Last Update date : Jan 06. 2026

You can Expand the size of folders on your Galaxy device, enabling direct access to apps within the folder without even opening it.

Note: -

  • Screens and Images simulated.
  • Feature is available on devices running One UI 7 & above.
  • This feature works only on Home Screen.
  • If there are apps or folders nearby, the folder cannot be enlarged, and a message will appear: "Can't enlarge because there's not enough space around this folder.”
  • To resolve this, move the folder to a location with more empty space nearby before attempting to enlarge it.
