This TV has compatibility issue with PS4. When turn on the TV after playing PS4 we see black squares on screen like split screen. Going to contact support team. Worried about if it will get verse in future. I am sad after spending alot of money. I like QLED 8K and really wanted to switched this high end technology. Waste of money to get 8K .. most of the video content that is streamed is still in 1080 and the extreme pixelization of BLACKS , DARK COLORS, and the horrifi shadow of black behind WHITE things " such as a golf ball on the green" make this one not worth it. I have had it fixed TWICE already ... screen black spot , then the computer board went out. The TV SUCKS still compared to when i got it , not sure why but after two repairs i am going to live with it till i put a shoe thru it. Spend 1/4 the cash and a get a 4k TV!

I used the SmartThings app from Samsung and hooking up everything was simple. After a few minutes I powered her up and was just floored. Big, beautiful display. I'm buying a new stereo to join this up and know that I'm future proofed (until next year). As for what we watch, we watch everything. I love the HDR on Netflix and the new animated movies look gorgeous. Sports on this big beast are awesome to watch (hook 'em). Playing the new Ratchet & Clank on the PS5 is like playing a Pixar game. The TV comes with brightness set all the way up, you're going to want to turn that down. Seriously, it was like staring at the sun. This is normal so just make the tweak to what looks good for you and yours. I really don't know what else to say. Get it already.

I upgraded from a 10-year-old plasma tv so my experience with the 65” QN800A Samsung Neo QLED TV has been awesome. Amazing picture quality, the remote control is very chic, love the brightness. Please check the pictures I attached. Highly impressed with new features that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Such as multi-view and the auto-detect GameMode. The sound quality is perfect and I don't need to get a soundbar. The audio is smart and it is automatically adjusted based on the scene. In addition to hardware, the new design is really smart that doesn't need any extension. You can easily AirPlay your phone on TV, or watch any of the TV apps of your interest. Samsung TV is another benefit of this TV that you can watch several channels for free. Another feature that also made me really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. I highly recommended it to all my family friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first model of this TV that I got did not work at all. It power cycled on and off continuously and had to be replaced. The second model I got worked. However, both models had a design flaw with the back panel. As you can see in the picture at the bottom right of the TV in the back the glue is coming off. Both TVs had this problem. It is possible that after years of heat the glue may become worse in the back and may need to be re-glued. The last negative that I have with this model, as you can see from the picture, is that if you are mounting it the mounting brackets go right over the plug that is required to connect to the circuit board. Spacers are required to not pinch the cable to the circuit board. Now onto the good news, this TV has excellent picture quality. The built-in speakers are better than any of my other Samsung TVs, and I have several. The 8K quality is outstanding. It almost gives a 3-D view. It gives the depth of people's faces and brilliant colors in high definition. Though it may have some design flaws I would highly recommend this TV. I received this TV product with a discount for an honest review

I love the anti-glare as the TV we had tends to have glare from the lights when it turned ON or the sun from the windows during day time. However, this TV works great almost all the glare gone. I love the TV was very thin compare to the UHD TV. Also, the sound quality was awesome due to its speakers behind the TV. The internet is easy to use. One thing that I would love more is ability to have google assistant and google store would make it awesome TV. Overall, I love the TV and recommend people to have this TV

The directional sound is superb. Can't wait for 8k content to be more vastly available. The difference between 4k to 8k is not huge but it is noticeable. The 8k content looks amazing and so does 4k upscale.I really like all the features it has Samsung TV plus, object tracking sound and the infinity one design is superb. The bezel is barely noticeable which is great I like the simplistic minimal design. Not to mention no more messy cords with the one connect box. The response when navigating the apps is fast no lagging at all the Samsung smart system is very responsive. I like that the remote can either be charged via USB or solar I do however wish it was back-lit. The anti reflective screen is amazing. No more fighting for the perfect spot on the couch the movies look great from any angle. The only negative is my sound bar is not compatible however I'm looking forward to adding a q symphony one. I really cool feature I like is Samsung Health is built in. You simply connect a webcam to the TV to workout at home and join fitness classes without buying a dedicated device. No more gym membership. My family and I really love our TV and I'm sure everyone who gets one will love it too, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be able to have this TV. It is a nice upgrade from samsung crystal UHD TV. The product was shipped in a good care and the TV has screen protection. It is much heavier than crystal UHD TV even though it is thinner and have separate one connect box at about 51 kg due to having speakers built-in. It is hard to install with the wall mount at higher place like my house compare to crystal UHD TV. However, it is worth the effort for the great quality TV. The TV itself was easy to set up especially using a smartthings. When I used the crystal UHD TV, I can see the reflection of other subjects in the living room from my TV but this one is different. When the TV is off, I can see the reflection but when it is ON, I can literally see almost no reflection. That's how good is the TV. The sound also way better than the old TV that I has. Behind the TV, it has 10 speakers which has Dolby Atmos and object tracking sound+ feature. I love the quality of the 8k, it looks so real. When I use the internet, this TV is way easy to move the cursor. It is very userfriendly. The remote is also nicer compare to crystal UHD TV and easier to use. Everyone who come to my house love the TV and mention that it has way better quality compare to the previous TV that I has. I also love the camera feature and ability to have multi display which is very cool. I really recommend people to get this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having just moved house we wanted a larger tv to go on the wall and the Samsung NEO QLED 8k hasn’t disappointed! It arrives in a massive box but, once unpacked, is relatively simple to get the support stand (if not wall mounted) configured. The box setup at the back to tidy up the cables is useful and a nice feature but not really a deal breaker for a tv. Once plugged in the actual TV set up is simple with options to use the remote to set up or do it via smartphone using a QR code. The tv configuration was very quick to set up and be ready to use. Now to the bit most people are interested in, the picture quality! It is amazing. For a large 65” screen, the detail and precision is very impressive. When watching programs about nature and wildlife it's like the animals are right in front of you and when watching scenes which are darker in films, you can see more of what is going on as the picture is clearer and, obviously, larger. Plenty of inbuilt apps and features to use like split screen which we haven’t used yet. The sound quality is, in my opinion, great however my husband has plugged in a soundbar anyway. All in all, if you’re a non tech wizard like myself then this tv is great to just plug in and go but it also has fantastic features to delve a bit deeper in to as well. Is it worth the hefty price tag? Only time will tell. Next time I’m at a house with regular HD channels then I’d probably say yes definitely!

Colors are so much brighter and more vibrant. When we watch shows we have seen before the video looks more like live images or you are looking through a window. The TV sound is excellent. We had a mid-range audio bar but my husband and I like the sound of the TV better than the sound bar , nice surprise. It actually fills the room with a near multi-speaker theater sound experience. The remote control is very chic, I attached the pic of remote to this review. The more interesting part of this remote control is solar cell panel at the back of it. It is so smart. The TV includes a free Samsung TV app with its own live channels and movies. Apps are conveniently lined up in a row, and they have almost every app I could want. The new design is really smart that doesn't need any extension directly to the TV. It is easy to cast videos from my phone or laptop. It has enough ports for all of my devices. Moreover, it has new features such as multi-view and the auto-detect game mode that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Another feature that also made us really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. Then we don't need to get a new TV stand. I posted several pics and video to share my experience with you. Also, we are waiting to receive the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine, then we may ask our friends to come and watch movie with our exciting TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after needing a new TV for some time, we decided to go ahead and purchase the Samsung 65QN800B Neo QLED 8K HDR Smart TV and it didn’t disappoint! The only reason my review didn’t quite make it to 5 stars was only because the initial set up of the parts to create the TV we’re not totally foolproof and the instructions were not the easiest to follow as the parts (although labelled on the instructions), we’re not labelled on the actual parts (see picture of instructions below). There was also an issue connecting to Alexa, but did eventually figure this out! The TV is a super size, and allows everyone in the room to view the screen and see the awesome picture it gives you! You really do notice the difference though going from UHD to normal tv as the quality is just so clear in UHD! The TV is compatible with all apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime etc and was very easy to set up after the initial installation. It also registered my product with Samsung for me also during set up to take up the 5 year warranty on the TV that it comes with. The controllers are easy to use, and it actually comes with a solar powered remote too, so no need to constantly keep changing batteries! The picture as I mention is crystal clear and there is even a mode for the evenings to change to called ‘eye optimisation’ which basically dims the screen in the evening if required. There are also different options with sound to, from standard to amplified which also made a difference. So glad we purchased this TV, and really looking forward to seeing how it performs with more and more 8k quality programmes coming through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this tv. Easy setup instructions. I enjoy the ambient mode and personalized screens. I downloaded the smarthings app which is free to download to be able to put pictures from my phone onto the tv. It displays up to 50 pictures on the tv. I uploaded them from phone and it displayed them one at a time changing the picture about every 20 seconds(The picture below is of my husband and son roasting marshmallows over the fire is one of the personalized pictures I sent to the tv). While in the smartThings app you have to sign up or sign in with your samsung login. Then it finds your tv easily through your wifi connection. From there every time you open the app your tv will be displayed then you just click on your tv. From there it app allows you to use it as a remote, to change from artwork or personal pictures in ambient mode, switch between apps, and universal guide showing you tv and movie recommendations. Watching the latest movies on this is beautiful. This is the 4k120hz screen I have been waiting for. Zero connection or display errors which you will find on other brands. The simple console connection design makes input connections easy. I love that the remote is solar charged so no batteries! The hub box works awesome to keep all the wires that you hook up to the tv out of the way so it doesn't look so messy. I also went under my iphone settings and bluetooth and found the tv. I clicked on it and connected it to my tv which was listed. This allowed me to play music from my phone right on the tv easily! It plays a background display while music plays or you can make the music box smaller at the top screen while you do other stuff on the tv as well. I also like you can add apps and rearrange them according to how you use them. We use our tv for gaming, streaming from phone, watching movies/tv, etc. Everything looks so good on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8K Samsung QN800B is spectacular. Setup was a breeze with the software and the SmartThings app on my phone. It quickly recognized all my HDMI devices without any issue. Wi-Fi setup and registration was completed in a matter of minutes. The remote is recharged via solar or usb-c which is a great step forward. Picture: The picture is amazing for all types of content. 4K and of course 8K content are fantastic. Standard HD content is also raised to another level by this tv. There are details within the everyday tv and movie content that you wouldn’t believe has been there the whole time. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep and dark, and the highlights are bright. This tv is very bright, but not so bright to be overwhelming and makes HDR content even more amazing. We have watched multiple movies across almost all the available apps and haven’t been disappointed. Sound: Paired with the Samsung Q900A soundbar using Q-symphony, the tv and soundbar are in perfect sync. They complement each other perfectly for regular tv and movies. eARC allows for Dolby Atmos on all the apps that support. The tv speakers alone are good but for the full surround experience a soundbar or additional home theater setup would be suggested. Gaming: The game bar is a great feature not available on my old Samsung Q7 and adds great customization options when you are gaming. 120 4K gaming is awesome. I have had no issues with either of my next gen consoles . VRR (variable refresh rate) is another feature that makes gaming on this tv spectacular. I am looking forward to the future software update that will add the gaming hub to see what else this tv can do for my gaming experiences. Synopsis: This is the best tv I have ever owned. With the built in features and picture processing power this tv is future proof and makes the premium price, but after spending time with it, I would be willing to pay the premium for it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QN800C by Samsung is a masterpiece. Taking the plunge for this TV is well worth it. My previous TV was a 4k LG OLED and the QN800C with its 8K Neo QLED blows away the OLED in every way imaginable. The QN800C is the brightest TV I have ever experienced, and this makes for outstanding viewing in my bright living room during the day. For me, quality of the picture is what I care about the most and the Samsung QN800C exceeds all expectations. The 8K content is already starting to become available and I put the QN800C through the paces to see if the 8K hype is really worth it, and I can tell you it really really is, especially the larger you go with panel size, the difference between 4K and 8K becomes more and more noticeable. More importantly, it upgrades 4K content to 8K content with its Neural Quantum Processor. This is my first Samsung TV, and the Quantum Matrix Pro with Mini LEDs coupled with the Neo Quantum HDR 8K make pictures look astounding. The frame of the Infinity One Design compliments the sleek and modern aesthetic I am going for in my home and the Slim One Connect box helps me keep all my cables tucked away and out of sight! This TV has some very cool speakers on the back panel and they support Dolby Atmos right out of the box. One thing I am excited to try out is pairing the QN800C with Samsung sound bars to unlock Q-Symphony 3.0 so the TV speakers can mesh with my sound bar for a synchronized sound experience. An issue I had with my LG OLED tv was that the bright living room would reflect off the TV. The Samsung QN800C has a Anti-Glare coating that is miles better than the OLED and makes the clarity and quality of the panel pop even more! To put it into perspective just how brilliant the images are, I took some photos of the TV playing a 8K YouTube video and have attached them below. It took me a while to make the plunge and spend the money on the Samsung QN800C. Now that I have experienced it, I am confident I went with the right call and would do it again! Seeing is believing and I am definitely a believer.

Starting with the design, this tv is slender with only a 0.7" width it is the first truly flat tv monitor I've ever seen. There is barely a bezel and what bezel is there is where the sound terminated from. It is such a simple yet elegant design that will look amazing in any room. Samsung has outdone itself with the design. The TV is able to be so thin and flat because the components, hookups, and power are all external in the One Connect which attaches with a single very thin wire. It's an engineering marvel and quite an accomplishment to send all the signals and power through a wire that is not even a 1/4" in circumference! This feature alone makes the TV worth purchasing as it allows the Samsung QN800A to hang on a wall and all your devices can be in a cabinet with just a single wire to the TV. This is perfect for those of us that want to keep everything neat and hide away all the clutter and mess of wires. Once you turn on the TV you will notice the picture quality and brightness, everything is sharp and vibrant and what you would expect from 8K. I didn't have any 8K content to test but it seems to upscale the content very well and 4K content looks mesmerizing. The TV remote is small and simple to use with an interface that is intuitive to use and works well. I really liked the Samsung TV Plus which provides a bunch of live TV channels and is the answer for the cord-cutters out there. The content is great and I feel like it's a perfect replacement to cable or satellite programming and the future.. It even comes with a Guide so you can pick and choose what you want to watch easily. The Multiview feature is really interesting, you can watch multiple programs at a time and switch which audio you listen to while watching multiple shows. It will make Football season even better. Also with the Smart Things integration, all my other Samsung devices like the Powerbot vacuum and washer and dryer show up and are available, it is the hub for a truly smart home! Samsung has done an amazing job and at the top of their game. This is the best TV I've ever experienced and the features technology, and style just can't be beaten.

And wow did I hit a homerun. This TV exceeded my expectations. The picture is more beautiful than what I saw at the mall. The colors are bright and crisp and honestly I can't even imagine a better picture at any cost. Then there is the sound. Dolby Atmos sounds as good as any high end theater, but as with the picture, all enjoyed in the comfort of your home. I gave it a five star rating because there wasn't an option for a ten rating. Buy it, you'll be completely satisfied.

All of my gaming consoles look and feel amazing. It is very refreshing to have this TV that has no input or video formatting issues. Be it switching gaming console inputs or surfing my apps everything runs seamlessly. The app setup and organization is helpful, keeping my most used apps ready to launch. The Samsung TV Plus feature was a cool surprise. Live free TV and endless OnDemand options easily watched with any internet connection. Overall I have been please with this unit. Setup was simple and the connection hub routing all my connection is great. I have my hub on lower shelf in TV stand near all my devices and tv on top shelf and it helps with wire clutter for sure.

Right from setting up the TV in our living room, we found it extremely simple to mount to our wall, alongside integrating a soundbar. We’re also big fans of the One Connect box as it enhances cable management. It must be mentioned that the picture quality is outstanding. Whilst giving a cinematic experience, it’s arguably the sharpest and brightest picture we’ve seen and the 8k upscaling is impressive. The TV OS makes for seamless navigation, and as we enjoy watching Netflix and Prime Video, we consider it a highly important aspect. The default sound settings are acceptable. Overall, the TV is highly impressive, and it is worth the price point.

The picture is just fantastic, there aren't words to describe it. I keep inviting friends over to see it because I can't capture how clear the screen is with my phone camera. The large number of inputs is also a huge bonus. No more jostling around behind the tv to switch between game consoles. They can all stay plugged in! We have it hooked up to a soundbar and subwoofer which makes our room into a theater, but the tv's speakers themselves are great, which you don't often find in thin tv's. This tv also comes with apps for exercising, and background art that are pretty cool. The split screen features is awesome. I can't wait to learn more about this tv as time goes on. The clarity is just amazing, and the blacks are so black. I look forward to many hours spent in front of it!

The bezel of the tv had a little scratch on it about 8MM at the bottom, I think it might have happened while being shipped! Other from that it's nice to watch and Xbox is good to play on it. The picture and sound quality is fantastic. I was a bit disappointed with the scratch on the bezel. I tried to search for something to repair the scratch but got no where!

let me start out with the picture. the picture is top notch, but why the 1 star... i just came from a 65" q800t series qled 8k tv that was a total nightmare, so many problems with that model (check the forums before you buy) and they actually bought the tv back from and and gave me a refund to purchase this neo qled tv. now this thing has a major issue and its with sound. the sound just goes out or it makes what sounds like ticking noises and have to keep changing the sound from auto to pass-through then to pcm and back to auto for the sound to come back on. this is insane coming from 2 of the most top of the line tv's they make. also while checking the forums other people are having the same issues.

The TV is super thin but there is an auxiliary box on the back where your components get plugged in to ultimately adding to the thickness if youre mounting to the wall in a low profile mount. however, it's great if your components are placed remotely, and you only need to run one proprietary cable and you can save on highe end HDMI and optical cables in shorter lengths. The picture is amazing. There are some qwerks that I am still working with after two weeks such as the eArc HDMI repeatedly turning on different components such as my Xbox One when I am not playing the xbox. I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

The Quantum Pro mini LEDs really bring the picture quality to life - colors contrast and pop intensely. The real depth enhancer feature ensures the depth of picture you see is life like. The AI powered 8k allows the free flow of each picture. My family loves watching movies and gets entranced by what we are watching because of the quality the TV provides. The TV really hugs the wall nicely too since it is super slim. Sound really bounces around the living room space with the help of the Dolby Atmos feature. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

i had the 75 inch 8k tv for more than a year now. spent 3k for the tv and see no worth in it. my 4 year old 4k tv has better quality. first the dark backrounds are very pixilated and has lots of blue color. cant watch a dark movie without complaining. i turned on the intelligent feature and clarity mode. nothing seems to fix it. second is the streaming quality. i have speeds of 700gbps but the tv seems to always freeze and have issues. i need to use my apple tv to get best quality and best streaming. overall i felt like it was a waste of money compared to the lower price, older, but better quality 4k tv. dont buy this tv. go cheaper 4k

The quality of the product from the design to the function is honestly above and beyond what I expected. The clarity of the picture, the quickness of the frames, it makes watching sports and movies more enjoyable at home then actually attending the event. The slick design and color enhance the look of any room. The great part about this particular tv is the design and the overall performance exceed expectations. You expect a great product and those high standards are actually exceeded. For gaming it creates a unbelievable experience, and what was truly surprising is that when we connected the screen share to the television the quality was the best we have experience on any TV. It is very user friendly and makes navigating the Home Screen very easy. With step by step instructions it really makes understanding and navigating user friendly. I would highly recommend this particular television and to be completely honest I am not sure there is a better product on the market. The Samsung QN800C is an incredible product and if you are in the market for a TV this will no doubt check off any features you might need or want.

The TV was easy to unbox, with clear instructions on mounting either on the included stand or on the wall. The TV itself was easy to set up and create a Samsung account. The included apps are fun, and who knew you could exercise side by side with Jillian Michaels in your own home? As for the picture, it is like having a theater in your living room. We have it connected to our soundbar, and it is truly a theater experience! The images are so bright and clear, and the blacks are rich and deep. It's a treat for your eyes to experience the amazing picture quality. The TV menu is easy to navigate and intuitive. The solar remote is genius! All remotes should have this feature. It really is an amazing piece of technology, and I'm thrilled to own it. I love just turning on Youtube and watching their 8K and 4K content. Truly magnificient! The included art apps for the screen are also cool, and a great added feature. After a week of ownership, I'm sure I haven't begun to scratch the surface of what this TV is capable of, and I look forward to experimenting and learning about all of it's features.

It recognized all the devices immediately and asked for the proper order and setup of each device. The two things I’m struggling with are the TV turns the game console on automatically but we can’t figure out how to turn and keep it off. I’m sure there’s a way but just haven’t had the time to deep dive as it’s not that big of an issue. Volume control also doesn’t work two ways as the TV remote doesn’t appear to have an options method to co trip a receiver. I purchased this TV at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Did a lot of research and found Neo 8K to be logical for the price compared with high quality 4K tvs. Decided to get this TV mounted on the wall with the Samung low profile Bracket and I love how snug it sits to the wall given that it is a very thin TV. Love the Samsung One Connect feature and the single thin cable. Very happy with the size as I was debating 65 vs 75 inch. The connectivity was a breeze and the smart TV features are intuitive. The picture is bright and the darks are deep. The screen is glareless and I feel like I am in a premium movie experience in my living room. Overall the right solution for our space. And everyone in the family is happy.

Add in the real depth enhancer feature and images fell like they surround you. The 8k processor was made to keep up with this level of picture excellence - everything we watch flows smoothly and seamlessly. I love how slim the TV is as it just hugs the wall and matches the minimalist decor of our home. The Dolby Atmos Object Tracking sound really finishes off the TV watching experience - sound comes at you from every direction with crystal clear quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I really like to have movie nights at home as well as to play video games. So Screen quality is something super important to us. When we got our 75" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8K Smart TV we were in awe. For starters this TV is MASSIVE, it's amazing and the fact that it's ultra thin adds to it's aesthetics. Even though it's thin this TV is heavy and it comes with a heavy duty Tv stand (vs getting two legs). We ended up mounting ours to the wall.) You'll need two people to help carry and lift the TV for sure! The screen quality is always clear, crisp, precise, and you feel like you're on set of any movie you're watching. The sound is incredible as well! It really makes you feel like you're not going to miss anything; it's very clear! Set up was fairly quick and easy. I am not for one to have cords running all over (usually) and being exposed so I was very please to see this TV has the slim one connect feature. You have one cord plug into the TV and all other cords plug into a little box that you're able to mount on the back of the stand or on the back of the TV depending on how your set up is configured. We really like how the "home" feature includes a bunch of Samsung apps; however we do wish it supported non-Samsung apps as well. Perhaps there will be an update on that in the future which would be awesome. Alexa or google assist being built in is an awesome feature, we tend to use Alexa to turn the volume up and down when we don't want to reach for the remote. Speaking of the remote I love that it self charges via light! (and if you need a little extra boost you're able to plug it in to charge it up as well.) I love this because now we don't have to worry about changing the batteries all the time. The settings are awesome, straight forward to figure out, and not too crazy but they're enough for you to really customize the TV how you see fit. There's no lag behind the TV either, everything happens in real time and when you're waiting for something to load or pop up you barely have time to blink. If you're on the fence about purchasing this TV I promise you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend it.

I bought this TV and a Samsung samsung hw-q990c soundbar on a 2023 Black Friday sale. Great looking high Definition picture on this TV and the screen is bright too. I struggled with the purchase of This this TV or a 65" LG OLED. I decided to go with Samsung TV because I wanted to get the Samsung hw-q990c soundbar system. They pair well together and work seamlessly together and both work well with the Samsung Smart things App. You can't go wrong with this combo and the 8K TV upscales 4K singals to give a better quality picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxing the Samsung 65” NEO QLED 65QN800B is relatively simple but it does require 2 people. The picture-only instruction manual tells you to find a flat surface [with a blanket or sheet on top] to place the TV on, in order to assemble the stand.This is a heavier TV than most models but that just speaks to the excellent build quality. Once I had the Samsung on the TV bench, I got to work with the One Connect box to plug in my Sky box, PS4 and Wii. The One Connect box sits on the back of the stands – it doesn’t lock into place, but it does feel sturdy once it’s resting. Easy to put together and feels solid, however the design of the rear to hold the One Connect box could have been more secure. The TV itself looks amazing. The two sets of 4 speakers at the rear really stood out for me and the silver perforated bezel makes the TV look premium. The only negative for me is that it took me ages to figure out that you can’t have the Intelligent mode on and configure Movie Mode. Calibration via a Smart phone is really worthwhile but if you can find the time to calibrate this manually then you’ll end up with some amazing results. The home hub gives you Samsung TV for free, Samsung Fitness and there's even the option multi-view (I can imagine gaming on one screen and watching YouTube on another for all the walk-throughs and hacks!) Picture Quality – this is all subjective as to whether you prefer heavier contrasts or a brighter picture with more detail. The only subtle difference are the black levels, they are not as deep or contrasting as OLEDs but they are not far off and if you’re not actually even looking, then you won’t notice a thing! I’m a massive fan of the brighter picture quality and superb detail that the quantum mini-LEDs and Samsung’s Neural Quantam Processor 8K delivers. Very little picture glare and viewing angle is great, even if you’re not sitting directly in-front of the TV. The picture detail is premium thanks to the 7680x4320 resolution. One thing that took me back is that Samsung do not offer Dolby Vision on this TV - not sure about the long term aspects of this but we'll see. The sound out of the TV speakers is very good, however, I feel like most high-end TV’s, the picture deserves a high end sound bar. Overall, I really think Samsung have delivered a Premium TV thanks to it’s superb picture quality, high resolution and 8K potential.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following a few difficulties with shipping the tv arrived on a Monday morning. My plan was to install the tv on the wall using the Samsung slim fit wall mount, but as this was still in transit I took the plunge and fitted the stand temporarily so I could get to see this electronic wonder up and running. The unpacking needed 2 as stated and was fairly simple if you follow the instructions. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the stand itself as it seemed to be just a heavy piece of metal, bolted together. It also acts a support for the one connect box to sit on, but again I felt the design was a bit lacking as the box just rests on the stand and there didn't appear to be anyway to secure it in place. For a high end tv I feel Samsung could have gone a bit further and refined the stand a bit more. Once assembled it was time to connect my PS5, Samsung Q950A soundbar. Easy enough to do using the one connect box with no fiddling behind the tv to get everything connected. Powering up was fast and I was greeted with a simple set up option using my mobile phone. The tv recognised all my connected devices and when I powered on I was very impressed with the quality of picture and audio. The PS5 video quality was incredible and took my gaming to another level as I could see objects far more clearly and more colourful than before. Live tv via satellite (cable directly into the one connect box for freesat) was also incredibly clear and colours far more vivid than I ever imagined. The audio quality is good without the soundbar, but incredible with it. Following arrival of the Samsung slim fit wall mount, I got to work with a friend to install this beauty on the wall. A bit of a job as the instructions weren't that great but we managed and I have to say that the result was amazing. A small gap behind the tv makes this tv what it should be, a work of art. It sits on the wall incredibly and even with the one connect box cable down the wall it doesn't detract from the beauty of the TV in its rightful place. There's very little reflection from the windows and the picture quality seems even better. I do feel that the menu screens are often a bit slow and unresponsive, particularly when using the voice command options. I was also hoping that the Google assistant would display feed from the Google nest cameras and doorbell I have installed but alas it did not..unless I'm still to find out how. Early summary..picture fantastic, but I feel for the price it should be just a little bit better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV brand new, looks stunning, very well made, sound in the TV by itself stands up to most soundbars (speakers on the back of the TV look great). There are issues with the screen which Samsung has been supportive with, however has made the purchase of such a high end product a little frustrating. Lines on the screen and dots that don't match the colour of the rest of the picture and really stand out. Fingers crossed for a resolution so we can enjoy all this TV has to offer. Easy to use and setup so far, some glitches with QSymphony but seems to be working OK for the moment (paired the TV with a Samsung Soundbar).

We use this for everyday TV, watching high quality movies at home with our light set up and it picks up the colors perfectly. We use it for gaming and we can see perfectly. The apps work seamlessly with no issues we can easily stream our phones to it. I use my mart devices to control it with no issues. The color is so clear my dog even barks at the dogs thinking they are real. I will also turn to Samsung as my tv choice since my other brand TVs cause me issues using the smart functions.

So I was very pleased after using this one. Picture quality so much better for 4k videos and even non 4k videos are rendered pretty well. In fact seems like the TV enhances picture quality for them. I use this for Xbox gaming and light PC work and it shows absolutely no flickering or lag. Probably the best TV on the market right now.

i like qleds than oleds may be because my living room is very bright or i got used to samsung tv's from past decade. couple of years ago i bought 800t 8k but had several issues so returned it after few months. since then i have been waiting for samsung to fix the issues in their newer models, finally i felt 800b reached my expectations. things i liked - one connect - buit-in apps for gaming platforms (stadia, luna, etc). gaming console not needed. - brightness and contrast getting close to oled - great visibility in brighter rooms - better sound than previous versions - affordable 8k tv - auto dimming and adaptive sound

Really appreciate getting T2 tennis channel with Samsung tvs! Great picture for watching movies but it overswhelms the room at night especially with the light it creates. Probably should have gotten a smaller unit for these reasons. Might work much better in a larger space/room. But quality is excellent and I prefer this brand over any available. Solid product, high quality, superior value for the cost.

The uoscaling works flawlessly and makes the picture that much more clear. It's insane the level of detail I can see. For gaming, this TV is buttery smooth and crystal clear. I think my stats have improved due to the increased visibility and clarity this TV offers lol. Overall I would reccomend this TV to anyone, with the budget, in the market for a superb entertainment experience. 10/10 would reccomend Side note, pair this with a sound bar or surround system, the TV speakers are good, but they're still TV speakers.

However, if the new model is anything like my 2022 model, it is AMAZING! Picture quality is awesome, sound can be improved, but still very good. Connects very well to WiFi and gaming looks so good! Definitely worth the buy with the anti-glare that it has, so I could enjoy the natural sunlight without worrying about it disrupting my TV experience. I don’t know if this is because of Samsung or the apps themselves but both sides should get together and provide.us with more available apps. There are quite a few apps that were available on my old Samsung that are not available on the new. A very big disappointment. Also my remote for the cable company and the one provided by Samsung conflict with each other- it would have been nice if Samsung provided a more universal type remote that could be adjusted to avoid those conflicts. Other than that I repeat the picture is spectacular.

Watching a 4K stream that's automatically scaled up to 8K provides incredible depth and clarity to the images. The integration of the XBOX streaming service is incredible too. No need for a console, simply pair a controller to the TV and you can play to your hearts content. I love the separate box that comes with the TV to manage all the inputs too. It means I just have to hide one cable going to the screen and hide the connector box somewhere out of sight. I can't recommend this highly enough.

But I fell in love with my tv there was no way I could send it back. The display quality is just amazing. This is my second Samsung tv previous one was also good at it's time. However this is beyond. 8k content is rare However you can now watch a true 4k content on a large scale tv like 75 inch and above! Sound is amazing. I am not using any additional sound systems. Tvs speakers are strong enough and so crisp I just love it! I did not mount to the wall so can not comment how practical it was but I assembled the legs myself. It's a heavy part that carries a big TV. So I won't deny it's not a female weight to handle. Get help if needed. Thankfully following the asmbly my friends helped to lift it up :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv two weeks ago as a replacement to my Sony Bravia which was about 10 years old. I thought the picture on my Sony was still good until I starting watching this amazing TV. While watching Pinocchio I felt like I could reach out and pick up one of the pebbles and the 8k content on YouTube needs to be seen to be believed. Only downside I have at the moment is there are some artifices when I was watching the AFL grand final. I am not worried about this as I watched AFL in the store before I purchased the TV and it was smooth. I am sure there are some settings that I need to play with to fix my issue. Samsung if you have any pointers I would love to have them.

I love the intelligent mode the TV has as when the sun hits the screen while I'm playing a dark game, it automatically adjusts the brightness etc. I have it connected with my Samsung Dolby Atmos surround sound system and am planning to upgrade when the 2022 Q950+ series releases for the Q Symphony surround sound!

This is my 4th Samsung TV. I bought this TV last year, and it broke down 2 days after my warranty expired. One connect box makes clicking noise and the screen won’t turn on. I went on call with Samsung rep, tried few troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. Now I’m just going in circles with Samsung customer reps, with them hanging up on me. Save yourself the trouble, and looking for other brands. Samsung is not what it used to be!!!

i recently upgraded from the q90t to this television and i must say i'm not dissapointed. although the q90t wasn't bad, the upgrade provided many more options and upgrades necessary to future proof my home theater. even though it gets hot at the bottom, this is to be expected for the hours on. picture quality is great, the nextgen tuner provides an alternative to cutting the cord in areas that provide nextgen ota stations, and the wifi 6 feature ensures a robust wifi streaming capability. the thin bezel of the tv allows for a very clean presentation when wall mounted, not to mention the flexibility of the one-connect box and its multiple mounting options. great job samsung!!!!!

All the newest games I run in 8k on max settings don't usually go above 60 fps which is what the refresh rate tops out at in 8k mode, so it works out great for me. I honestly didn't think I would be able to tell a difference from 4k to 8k but it makes a HUGE difference now that I've gotten to know it. Never going back down 4k as long as I can.

I was looking for a new TV - for the new gaming features - and also because my wife had 2 eye surgeries- and has been having a hard time seeing things in the dark.. because of OLED deep blacks. Images were very hard for her to see - so I took a chance on this model - and after several weeks - im in love with it.. solid blacks.. brilliant color and super whites makes games/movies come alive.. the one connect box with a slim wire - makes the living room just look clean when I wall mounted it.. as writing.. some of the software is glitchy here and there.. im hoping SAMSUNG jumps on those things soon..

I bought this tv 3 months ago. Overall the 8K picture quality is amazing. It definitely beats my older QLED 4K tv that I had for 3 years. The only issue that I’ve observed about this tv is blooming especially if you are watching a dark movie/season. The blacks are great as well. I also got Samsung 3 years extended warranty that is for all 2022 8K models. If blooming wasn’t an issue I would have given 5 stars.

After taking delivery of the TV, took me only a day to convince myself to set it up as I am bought it for when I do move into my new place. Since setting it up, it as become sort of a new toy for my household. Set up was really easy, you can either set it up using the remote that comes with the package or use your mobile. It a really big TV, it is the 65inch and not the 75inch, but it still has that wow element. You need two people to handle it, took myself and my partner to put it up. Take care though, as it quite filmsy. Cant get over the picture quality. Also, the fact that it 8K, makes it more appealing for me. The TV is a good looking TV with lots of functionalities. Gaming Hub is a feature I am looking to start exploring on the TV. As a Samsung enthusiast, I have since connected all my gadgets to the Smart TV

Purchased the 85 inch qn800b after spending far too long in a store with a usb full of movies. This tv is superb, hyper realistic, beautiful saturated colours, deep blacks and pure brilliant whites. It’s a worthy contender of oleds if your after the dimensionality of an oled wth the brightness of a mini led. The blacks now have nuance and excellent gradients making the visual experience in 8k a frightening amaaaazing 3D experience.My partner who plays games loves the 4K 120hz giving them a buttery experience and the brightness and size totally immerses them. Perhaps add a settings button to the remote would be my suggestion otherwise 8k is mesmerising at 85 inches and I’m a total convert.

Love the TV, well worth the money but my set keeps dropping out with internet connectivity when using apps. We use Google mesh system with 5G with a port next to TV. My son has the QA65Q60T in his room and has no issues with internet. We have been told to either hard wire the connection or use 2.4G. When internet crashes on QN85 we have to reboot the connection box to get it to work again. A router restart won’t reconnect the internet. We are at a loss what to do. We have also been told the Google ports shouldn’t be an issue as it worked really well on our previous TV and on our sons Samsung ….

The picture quality is amazing and It has great upscaling. I tweaked a few settings out of the box to my liking and I love how I can use my tv speakers along with my Samsung sound bar system. I have a Samsung phone and it makes it so easy to use the smart view feature and mirror to my tv. I also really enjoy the Samsung tv plus that is included so many great channels for free. Has all the popular apps and is just an all-around great tv. Being an 8k tv it is future-ready.

We had multiple streaming devices and it was a jumbled mess. While my former television had a nice picture, this is just fantastic. The clarity is amazing. Additionally, the soundbar on our former set didn't pair well with whatever we were streaming and sometimes, it didn't pair at all. We bought a Samsung soundbar that pairs perfectly each and everytime we use it. BTW, the remote that never needs to be charged is awesome and unlike my television sets of the past that claimed you could surf the net on them, this one actually works. This set has been flawless so far and we love it.

I use my television for streaming and gaming, and enjoy how it has a gaming mode to make sure I always have a crisp, clean picture at 60 fps on First Person Shooter games that require that extra detail. The video quality while streaming is also great, the vibrant colors and deep blacks make watching movies all the more enjoyable. My kids watch animated movies and the colors just pop off the screen. I also enjoy streaming with Samsung tv plus, the app came pre-installed with my television and had a wide variety of choices and programming to choose from.

I know I made the right choice with this 8k Qled TV. I love the fact that the picture extends to the edge of the screen. Everyone notices this feature. Their aren't a whole lots of 8k programs, but viewing what is available is fantastic. I use my TV for gaming as well and I love how easy it is to switch for viewing a program to playing a game. The television automatically switches to game mode which is great. I could go on and on about how I love this TV, but I'm sure you get the point. Ça fait maintenant un mois que j’utilise ma nouvelle télé et l’effet du premier jour est toujours là. Sincèrement je n’ai jamais vu une image aussi riche et profonde. Une immersion totale notamment au niveau des jeux si vous êtes joueurs comme moi. Et que dire des films, j’ai l’impression que je suis dedans :) Seul reproche c’est le câble unique qui relie l’écran au boîtier HDMI. Je ne sais pas pourquoi Samsung n’a pas utilisé les mêmes dimensions que sur mon écran incurvé (câble presque invisible), il a donc été remplacé par un autre beaucoup plus large et les prises des deux extrémités sont beaucoup plus grands du coût ils ne passent plus dans les gaines murales inférieures à 3cm de diamètre.

I waited 3 months to get my unit and am thrilled with the picture. A added a Samsung top of the line 11.1.4 Soundbar and feel like I am in a movie theatre. My only issues have been with the Picture’n’Picture feature. You can not have 2 cable feeds. 1 feed must be non-TV Apps and you cant have one full screen with one 1/4 screen in a corner. They are bothering 50% side by side, so it’s pretty useless. I also have not been able to cast Apple Play. Whenever I do I get a warning message that the Apple Feed is not allowed. I don’t know if this is a Samsung issue or a Rogers Ignite Issue. It would be nice to have some real 8K content to see what the picture really looks like. So far I haven’t found any.

Trés bel écran, le contour métallique est simple et joli. Par contre le pied est plastique assez moche dommage, on aurait préféré un pied plus large ajouré et métallique. Pour la qualité de l'image, l'upscaling marche bien (notamment Netflix en SD) et le 8K les vidéos sont magnifiques. on espère avoir plus de support pour l'utiliser. Logiciel : priorité Menu Samsung au détriment de la Box. Pourquoi pas, mais pas nécessaire. Un problème : l'appairage de la télécommande sur la Freebox Delta. Marche mal, inutilisable. bonne qualité audio + HDMI ARC pour le couplage du home cinéma.

Do not have a feature wall and wire management is great - no more ugly wires hanging out. Just one wire out and can easily hide.

A bit let down at first, the picture quality was terrible compared to my 5yr old 4K Sony TV. But I tried many picture options. In the end I turned off Intelligent Mode in Settings > All Settings > General and Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings, this made a massive difference to the picture no more grain or banding and extreme colors. For Samsung support i would suggest this is the first thing to check for anyone complaining about the picture. I can now say the picture and sound (via Sonos Playbar) is amazing. Samsung just need to sort the Intelligent Mode as it ruins the picture

I have had this TV for less than a year and already the LEDS in the screen have died causing a black line in the screen. Plus the upscaling to 8k is not that good. I have been a loyal Samsung owner for as long as I can remember but I should have gotten an LG OLED
