[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my hoover for over a week now and from the moment i got it out of the box it has totolly excelled my expectations. I have various floor coverings and the AI mode changes the power and brush speed accordingly. This saves me having to change things when i'm in a hurry. I also have 2 cats and one of them molts quite a bit, the pet brush gets all his hair up where other methods have failed. Also the variety of tools is extremely helpful, i live in a old house with high ceilings, with the extendable pipe and the angle attachment i can get all the hard to reach places. Overall an amazing hoover and i would highly recommend.

Changing its self as you move from room to room. I was surprised by the strength of the suction. And love the fact it empties itself. It doesn't like bigger pieces of dirt though and becomes blocked quite easily. Pros empties it's self. Lightweight Multiple tools. Cons. When using the small crevice tool it feels very flimsy like it's going to snap. Small dust chamber. I would recommend, however I don't think I justifies the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am so pleased with this vacuum , it really does do a great job. super docking and charging station. it also empties itself ! really good selection of tools and heads, one for pet hair too. comes with a handy tool holder and an extra battery. my floors look great . I find the head with the led light on it really helps to see the bits you have missed, definitely the dogs hair you think you have already picked up. having two batteries as well really helps when doing the whole of the floors in house . Overall I would highly recommend the vacuum.

Whilst it came with replacement bags, at the current run rate I’ll be investing in more bags than I’d expect - why is there not the ability to empty bags and re use ? I was happy with the extra battery and it’s quite impressive in turbo mode but it drains the battery very quickly. Overall I would not recommend to a friend at the price point but would suggest as a back up vac for those with a wired solution.

Not really impressed. It's okay but doesn't work well on my carpets. AI mode goes crazy can never make its mind up. Some days works fine some days doesn't so I stick to just manually selecting the power. I have had it for a week and the dustbin has started to fail. It doesn't suck all the dust out and it's not even that much dust. The inside filter does not spin and I even set the duration longer and it doesn't suck the dust in to the bin. I have had to manually empty it mant times. Really not worth the price imo and I will be returning.

I don’t really love anything and I’m afraid I regret trading in my previous vacuum cleaner. I’ve had this since it first arrived so plenty of time to use it. Within a few days the extendable wand trigger broke. I reported it and nothing. AI capability poor and majority time use manual. Hard floor head seems to trap dirt inside constantly. General floor cleaning head pick up poor eg just a bit of cotton thread doesn’t get picked up. Constantly having to clean mini filter, too many times. The auto empty works half the time , opening from extendable handle into chamber just too narrow, constantly clogs. Diagnostics keeps saying check head roller but there is nothing inside or clogging. It’s just not good enough for the price by a significant margin.

After the first use, my carpet looked like it had been professionally cleaned. It is surprisingly quiet, considering how powerful it is. I have a dog and the hairs are easily removed from the carpet. The self emptying system is a dream and not a spec of dust escapes into the air. The AI feature automatically determines the most suitable setting for the surface being cleaned and adjusts itself. There are also multiple tools for all those awkward jobs around the home aswell, there is nothing I could find that this unit could not do and it did everything, really well. I even look for things to clean because using it is a pleasure, not a chore!

Pros - the vacuum is so light weight, not clunky and hard to carry about like my other vacuum. Cleaning now feels like breeze - suction power is something else, it literally picks up the tiniest spec of dirt on the floor - the ai technology that identifies the kind of floor you are cleaning and adjusts the suction power accordingly - love the different heads that came with the vacuum as that means I can clean hard to reach areas easily - love the self cleaning functionality Cons - For the price of the vacuum I would expect that it would be a combination vacuum and scrubber and not just a vacuum. But all in all I couldn’t fault the vacuum functionality.

Battery life lasts better than dyson even on the small battery when on ai mode which works very well. Nice range of accessories all of which I would use to clean house or car. Only downside is the massive price tag which could get be a couple of dysons for the same price but I would gladly take this over dyson which doesn't come with as much stuff

I have been using this new vacuum cleaner now for about five weeks and I'm very impressed. I live alone with three semi long haired cats to clean up after, I have not had to remove any cat hair from the brush bar at all. The build quality is good and robust so I'm not understanding other reviews that show pictures of broken parts, I can only assume that excessive force is being used. I vacuum almost every day with three cats living indoors and still have not filled the first cleanstation dustbag, on inspection it does feel about 75% full. The pet tool performs well and also has not had to be cleaned from pet hair build up on its small brush bar. The only downside to this cleaner is the price, I feel that to make it better value the spray spinning sweeper and the Jet Tool Accessory Kit should be included for such an expensive cleaner.

Actually gets into the carpet and picks up everything. We vacuum quite regularly and this thing still seems to fill the tank after 1-2 trips round the house. Suction is great and picks up all hairs and everything from rugs and carpets and the deodoriser works surprisingly well at giving a fresh smell as you go.

Have been a user of Dyson for many years. This year thought will make the switch and could not have been happier. Such a great design with the all in one clean station as it removes the task of emptying the hoover - it's all kept in a nice little bag to empty when filled. I love placing the hoover onto the station and watch it clean itself and start spinning - a clean and empty dustbin each time before its next use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think my expectation was too high for this one, it looks very sleek and elegant but more bulky than I would have liked, this is not an issue in itself. On my first use it came up with an error within 20 seconds, turned out to be a tiny bit of knotted hair, happens frequently in my house, ended up having to scan the floor first and pick anything visible I then used the AI mode, this was much better, however when I stopped it spat some bits back out, I tried running for a few extra seconds but it still happened, even tried holding in the air with it running, dropped out as soon as i put it down. When I changed the head to try to get into the corners I discovered there was very little suction even when on maximum, I ended up using my old machine to do the corners. Great if you have lots of open space but if you have lots of obstacles that cant be lifted its not ideal

Outstanding Quality and performance. The quality of manufacture is clear to see. Compared to my previous Dyson this Samsung is several steps ahead. Whilst its mainly plastic all the components are substantial , the tools slot together seamlessly into the main unit. They stay solidly in place, they release with a rocker switch. The selectable power is very easy to use. The ability to empty the unit into a closed bag as well is excellent. No more clouds of dirt and dust billowing up when emptying unlike others. Two batteries are standard and that's how it should be with any of these battery operated vacuums. Easy to select power levels as well which do alter to the environment very well. The unit is light enough to hold upwards for above head cleaning so that's a big bonus as well. It comes with a tool holder as well which is neat and easy to use and carry. Overall this is much better than the rest by a significant margin.

This is fine on hard flooring but not got a lot of suction when hoovering carpets, Just feels like it glides over them and Doesn’t actually suck up the pile. Wouldn’t recommend for carpets. It does have a Good battery length. I can do all downstairs inc stairs and upstairs and battery is still going.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vac itself it a great compact vacuum that isn't too heavy to hold and does great a picking up pet hair and large and small debris. The different modes are great at letting you choose a strength for cleaning at depending on your needs and the screen makes it super easy to see how much battery life you have left. You can turn on AI mode which will automatically increase the power when you move from hard flooring to carpet and I found it to work good albeit some delay with the power increase sometimes. The dock itself empties the vac every time you dock it into a larger container so your always ready to go. The extras in the box come with their own stand so they never get lose and it also comes with another battery for even more cleaning time (also another charger so one can charge on the dock while the other also charges). The aesthetics of the vac and dock are super clean and modern and will look elegant in anyone's home. Overall it is a great product with loads of feature, accessories AI and sleek looks.

So far I didn't need to use 2nd battery. This Vacuum cleaner is very easy to use all you have to do is to press power button and that's it as AI will automatically detect floor and dirt. I like the light in front as you can see the dust better. Suction is amazing and picks up the dust and bits very well. Is very quiet and you can adjust the high as well. Negatives I found its hard to manoeuvre (they need to redesign bottom wheel) and therefore it can be a bit heavy for vacuuming. One time I've touched sensor for emptying and it emptied all the dirt on the floor. I found it hard to vacuum my long pile rug as vacuum always thinks that its tangled and therfore it stops with an error so i have to change speed manually on minimum to be able to use it on my rug. Vacuum cleaner looks very stylish and fits very well in a small space. Mine is behind the door. Comes with very handy tool stand as well.

The extra battery was useful but there was enough charge in the other battery to try and test the hoover. I have 2 dogs with fur everywhere so needed a powerful hoover with good suction. This was perfect! So lightweight but powerful, makes hoovering enjoyable. The best feature out of all the features has to be the power button, which means I don't have to keep holding the trigger like my previous hoover, which makes it easier to handle without causing issues to the arthritis in one hand. I love the feature which enables emptying the bin so easy as it automatically empties once placed on the base. The different settings that can be chosen as well as automatically detected the surface being hoovered makes this a breeze to use! This hoover is perfect! My only criticism is the pet tool which should have a larger head and fur sticks to it. Because my rooms are quite large, I tried the dual head but was disappointed that hair gets wrapped in the brush. This should have anti wrap!

It looks super smart and the accessory stand keeps everything both neat and to hand. There’s a good range of cleaning heads for all needs. I have a mixture of floor types and it’s coped well with them all. The auto empty feature also keeps everything simple and clean. The AI mode takes the guesswork out of vacuuming, ensuring you have the best suction and the best battery life. Unfortunately this joy didn’t last long. After only 2 uses the problems started and the AI mode stopped working consistently. For the price, I’d expect reliability. The diagnostics has also become increasingly frustrating. It’s finding a fault every time, and as soon as one thing is fixed, it finds something new to complain about. I swear I spend more time trying to fix it than being able to use it! It’s constantly saying there’s debris in the brush head but there’s nothing there! There’s huge potential for a fantastic product, but the lack of reliability, particularly alongside the premium price, really lets it down.

The machine itself was easy to assemble through common sense and the instructions in the little handbook. One battery had a small amount of charge and the other needed a complete charge so I was able to have a quick play with it immediately. It is lightweight and very powerful. I like the different suction settings from low through to mid and jet. The low and AI options obviously use less battery power and last quite a long time. The AI option automaticllay detects what flooring you have and adjusts the suction accordingly. It looks sleek and elegant and stores taking up limited space. I like seeing how much dust is collected after each use and hearing it being sucked into the dust bag. The battery recharges relatively quickly and the display tells you what percentage it is at. After every empty it checks all suctions / parts are working and tells you when you can use the hoover again. Overall, easy to use, lightweight and powerful. Fun to use and gives a very satisfying clean!

I have been using this hoover since it came out so I consider I have been a good guinea pig now. It’s a brilliant concept, and I haven’t had as many of the build quality issues as others have reported. I have had the top of the head pop out once (see other people’s pictures below) but I managed to pop it back in without any fuss. The rest of the hoover seems well designed and sucks up much more than any Dyson I have tried. The clean station is really hygienic and I love it - gone are the days of getting dust in my face. Because the hoover is so good at sucking up dirt, the filter clogs very quickly. It can be washed but as others have described then it is out of action. I searched Samsung and Samsung spare parts and spoke to numerous customer advisers to try to buy another filter. I was even told at one point to buy the wrong part by a customer advisor as the parts are not clear which hoover they are for. Eventually I came across someone who seemed to know what they were talking about and the filter is Samsung: part number is DJ97-03298A Now I can swap filters and hoover constantly - sharing as I think it will help quite a few people.

The cleaning head also features a very bright LED headlight that's excellent at spotting dirt and dust. AI Mode is clever, I could hear the difference when moving from hard floor to carpet. Great battery life with a handy countdown timer feature. Also comes with an extra battery. It comes with a wide range of accessories including brushes and heads that make it easy to clean all kinds of debris and dirt, as well as to clean in small corners and on surfaces. These all fit neatly on the enclosed cradle, which is light and easy to carry from room to room. Using the device in handheld mode with the included Pet Tool attachment and switching on Jet mode I removed all traces of any pet hair on furniture. Placing the vacuum into the Clean Station and the contents of the collection bin are cleanly and effortlessly vacuumed into a disposable bag hidden inside the body. This is ingenious and so easy. The Samsung Bespoke Jet AI is a responsive and very powerful cleaner.

Great battery life basically attachments for every knook and cranny in your house. You can extend it make it smaller. I have never had so much dirt come up from my carpets! The pet hair attachment took up so much hair from the stairs. Once w you finish hoovering and put it back in the dock it empties itself into the clean station bin and runs a self diagnostic on itself each time. 1 battery done my whole house but it does come with a spare which is handy. It's so handy to have with our toddler too you can just grab it from the station hoover up any mess then pop back in the dock no more plugging in and no more cords being stretched. The there's the ai side, once you have the smart things app you can connect to it and it will tell you how much energy it has used and when the clean stations bag needs emptying. I have also noticed you can buy further attachments for polishing and cleaning the floor which I can't wait to buy! All in all this is more then worth the money for the technology, it's aesthetic and ease of use. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm quite impressed with this Vacuum. It's very different and quite innovative from what I have seen and used in the past. The best part for me is how it self empties the dirt in to the bin inside. This was always a nuisance for me with other brands and with the dirt in the bin for long time, it would always look dirty. So I love how this empties itself after every use and therefore stays clean all the time. Not only does it clean but also charges which means whenever I use this vacuum it is always at 100% It's very lightweight and you can easily adjust the length to suit your preference. The power and settings are great but I enjoy using it on the AI setting which is convenient as it adjects the power itself when I'm doing it on the floor or carpet. The design is very slim and compact which makes it look quite unique and modern when stored in my living room. I've not had a chance to replace the bin bag inside, as it's still quite empty. The only negative I would say, is that it's not very good at picking up from sides or edges. I have to change the attachments to get up close. Apart from that I have had no issues or problems. I'm enjoying this new product and it's made my life easier for the better!!

Lastly the vacuum is very expensive compared to others on the market and might not fit into people on a tight budget. Nevertheless, it readily earns a warm recommendation from me to friends and family members seeking a top-tier cleaning solution that marries sleek and smart with function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing the price of this vacuum, my expectations were sky high! First impressions were good. It's fairly lightweight & has great movement on the neck of the brush head, which makes going round corners & obstacles really easy. It comes with a good assortment of tools & a really handy stand to store them on. I love the fact that the height can be adjusted. Most other stick vacuums don't have this option & it can cause some serious back pain. It also means it can be made child size, so there's no excuse now!! One of my favourite things about it is the emptying without the nasty dust cloud clogged your airways. You do have to make sure that the cylinder is emptied regularly otherwise it won't empty properly & becomes clogged. This is how I found out that it can run diagnostics & inform me of problems so it became a pro & con in one go! The main con for me was the suction power. I rarely use the AI function as the suction power doesn't give me the desired end result. Leaving it on the AI mode resulted in me having to go over the same area of flooring again & again. I used the mid setting, which runs the battery out faster, so it's really good that it comes with 2 batteries. Overall, I do like it & enjoy using it but is it worth the price tag? I'm not sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what can I say? As a Samsung phone user I did not know Samsung does vacuum cleaners. I'm sure this is a high quality product. It's very stylish and powerful, it will really fit well in someone's nice modern home. No more wall drilling like other brand's wall mounted docking stations! Ideal if you rent a property and also you can move it to wherever you like! My favourite feature of this vacuum cleaner is the docking station and the automatic dispensing of the waste that is collected in a bag inside the docking station. This feature is important to me as it's very convenient and hygienic! No more small particles of dust flying around when emptying a vacuum cleaner! I also love the head that shines bright white light instead of a Green with another brand. Suction is powerful, especially on Max/Jet. I personally don't use the AI mode as it can't get out the cats furs on my rug. But it does give a good clean and I am impressed. Also to mention it's adjustable and the crevice tool also extends! 4 stars because of the RRP price, some of the fur/hair gets stuck in the top of the bin and it does not have Anti Hair Wrap as I found myself pulling out long human hair on the main attachment. But definitely do consider this Samsung Vacuum Cleaner as it has many pros.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of this product are very good. It is very sleek and is a stylish addition to the home. It's a vacuum cleaner you don't mind being "on display" in the house rather than trying to hide away in a cupboard! It was easy to put together and comes with several useful attachments which means you can use it to clean most spaces in the houses. It also comes with a second battery which is really useful as it means you can complete the whole house in one go without needing to stop and recharge the vacuum halfway through. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. It also empties itself and has a diagnostic feature to alert you to any issues. This is a good idea but it does seem to find faults very often which can be frustrating. The AI feature is also very useful as it automatically detects the type of flooring and adjusts the suction accordingly. However, I did sometimes find that the suction wasn't as powerful as I would have wanted when using the AI mode. Overall, this vacuum performs well and produces a good clean. The attachments and the additional battery are extremely useful and the self-cleaning functionality really stands out. However, it is very expensive and there are some performance flaws (eg finding faults quite regularly) which led to me giving this 4 stars and not 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stunning looking device, and wouldn't look out of place in any high end or posh place Out of the box comes with a few tools like pet tool, fabric cleaner etc, the neatest trick is a telescopic attachment which extends surprisingly farther than any others. from a functional perspective it is great as well, it comes with an intuitive AI mode which is supposed to adjust suction and battery usage based on the surface used, but it can be a little underwhelming if the surface is dirty. i prefer to use it in the mid or max settings. It has a bright LED panel which indicates running time remaining on the current settings which is handy. the main selling point of the device though is the self emptying clean station, the vacuum fits into a tower like station which empties the contents into a bag at the touch of a button. Saves having to constantly empty the vacuum. its questionable on how much time it can actually save, also it needs the dust bag to be replaced periodically once its full, so requires additional dust bags to be purchased once the ones that are bundled with the device run out. the only downside of this device is the high cost, at its original price it may not be justifiable to many based on the features, accessories for its price, it also doesn't come with the mop attachment which would have been good for the price. Overall a winner for me.

This is not for the budget conscious, even with the current promotions it's an expensive unit but I love it! So unpacking and setup was simple and everything went together without a hitch. The inclusion of a second battery is genius as it makes cleaning the whole house possible without a break for charging. Connecting the unit to SmartThings was simple and this opened up some useful stats on energy usage and maintenance status. I particularly like these features as it helps to understand energy usage and subsequently spend. In use the unit is light and highly manoeuvrable, probably the best I have experienced so far. The lights on the brush heads make seeing debris easier and are a good addition. The array of heads is adequate for all flooring types in my home and the additional crevice and brush tools work well. The AI power setting changes nicely as you move to different floor coverings and produces a good result without any intervention. I have on occasion boosted the power to pick up more stubborn debris but not often required. For the stairs I found the pet tool head the best option and easy to use. When not in use the unit looks good and shouldn't warrant a hideaway. The separate tool station can be placed anywhere which again adds to the aesthetic. I'd highly recommend this device as an option to friends and family with the caveat on price. It's not for everyone's budget and even those that can afford to spend more might consider it too much for a vacuum cleaner.

It also has a lot of accessories to suit different cleaning needs, such as a pet tool, a dusting brush, and a slim LED brush for hard floors. The best feature of this vacuum is the AI mode, which adjusts the suction power and brush speed according to the floor type. It can sense whether I am cleaning carpet, hardwood, tile, or rug, and optimize the cleaning efficiency accordingly. It also saves battery life by using less power on easier surfaces. The vacuum has a digital display that shows me the current mode, battery level, and dustbin status. The vacuum is very light and easy to manoeuvre. It has a telescopic wand that I can adjust to my height and an angle adaptor that lets me reach high places. The standard cleaning head has large wheels that glide smoothly on all surfaces. It arrived boxed and packaged very well, with several QI codes to scan on your phone, making it easy to identify, put together, and use. Previously, we had a well-known cordless and upright. With 2 children and a new puppy, we had high expectations and needs. Two batteries are the first plus for us as you can keep one charged while using the other, but the stand-alone charger was a bit of a disappointment. For such a premium and quality unit, why have a simple battery charger? Why not a wall mounted one that incorporated the tool station? I was very surprised with Samsung! The tool station itself is a pain sitting on the floor as well, gets knocked and kicked, or in our cupboard is a pain to have to reach down and work around it all the time. One wall mounted to do the lot would have matched the quality, bespoke design, and price point. The vacuum on AI is amazing around our home, working its way through carpet, tiles, and even entrance mats/scrubs at the front door. It is so much quieter than previous units that you almost can’t hear it. You can change to minimum, mid, high, or even jet level for different uses. The jet sure kills the battery time, but realistically, you only use it on short necessary bursts. For me, now stairs are so easy as you can reduce the height of the wand and use the pet tool. Using the unit on handheld it’s a bit bigger and not as easy to move around as our previous one, but with one downfall you gain with a great crevice tool that is fab and extends to get right up into the ceilings and light fittings easily. Was blown away with the cleaning station, no mess, no concerns, and to be fair, mind-blowing. So simple pop on and instantly or when asked, it cleans, runs a diagnostics check and it’s ready to use. We have other Samsung items, so we have added to our smart things app. This gives very useful info like the cleaning station bag needing emptied, or we can ask it to run a clean cycle remotely. Being able to then track energy usage is also a bonus for us. As yet, we haven't tried it wet, but have no doubt it will surpass the norm and our expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung household appliance that I've ever owned and I must say I've come away impressed. The box the vacuum comes in is large and it looks very complicated to set up at first glance. (See my YouTube unboxing to see what I mean). But once it's all set up its actually quite straightforward, you get plenty of attachments and everything feels really good quality. The actual performance of the vacuum is amazing! I've used it many times in the 3 weeks I've had it and it just leaves my floors looking super clean. I don't have any carpets in my house so I can't comment on the performance for that, but on hard floors it is great. It glides so smoothly compared to my previous vacuum and the LED lights on the main brush head are a lovely addition and make cleaning darker rooms much easier as you can see where all the dirt and dust is. One of the headline features of this vacuum is the ability to empty itself. This is by far my favourite feature and I can see this coming to many more vacuums in the future. All you have to do is place it on the included stand after cleaning and it will empty the dustbin into a vacuum bag in the stand. It will also spin the brush head to remove any debris from that. It's super easy and means less time spent untangling hair from the brush head. The whole thing can connect to WiFi and using the Samsung smarthings app you can see how much charge and tips on how to use it etc. Speaking of charge, you get 2 batteries in the box but I have never had to use the spare battery as the main one lasts ages, and I have quite a large house to clean. There are different suction modes so if you constantly use it on the most powerful then I presume the battery will flatten quite quickly, however I just keep it on the AI cleaning mode and let the vacuum decide which suction to use. I find this works well and means the battery lasts a good length of time. So what's the reason for the 4 star rating I hear you ask, well my biggest gripe is that in a lot of the manuals and instructions for the vacuum it mentions a mop head extension that can be attached. This looks really good but it is not included in the box for the UK market. I feel for such an expensive vacuum that this attachment should have been included, especially as the manuals mention it so much and I think if it could be used as a mop as well as a vacuum, it would've made the expensive price more justifiable. However, I would still highly recommend this vacuum as I love it.
