials used and the workmanship. The mop head came off the stand one day after the plastic cracked and broke. Luckily as it wasn't being used at all, I didn't feel the pain. Next, the flexible, plastic pipe inside the main dual brush head was badly clogged over a couple of months of use. Because of the inaccessibility and poor design, I needed to use long tweezers to pull out the blockage which damaged the rubber tubing. However, the vaccum was still working fine. The next issue was when the main dual brush head came apart while vacuuming the carpet. There was nothing out of the ordinary in that instance. After several, frustrating attempts to get this issue resolved, I was told by Samsung's only accredited repair centre in Sydney that Samsung will not cover the cost of the repair. Having read the customer reviews it's obvious that this is a common issue and one that Samsung are aware of. Yet they are unwilling to assist and take responsibility. This is very frustrating and poor customer service.

I’ve only had Bespoke jet for 1 week. The dual brush head came with the vacuum. I have very little carpet in my home which is medium pile. The carpet I do have it is very hard to push the vacuum head forward. I found I had to drag the vacuum backwards on the carpet, lift it up off the carpet and place the vacuum forward and drag it back again. Definitely not dual action I was expecting. Really only good for hard floors or low pile carpet.
I recommended this product.

No happy at all. I had the vacuum for over 2 years, it was riddled with issues that were fixed during the warranty period. Now that it is out of warranty, the head of the floor brush is broken and can not be replaced as Samsung does not have it. Such an expensive vacuum, and I can not even use it properly. The other heads have problems no matter how many times I Clean them. An absolute waste of money. Not worth the $1200 price tag.

Had this original hoover head for just over a year and it has broken in the same place as others with normal use. Clearly a design flaw that Sansung do not want to accept. Was told this was not covered under warranty. Reluctant to buy a replacement for fear it'll happen again. Now stuck with a stupidly expensive hoover that I can't use as I should be able to.

If zero was possible 0 it would be. Like others mine is less than 6 months old and in 2 pieces. Got caught under sofa and now in 2 parts. Plus I manage to only hoover one room before battery runs out. And it doesn’t pick up anything more than 3mm.

I have the same main head broken, requested a repair a month ago. Can't collect as have problem with tote bags. Asked for replacement head but no have to return whole hoover. Not impressed with Samsung
