Ik was op zoek naar een snelle schijf om videoprojecten op te slaan tijdens het bewerkingsproces en ze ook makkelijk te kunnen transporteren en overzetten op verschillende machines. Deze SSD past makkelijk in mijn hand en broekzak, is erg stevig gebouwd en komt met twee handige kabeltjes (usb-c - usb-c en usb-c - usb-a). Vooral de bouwkwaliteit en het formaat maken van deze SSD een echte aanrader voor mij. De encryptiemogelijkheden gebruik ik niet, maar ik vind het knap dat ze voor verschillende platformen voorzien zijn en dat de schijf standaard in ExFAT geformatteerd is zodat je er zowel op Mac als Windows meteen mee aan de slag kan.

After 18 months, I've got 258 bad sectors. I got up today, thought something was awry with my PC. I was going to clone the Samsung to another branded SSD, and my computer started printing AAAAAA all over the screen. That was when I knew something was crazy. I did manage to get it cloned, although, it took forever, thanks to the bad sectors. After I got done cloning, I left the Samsung 870-EVO in place, and did the surface test. I could not believe my eyes. I probably would have left 3 stars, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out, how to send this into Samsung for warranty replacement. I has warranty until 2026, but how do I go about getting in to Samsung for replacement. I'm sure I need an RMA number. Any help would be great.

Wat een DING! Dat was mijn eerste gedachte! Onlangs een nieuw systeem gebouwd. Wat een pracht en wat een praal. Installeren van windows was een kleine 10 minuten en je merkt gewoon de kracht van dit SSD'tje. 500 gig, meer dan genoeg om windows op te zetten en een game of 2. Laadtijden zijn vrijwel nihil en schrijven en lezen .. naja, hou maar op.. Ik kan hier verder niet veel over zeggen behalve dan dat het een giga upgrade was en ik kan het iedereen aanraden.. Mocht je nog geen ssd hebben, haal 1 zsm.. en merk ook wat je al je hele leven hebt gemist!

(All drivers updated)This drive is rated for 560 Mbs read & 530 Mbs write, but I'm getting 551 Mbs read & 496 Mbs write. Not to mention the IOPS are extremely low compared to what's documented (like 70000 below), but overall is been functional properly(not including speed). I've only owned this drive for like 2 weeks, so a review this early seems premature & has no relevance to long-term use. So do what you will, with this info.

we hebben hier een imac uit 2013 staan die prima voldoet maar inmiddels tergend traag werd. Een ssd inbouwen is bij deze 21inch uitvoering een dure optie de je beter niet zelf kunt uitvoeren. Op diverse sites had ik gelezen dat je het systeem ook op een externe ssd kon plaatsen voor snelheidswinst. Vorige week deze Samsung ssd aangeschaft en gebruiksklaar voor het besturingsysteem gemaakt. Alsof de computer weer als nieuw is! Aangesloten op een usb 3.0 poort is de computer gewoon weer up to date. Ook werd een 3.1 kabel bijgeleverd waardoor de ssd nog sneller zou communiseren maar deze aansluiting ontbreekt helaas op deze mac. Qua design past deze ssd ook mooi bij de imac en met 2 dubbelzijdige tapejes kun je hem mooi aan de voet bevestigen.

De Samsung T5 is prijs-prestatiewijs een van de beste SSD's die je kan kopen, zo blijkt uit vergelijkend onderzoek en inmiddels eigen ervaring. Zowel de lees- als schrijfsnelheden zijn erg hoog.en betrouwbaar is deze ook. Mijn T5 is al een keer van mijn bureau gevallen, maar alles werkt nog en ook de behuizing is onbeschadigd. Wat mij betreft is deze SSD echt een aanrader. Design heb ik drie sterren gegeven omdat dit vrij standaard en niet echt bijzonder is, maar wie geeft daarom bij een ssd.

De SSD T5 500 Gb van Samsung is een prima product met prima prestaties. Moest ik voorheen lange tijd wachten tot het kopiëren van mijn bestanden eindelijk klaar was. Nu verliep het backup-proces zonder problemen zeer snel. Binnen zo'n 20 minuten had ik al mijn dat veilig gekopieerd op de goudkleurige Samsung SSD T5 met 500 Gb schijfruimte. Het apparaatje is zeer klein en dus overal weg te zetten. Alleen maar even aansluiten, het juiste installatie-document dubbelklikken en het werkt.

Mon objectif était de pouvoir non seulement transporter les dossiers et fichiers de mon ordinateur, mais aussi de pouvoir y accéder par la connectivité de mon téléphone (un SAMSUNG Note 11). Eindelijk heeft Samsung een vernieuwde versie van de populaire 850 EVO SSD serie uitgebracht. Met de nieuwe Nand, gecombineerd met een betere controller. De levensduur is verbeterd volgens Samsung, ik heb eigenlijk nooit geen problemen gehad met het vorige model. De 860 SSD bied goede prestaties. Ook qua prijs zijn ze behoorlijk naar beneden gegaan. naar mijn zeggen; een uitstekende, betrouwbare keuze die ook nog hoge prestaties behaald.

Habe mir für mein 10 Jahre altes MEDION Netbook eine SSD als Startdisk eingebildet, damits schneller wird. Lt. Herstellerangaben des Netbook 32bit/Win10 technisch nicht möglich eine SSD zu verbauen. Nachdem ich jedoch schon ne Menge von den Samsung SSD in Notebooks und Desktop-PCs eingebaut habe war es für mich klar: Das funktioniert. Hat es auch!! I have been using Samsung SSD drives for quite some time. Prior to that, had experience with Seagate and inland. Overall, the migration always takes time and sometimes is painful. And when you have reliability or speed issues, it means you have to purchase another product and migrate again. Dat doe je alleen als je er een substantiele upgrade voor terugkrijgt. Hij doet het geweldig, hij is snel en stil. Maar voornamelijk robuust om het mijn leven gemakkelijker te maken de komende jaren.

Swapping out the drive was just as simple. The entire process only took about 35 minutes. Mijn oudere exemplaar voert nog steeds uitstekend zijn taken uit, terwijl deze toch alweer anderhalf jaar oud is. Deze SSD is zeer goed en kan met gemak een OS en een paar games erop hebben staan, wil je meer opslag dan kan je altijd voor een 860 EVO SATA 3 2,5 inch 1 TB SSD gaan. De lees- en schrijfsnelheden zijn meer dan genoeg voor de meeste gamers, NVME SSD's zijn natuurlijk sneller maar die lees- en schrijfsnelheden heb je niet nodig. This portable SSD is a great success. It's so small, light, stylish (particularly in the red colour)and of course being an SSD, storage performance is great. Heb deze externe SSD aangekocht als vervanging van mijn oude hardeschijf. Het is een compact en mooie SSD. De beveiliging met wachtwoord vind ik helemaal top, al is het nadeel dat je nooit meer aan je gegevens kan indien je het wachtwoord verliest of vergeet. Habe mir eine 500Gb Platte geholt und gleich mal Windows und wichtige Daten darauf gespeichert. Windows fährt jetzt viel schneller hoch (win7,8,10 egal) und ich muss nicht ewig warten bis Bilder oder Audio Dateien auf meine Festplatte kopiert sind. Auch das Downloaden geht meiner Meinung nach schneller. Bin mit meinen kauf sehr zufrieden. :)

No nonsense, klein, licht en super gemakkelijk in gebruik. Wordt gebruik voor backup van MacBook pro 13" 2016. Eenmaal aangesloten pop-up vraag waarvoor te gebruiken na de keuze SSD wordt geformatteerd en 10 min. later was mijn 1.e backup klaar. Enige min punt is dat de kabels iets te stug zijn voor de rest en super aankoop.

Am achizitionat 2 SSD-uri pentru a face un upgrade la un Lenovo Y50-70 si un Acer Travel Mate. Sunt foarte multumit de produs. Windows-ul s-a instalat fara probleme si nici un fel de erori nu au fost detectate. Nu am facut inca un test de viteza citire scriere dar exista o diferenta clara a performantei dupa instalarea lor.

Met de usb 3.1 of usb-c en de snelheid van het licht kon ik super snel een backup maken. Door zijn compactheid licht gewicht heb ik hem zonder probleem altijd in mijn tas zitten bij noodzaak. Met de usb-c to usb-c aansluiting is de SSD T5 ook geschikt voor de toekomst als aankoopbeslissing.

Deze SSD heeft een capaciteit van 500GB en is zeer snel met lezen en schrijven. Mijn laptop is er meer dan 10 keer sneller van geworden. Ook het inbouwen en in gebruik nemen van de SSD is een makkie. Bovendien is de prijs kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed, zeker niet te duur.

Een zeer fijne, kleine SSD schijf. Gemakkelijk mee op reis te nemen naar werk etc.. Bestandsoverdracht is veel sneller vergeleken met mijn normale harde schijf. De harde schijf is met wachtwoord te beveiligen, en dat maakt hem geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld gevoelige data.

So out of 10 pieces 3 go bad, and although they are under warranty the time to reload them and hopes of getting old data makes it tough.
