How to redeem
  1. Upon purchase of Smart Monitor (32”), customers are required to complete online registration (https://www.samsung.com/hk/support/premium/). Offer redemption letter will be sent through email.
  2. To redeem the offer, each Eligible Customer shall complete the online registration and bring along the redemption letter, sales receipt, warranty card and barcode from the product carton box to designated redemption centre.
  3. Follow redemption details listed on Redemption Notice for 12-Month Disney+ with 100M/200M Home Broadband service to redeem offer.

  1. This offer is provided by Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (”HKBN”).
  2. This offer cannot be refunded, replaced, exchanged for cash or other products, nor used in conjunction with other offers.
  3. Customer shall redeem the designated “12-month Disney+ and 100M/200M Home Broadband service plan” in accordance with the redemption letter. Relevant redemption code can be used once.
  4. The “12-month 100M/200M Home Broadband service” of this offer is only applicable to subscriber whose service installation address is at designated residential areas with no provision of HKBN broadband service within 120 days prior to registration, and HK$680 standard installation fee will be waived once.
