  • What is happening to SmartClub Loyalty Program?

    The current SmartClub Loyalty Program is migrating to Global Samsung Rewards Program. This migration will happen on 16th December 2025.
  • You will receive a migration link via SMS, E-mail and other official channels. You can also visit the Migration Portal.

    Follow the below steps to migrate to Samsung Rewards:
    Step 1: Click the migration link received on SMS or visit the Migration Portal directly.
    Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number.
    Step 3: Confirm the OTP sent to you.
    Step 4: View your points balance and consent to migrate. Once you click ‘Yes’, then sign in or sign up for a Samsung Account.
    Step 5: Confirm enrolment into Samsung Rewards and get your migration success message!
  • Upon successful migration of the existing SmartClub account, all your available point balance (post any points expiry (if applicable)) will be seamlessly transferred to Samsung Rewards. You won't lose any points during the transition, if such migration is completed not later than December 15 , 2026.
  • Your existing SmartClub points will remain valid for redemption until their original expiry date as mentioned under Smartclub, after successful migration, subject to such migration duly completed before December 15, 2026
  • Samsung Rewards is a global loyalty program where users earn Samsung Rewards points by buying eligible Samsung Products from relevant offline and online stores. Points can be redeemed toward purchases on Samsung.com/ShopApp and in official Samsung Retail Stores. Please refer to Terms and Conditions.
  • a) If you are an existing SmartClub member, you need to provide your consent on the migration portal. Once successfully migrated, sign up/sign in to your Samsung Account to start earning new points under Samsung Rewards and redeeming your accrued points of SmartClub.

    b) New members can enroll in Samsung Rewards by simply creating their Samsung Account

    c) If you already have an existing Samsung Account, sign in to your account and consent to Samsung Rewards terms and conditions to become a member.

    Note : Opting out of Samsung Account shall immediately result in opting out of Samsung Reward
  • To check your Samsung Rewards status :

    Step 1: Sign in/Sign up to your Samsung Account on Samsung.com/ Samsung ShopApp
    Step 2: Go to ‘My Rewards’ section under ‘My Page’ to view your membership tier and available points balance status.
  • There are (4) four tiers with qualification criteria mentioned as below:

    • Platinum Tier (Elite in SmartClub): *>= INR 2,00,000, with Reward Point benefits to earn up to 2% reward points.
    • Gold Tier (Pro in SmartClub): *INR 75,000 to < INR 2,00,000, with Reward Point benefits to earn up to 1.5% reward points
    • Blue Tier (Plus in SmartClub): *INR 15,000 (in a single invoice) to < INR 75,000, with Reward Point benefits to earn up to 1.25% reward points
    • Base Tier: *Cumulative purchase values range, in the last 2 years

    Note: The Reward Points (%) are earned on the total purchase/invoice value.
  • As a Samsung Reward member, you will earn up to 2% reward points (As detailed above) of purchase value, depending on your membership tier (as informed in query no. 8 above) . You will also be eligible for time to time promotional points and offers. To learn all about the benefits you can enjoy, please visit samsung.com/in/rewards.
  • Points can be earned or redeemed on eligible product purchases at Samsung Shop App, Samsung.com, Samsung BKC store, Authorized Samsung Retail stores/brand shops, Samsung Digital Plazas and Samsung Smart Cafés. T&C Apply. Make sure you are logged into your Samsung Account while doing any purchase transactions.
  • Under Samsung Rewards, points earned in a particular month will be valid for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of points credited in members Samsung Rewards Account. Points not redeemed during this validity period will be expired automatically and cannot be redeemed thereafter.
  • Below can be possible reasons for you not receiving communications:

    1. No new events or launches happening post your membership
    2. You might not be eligible for the invite based on your membership tier
    3. Incorrect email ID or phone number details mentioned at the time of registration. Kindly check and update your Samsung Account profile with correct information.
    4. Emails stored in the spam box.
  • Your redeemed points will be credited back to the Samsung Rewards account immediately post return/cancel request and making necessary adjustments (if any).
  • Gifting, sale, transfer and/or merging of points is strictly prohibited. There is a limit of one (1) Samsung Rewards Account per person, mobile no. or email address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same mobile no or email address.
  • If you already have a Samsung Account, just sign in and provide your consent for Samsung Rewards on the pop-up displayed during the migration process. Your SmartClub points and tier will be transferred to Samsung Rewards, post the consent.
  • If you choose not to migrate before December 15, 2026, your unused SmartClub points and existing tier will not transfer to Samsung Rewards and you will no longer be able to access/ avail the unused SmartClub Points. You may still create a new Samsung Account/ Samsung Rewards Account, but will start fresh in Samsung Rewards for the new purchases done. Kindly migrate your SmartClub account to Samsung Rewards to retain your points. For new purchases done after December 16, 2025, without migration to Samsung Rewards and without creation of a new Samsung Account/Samsung Rewards, you shall not be eligible for Samsung Rewards for such new purchases done.
  • No, the points will not be merged. Two different accounts will be created in such a scenario (one with email ID and another with mobile no) and points will be earned on the account logged in by the member during the particular transaction. Members must ensure they sign up/in to Samsung Account with their email ID or their mobile number. The combination of two will be treated as two different members.
