I can’t make a voice call using a Car Kit via Bluetooth when the device is locked.

A : If you change the “Call” setting > “Even when device locked”, you can also call using a Car Kit although the Galaxy S4 is locked.
* To enable the above feature, follow the steps below :
Apps → Settings → (My device) Call → Call accessories → Outgoing call conditions → Even when device locked
