I bought this TV a few weeks ago and it’s a great tv. I was a bit concerned that it’s 60Hz but the picture is awesome for what we need. Two things that I would like different would be… I would like to be able to control what is on the main screen. There is a lot of “free stuff” on there that I will never use but I can not delete it. The other thing is the volume, watching a show and a commercial cuts in, the volume is almost double and it just blares if you’re not quick on the mute. This is a smart tv and there should be a setting to balance this out. I had this setting on older tv’s. Other then those two issues so far, it is a very nice tv.

bought this TV 5 months ago, and so far it has been great. The picture is clear and sharp, and the colours look vibrant without being overly saturated. I mainly use it for movies, streaming, and sports, and everything looks fantastic on the large 75-inch screen. Setting it up was easy, and navigating through the menus and apps is straightforward. The TV responds quickly, and I haven't experienced any issues with performance. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It delivers exactly what I was looking for in a smart TV and offers excellent picture quality for the price. I would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Det var den största tv som fick plats på det begränsade utrymmet i köket. Smarttv-funktionerna är väldigt bra (som på alla nyare Samsung tv) och medförde att jag avvecklade ytterligare en Chromecast med Google TV. Fjärrkontrollen är enkel att hantera efter viss träning av användaren. Kombinerat med en liten soundbar (HW- S710D) som fanns till bra pris just då så blir upplevelsen riktigt bra. Samsungs fria live-kanaler var också en positiv överraskning. Den sista stjärnan missar tvn pga att externt ljus reflekteras lite för mycket i rutan. Kan bero på att köket inte är optimalt för att se på tv men det kunde nog vara bättre.

We are happy with the resolution and connectivity of the device but the interface is a bit messy and not intuitive to use. There are AI features and advertisement features built into the software that are both annoying and unnecessary and will go unused/ignored. Connection via E-ARC cable for sound bar was difficult with another HDMI plugged in - learned you have to unplug external HDMI devices to get the E-ARC sound connection to work and then plug everything back in. Q-Symphony (combining built in speakers and sound bar) does not appear to actually do much despite the hype. Could use an optical output for sound.

Purchased as a deal on 55" display model. Took home and mounted to the wall in my computer room. Had no trouble mounting to an existing mount. I have hooked it up to two computers on HDMI (Linux and windows) both systems recognized the resolution without issue and it also runs as a TB set. Good picture from both computers and the tv works without flaw. The few games I play respond well but use it for browsing, security monitoring and Blender (3d modeling). I am impressed with the picture quality and ease of setup with the computers. The remote being rechargable is an added bonus for battery swapping is no longer necessary and be plugged onto the computer that is handy anyway.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit diesem Fernseher! Die Bildqualität ist gestochen scharf, die Farben sind kräftig und realitätsnah, und auch der Kontrast überzeugt – selbst in dunkleren Szenen. Der Sound ist überraschend gut, sodass ich nicht sofort eine zusätzliche Soundbar gebraucht habe. Die Einrichtung war kinderleicht und das Menü sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Auch die Smart-TV-Funktionen funktionieren einwandfrei: Apps starten schnell, Streaming läuft flüssig, und die Verbindung zum WLAN ist stabil. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich würde den Fernseher jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Setup was good, but not very intuitive. Examples: (1): HDMI ports limit selection of input devices to just satellite sources, whereas I had connected a DVD player. (2): One feature is lacking - there is no dedicated 3.5mm headphone socket. I've always used that to connect a wireless transmitter to my hearing aids. So I will have to use the e ARC output and (hopefully!) extract the audio to a converter which has a 3.5mm socket. My DVD player is older so has a 3.5mm socket, but audio via Wi-Fi only goes direct to the TV. This TV is just for DVD's and Wi-Fi. It won't be connected to a satellite source.

The picture and sound quality of the resolution are great. The TV is also lightweight (like most these days mind you), and the feet provided are easy to use. I would say the actual set up of the TV (after plugging it in and turning it on) is a bit cumbersome. I also don't find the connection (TV to TV/internet provider and TV to soundbar) intuitive to navigate. Lots of googling to understand what is needed/steps to take. I don't want to discourage buying it. It might just be helpful to know there may take some time to get everything connected and working as you like.

Absolute rubbish! A smart TV that you can't even talk to hands free because it doesn't have a built in microphone therefore requiring you to buy a Samsung soundbar which is around the same price as a new TV! Wouldn't have bought it had I known you need to have your remote or phone in your hand every second around the house! Already paid alot of money for another sound bar as well as CCTV cameras and almost wasted my money on a Google home hub which I realise you can't even use on this, it's either Alexa or Bixby! What a waste of my hard earned cash 🤬

I bought this TV over 9 months ago and I am still very satisfied with it. The brightness is very good and the screen is clear even in bright rooms. The contrast is also good and the picture looks balanced and comfortable to watch. The upscaling works well and improves regular content to look clearer and sharper. The responsiveness is fast and the TV reacts quickly when switching between apps and menus. The screen uniformity is good and the display looks even across the screen. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would recommend it.

Our SAMSUNG is just two days old and so we are still getting used to it and not managed to fully install it just yet.......argh!! We do have one problem though that we are having difficulty resolving. I have connected a pair of headphones via blue tooth - easy to pair - but it is not seemingly possible for partner to listen to sound from tv speakers at low volume level whilst I wear headphones at a much louder level. It is either listen to tv or to the headphones but not both. Any ideas to improve the situation much welcomed.

utter rubbish the picture durring the day is washed out and not much better during at night ,the so called up scaling doesn't appear to work and the sound is abysmal no matter what you do with the settings you get a rasping sound with zero base this tvs performance is what you would expect from a supermarket brand at half the price.Supposed to be aqled tv think this is a marketing con ,absolutely gutted I have always bought samsung products but never again you would be better off buying a tcl brand.

The picture on this TV is fantastic it really lets your eyes have a field day with all of its beautiful colours and super smooth picture a total pleasure to sit in front of. If there is only one nitpick i could say it would be that it only auto connects too one of the two Bluetooth speakers which really are a fantastic touch for anyone that has a member of the family who has bad hearing you can give them their own speaker and adjust the volume so it’s comfortable for the hard of hearing person too enjoy.

One of the reasons bought this unit was for the "Multiview" feature, unfortunately through TV design or software, I cannot use this feature. My devices won't interface, I admit I'm not up on all the latest technology, but I do understand to some degree specific services and devices are not compatible. This information is very hard to find, and I missed it during my review of buying the TV. I'm disappointed that either I need to get another TV, or continue with a feature I cannot use

I’ve been using the 55-inch QLED TV from Samsung for a bit now, and honestly? It’s one of those TVs that quietly grows on you the more you use it. First thing you notice is the screen. It’s bright. Like, sunlight coming through the window and you can still see everything clearly bright. Also, the screensize is big enough to feel cinematic, not so big that it overwhelms the room. Lastly, The interface is fast, apps open quickly, and switching between things doesn’t feel laggy.

I updated from an old smart (semi smart by todays standard) to this Samsung TV at Christmas time. Overall it’s excellent in all aspects. The brightness and colour are excellent However there are so many features such as voice control that are challenging for an older person like me to understand how to take advantage of them. I do like having the extra free channels from Samsung. The price was reasonable for the quality of what you get.

We enjoy the picture quality a lot, and it hooked up to my old DVD player easily so I can enjoy DVDs for the first time in years. HOWEVER, those built in channels seem to have a mind of their own. From time to time they show up and it’s extremely difficult to return to regular cable. We don’t like them at all because of this. But, we hooked it up ourselves and hung it ourselves, which isn’t bad for a couple of seniors. Love this TV.

I found that the forced settings on the display for Game mode were disappointing as the TV plays Geforce Now but doesn't recognize it as a streaming app and so I can't actually change any of the video modes, which is frustrating and unbelievable honestly. Trying to dim the brightness and the colors is a custom experience that other presets besides GAME MODE, would have been a lot nicer. It's a decent TV otherwise.

Overall, I bought this TV about six months ago. Almost everything about it is superb; it fits seamlessly into the Samsung ecosystem. Pros: The picture is excellent, the basic speakers are what you'd expect for the price, and the remote control lasts forever. Cons: The settings menu is very slow to open, there's no digital audio input, and very few HDMI ports (4)—this might be enough for some, but not for me.

Very pleased with my new qled 55 inch TV.My last TV was a 50 inch crystal uhd 4k TV purchased in 2019 from Samsung this TV is in fact still operating but I decided to upgrade.Initial thoughts are that this tv has better picture quality than the 4k crystal uhd model it has good brightness and contrast I have mine set to movie picture mode and it's excellent.Sound quality isn't the best but adequate I intend to purchase a sound bar to improve sound.For the price paid the TV is excellent value for money and I've been happy with my purchase.I had one small issue with switching between terrestrial and satellite tuners but was resolved in the Samsung TV forum.I would recommend this TV it has great picture quality good smart TV setup and many other excellent features including Samsung TV plus which adds a wealth of extra channels.It offers excellent value for money considering it's a 55 inch screen size.

Had this TV for about a week. Love the integration with samsung products and the one remotes ability to take on the functions of a Tivo Roku or whatever other sort of remote you normally have to juggle alongside the TV remote. As a TV the picture is sharp and bright, the depth and ability to have the feet close in or apart and at 2 different heights are also welcome benefits to this TV. I would say that the initial setup did take almost 40 mins to complete but it did complete and setup everything with my minimal input so worth the wait. I would say that the setup process - scanning the qr code on screen would not suit some folks who just want a tv rather than an all singing and dancing device. So perhaps Samsung could offfer text on the screen to make the qr code based setup an option that you can go back to later whilst you can just get the set to show inputs in a min or two if thats your preference.

Easy to set up and fairly easy to use the menus. But and this is all over the Samsung forums, trying to watch a film in notional 4K is a nightmare as the darks are all but impossible to make out and the brightness controls are functionally useless. Switch to not 4K - cant remember the name give s you a screen that is very easy to view and the brightness/picture controls all work.

I’ll admit, I bought the 50" QLED Q7F (QN50Q7FAAFXZC) expecting a solid upgrade, but I wasn't prepared for it to completely ruin regular reality for me. The 4K picture and QLED colors are so vibrant and crisp that looking out my actual living room window now feels like a downgrade. The Vision AI is doing some kind of black magic in the background because everything from high-stakes sports to animated movies looks jaw-droppingly sharp. The smart features are fast, smooth, and haven't given me a single moment of "where is the input button?!" existential dread. Honestly, the only flaw is that it’s too good. I have spent so much time glued to this screen marvelling at the display that my house cleaning has fallen entirely by the wayside. Dust bunnies are currently organizing a small society near my couch. In short: 10/10 TV. Absolute masterpiece. Please send the raffle vacuum immediately, my floors are crying for help while my eyes live in luxury.

This 55" QLED 4K TV was a great upgrade to our previous 50" 1080p TV. The biggest drawback of the older TV was that it was a plasma that was very heavy and generated too much heat. The new smart TV features are easy to work with, as is the simplified remote and phone app option. The TV is easy to connect to my external devices as well.

It does the trick......I can watch tv again. The sound is good but you have to stand/sit directly in front of it to get good quality picture. If I'm in the kitchen I cannot see what is on the screen as it's totally washed out. Being my first smart tv, and a senior, it's easy enough to fumble through and figure out how to use it.

It took me over a week to figure out how to get the apps on my TV working. Kept saying the Samsung hub was updating, but it was not. Samsung unfortunately was not much of a help. A few teething issues. I think there are issues with my Sky Q box that affects the picture from time to time. A power connectivity bar comes up but when I press it I do get to the main Sky menu page. Excellent purchase. Set up took longer than expected but it was worth it. The picture is so clear, the color is vivid and bright. It took us sometime to adjust to the life like picture being that our old tv was out dated. Took one star off due to the sound. Once we added a Samsung soundbar it was perfect.

We bought this model because of the feature that it was easier to see in bright sunlight. Can not say that we see this tv any better than the last one. The tv also suddenly stop allowing us the us the Rogers tv remote. Had to do some research to figure out it automatically up dated and change the settings.

In store picture look the best out of tv available to consider. Purchase tv and set was easy but the picture was very dark. Changed brightness setting , it made no difference. Control 0- 50 . From 25 down it did get darker but 25 up made no difference. Took tv back and changed for a different make.

I am not happy. The biggest thing is the remote. I am 90 years old and trying to shift from one station to next etc. is a major problem. Also no matter how myself and others try we can not get cc, which I need for my hearing. I would be happier with Berger remote. In this case smaller isn’t better!

Purchased this model because it was claimed to be very good for brightness in well-lit rooms. Unfortunately, this model is less bright than my previous 120 year old Sony Bravo. Operation of the remote, particularly the mute and volume control, very finnicky. other than the above the model is OK.

We've had our Samsung TV for about 6 weeks now and are very happy with it! Our TV is in a rec room with very little light and the display is great. We don't seem to notice any glare and we can see the picture perfectly from any angle. Very easy to set up and would definitely buy Samsung again.

TV is very clear and my husband ducks when they hit the puck in the hockey game lol. My only challenge with it is trying to plug in a Firestick once the TV has been put on the wall mount. I have paid a subscription to the GIZMO app for the year so want to plug it in but can’t.

I do not like this TV. Picture is always dark and there are few settings to adjust. We have two other Samsung tvs that we like very much. I bought this new tv from the Brick and that was my first mistake as I can’t return it. Would I recommend this particular tv?? No.

My new tv is ok now but it took awhile to get it set up the way I wanted and figure out how everything worked. Instructions were not good. Remote is too basic and too small. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the best picture. I do like the alexa feature though.

Resolution is good. Brightness could be better and it has flare. Like the other LED its not completely refection proof. If you have a window or light in front of the tv corner its gonna give you pain. But if there is no light or calm room its good. No issues till now.

Bought this tv around 4 months and is still working well. The only thing is the remote can sometimes feel laggy in response and I did experience one blackout that was solved by unplugging, waiting for five minutes and replugging.

I’ve been using this since December 2025 and it’s been wonderful so far. Haven’t had any issues with the TV. There is even an app if you lose the remote, you can control it from your phone. Picture is clear and crisp.

I bought the tv on Black Friday overall I like it but the sound sucks on it. The Samsung I got 6 years ago has better sound then the new tv even the old tv I had to replace for the new Samsung sound was way better.
